There was lots of space for everyone to lay out at the front of the boat and hang for the day. Plus lots of space at the back of the boat to eat and relax in the shade. We had a bachelorette sailing party with ten girls (took two separate catamarans) and had the BEST time. Both boats were incredibly clean and well maintained and Captain Banff, Kathy, and Todd were so much fun. We sailed out for a bit and dropped anchor and all of us could hang out together and swim and float around. We also brought snacks and drinks and Banff was so accomdating! I was setting up a whole surprise day for my girlfriend which was going to end with me proposing. Banff was awesome to work with, incredibly accommodating, incredibly helpful, and just fun to spend time with. The boat is absolutely gorgeous, and has a lot of room, so you can spend time in the back enjoying a meal or in front enjoying privacy, or anything in between. It's incredibly clean and well maintained, and in general was just a joy. If you are planning ANYTHING, from private cruises with your sweetheart to a day out on the water with friends, do not even think about using any other company. Reserved a 3 hour sunset as a birthday surprise for my wife. Was a bit nervous as neither of us have been sailing and wasnt sure how it would be. Turned out to be absolutetly amazing. We had lots of up close with dolphins and other wildlife. Sailing close to amazing historical forts in the bay. The city is breathtaking at sunset! Captian Bannf is great at pointing out the sites and also stepping back to let you enjoy the romatic experience. We were also amazed how much it felt as smooth as a large boat and no tilting feel with it being a large catamaran. 3 hours was perfect length for us. Payment is super convient with the square app or by cash. Very happy birthday girl and an experience we will always remember! Dont hesitate to book and well worth the price. read more

My group of friends and I had a great time sailing around Charleston with Captain Banff! The boat was perfect for our group of 5 girls- spacious, clean and well-maintained. We were able to bring some snacks and cocktails onboard as well. We enjoyed talking to the Captain about his boat and life on the water. He was very accommodating and took all of the 9 million pictures we asked for haha. Also, being directionally challenged at times, the harbor and boat were easy to find, which was a relief! Great tour of the harbor! Did the sunset tour. Captain Banff and his sailing mate were extremely nice. Our group was even running behind about half an hour so I just expected him to just cut it from our time on the water. Nothing but great things to say about our trip with OM Sailing Charters. The boat was immaculate and beautiful. I proposed to my (now) fiancé on our trip, which went off without a hitch. Before/during the trip Banff went above and beyond with the set up, and seemed genuinely interested in making it a special trip for us. We enjoyed a picnic and wine we brought on board as we set off, and later moved to chairs set up on the front netting of the catamaran to enjoy the views of the Charleston harbor. I appreciate that during the trip Banff was extremely accommodating while still recognizing the privacy desired for this occasion. Simply stated - amazing! The weather was spectacular and purely on a whim I decided to see about getting on the water. The trip was extremely last minute but you would have never known. The Captain was a consumate pro. He rolled with whatever was thrown his way and made me feel at ease, as if we had been sailing partners for years. Sunset was gorgeous as always and as an added bonus the dolphins were out to say hello!
