We came here for the Tree Love Vibes music festival and disc golf tournament. It was an absolute…read moreblast. The grounds are stunning. We watched giant turtles swim around as the sun set. The music was phenomenal. No one was put off by all of the thunderstorms that raged just hours before and threatened to return. There were porta potty's to use all over the grounds, most of them pretty clean. We enjoyed sitting on the dock as the moon rose and sleeping by the water in our truck. The cable park looks pretty janky, maybe not very well attended. There appears to be a fun floating inflatable/bouncy obstacle course, but no one was ever there to operate it. Highly recommend coming here for a swim, disc golf, and a picnic.

I had no idea what the cost would be, but after emailing them, they responded quickly and clearly -- the total was only about $100 for a full-day rental, including delivery to my townhouse. Their online ordering system was very intuitive and easy to use. The cart was delivered right on time and honestly looked brand new. They even provided a video explaining how to use the QR code on the cart to pay online and activate it -- once paid, the system automatically turned the cart on so we could insert the key and go. Super simple! I did run into a couple minor issues, but I texted the on-call supervisor and he resolved everything within five minutes. Pickup was just as smooth and exactly as promised. This was one of the easiest rentals I've ever done. It doesn't have to be just for the beach -- if you're in a neighborhood in or around Charleston and need a golf cart, this company is fantastic. He provided a cart to put our alcohol in and transport it down the dock. Our 3 friends were running late, so the crew picked them up on a tender and brought them to the boat when they arrived. Very nice of them! Drew, Casey and the rest of the crew were very friendly and didn't mind our groups choice in music (ha). We ran out of alcohol half way through our 4 hour timeframe, so the crew actually offered to run to shore and purchase more for us and we could pay them back. They were truly lifesavers!! The tiki hut is sooo much fun and the big float was great. I recommend for sure!!!

Instead of reaching out to me to help me schedule, they deleted my comment. Not professional at all and not good for business. If you donate a good or service for a silent auction for charity, please know that the bidder may pay full or more than face value for the item as I did. While I love giving money to charity, I was also incentivized by the opportunity to fly board for the first time. I could certainly book a session online with a credit card but there is no mechanism for this company to follow through on providing a donated service. And I don't have the time to keep calling and leaving voicemails. I am sure this was a tax write off for this company so I will be sure to report this back to the charity. Very disappointed and I truly hope this company is not doing this on a routine basis.

We had a couple of water activities we wanted to do, and Sky Pirate was EXTREMELY accommodating to the activities, as well as rescheduling in case of weather. I could not be happier with them and I can't recommend them highly enough. We rented a small boat one day. The price included the fuel for the boat. We had the absolute best morning riding around in it. The guide was really helpful in explaining the guidelines for the boat, as well as where we needed to stay (geographically, unfortunately we could not take the boat way out into the ocean lol). We came back with no issues and with the craving to go back ASAP. Another day we went parasailing. I thought it was gonna be maybe 20 feet above the boat. Nope. We were so high up, it was such a gorgeous view from way up there. We saw the idak and from a new perspective And even saw some dolphins way down in the water. We felt very safe and had a fun time with our group. We were elated with our experience with Sky Pirate and we would highly recommend them. We can't wait to be back!

Due to feeling sick I asked if we could change the day of our parasailing to another day later in the week since I wasn't feeling good. They told me that it wasn't possible and that " I had to just suck it up " were his exact words, unless I wanted to lose the money. With that being said, I went ahead with it because I was there with my boyfriend and it's something I wanted him to try since he had never done it before. After we went parasailing, I had asked where I could collect our video, since that was the package we had purchased. Well, to no surprise, they never took it. They didn't offer to redo it another day, they didn't offer to take us back up to take it. They didn't show any empathy whatsoever. Just honestly very rude people with zero customer service skills.
