This excursion had been on my bucket list, and I'm so glad I finally got to experience it! It was a little pricey through Carnival at $144.99, but when you think about everything included--the excursion, transportation, food, and unlimited drinks--it probably balances out. The food and drinks were really good, and the unlimited drinks were definitely a highlight. My niece kept ordering doubles and they kept bringing them, so she definitely got her money's worth! A huge thank you to Jose, our guide, who made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Antonio was the dolphin trainer, and he was amazing. They gave us swimming goggles so we could look underwater and see the dolphin, but I started to feel a little claustrophobic. When I told him I couldn't do it, he reassured me and said it was okay to stay near him. He talked to me about the dolphin and even let me touch it while I waited for the rest of the group. He had a lot of Knowledge about dolphins and was eager to share. I did manage to get my picture taken with the dolphins kissing me! He really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. If you don't have a lot of belongings, you probably don't need to rent a locker. I was surprised that lockers cost $16. There's a bench nearby where you can keep an eye on your things. The photos are very pricey, but I like to think that some of that money goes toward taking care of the dolphins. They all seemed very well cared for and happy. If you're with a group, they usually want everyone to purchase a photo package. I was with my niece and she didn't want one, so I asked if I could just buy the photos I was in, and they allowed it. Let's start with the staff's rude behavior. The "swim" with dolphins is NOT worth it, there's literally no swimming, you spend most of the time on the ledge. Get the "encounter" package if you must. They do not allow personal photography. They want to charge you $43 for 1 picture of 1 person only. For 2 people it's $179. Lockers are $16 and towels are $9 to rent. The food and drinks that is included is the worst, i ordered fajitas and it was bland chicken, with a tablespoon of beans, 3 tablespoons of rice and 3 mini tortilla chips. The drinks are the worst thing i have ever tasted, they splash the bottom of the cup with whatever cheap liquor and top with the cheapest juice like for example mango juice you can imagine. Stick with water or fountain soda. Overall, you will spend hundreds of dollars to touch a dolphin and have nothing to show for which to me is the saddest part Not to mention the 10 dolphins swimming simultaneously is small pools while countless of groups get in to touch them. Again there is NO SWIMMING. They let you pet the dolphins and they give you a kiss on the cheek and that's it. read more

While in Cozumel, we booked a tequila mixology experience that was offered by Dolphinaris. While the experience itself was fun and entertaining, it was held in an area immediately above a very small wading pool where 5 dolphins were swimming. Five. It's easy to think how wonderful this might be, paired with this cocktail class, but as hours passed by and you watched 5 dolphins swim aimlessly in circle, it began to feel heartbreaking. The "pool" wasn't large enough to allow them room to swim, let alone live. The pool was barren of any enrichment and was concrete and not clear. It tainted the entire day and certainly the mixology experience. As I write this now, those 5 dolphins are still there, swimming in circles and will be there from each day moving forward. No change, no room to explore new things, nothing. When I asked about them, staff were quick to tell me that they'd "die if we released them" but offered no comments on their well being, how they were cared for, and how they were fairing. They took 28 total dolphins from the ocean and if you've ever seen this happen, you'd be hard pressed to support any organization who knowingly took these animals captive. We were told that if there were paying groups that were there for the dolphins, we'd "get to see them do tricks." Otherwise, no staff interacted with them and there they were, swimming in circles. We arrived pretty early so we got to watch a few other groups swim with the dolphins as we drank a few (complimentary) frozen drinks. The building wasn't far from the port, so that was a bonus. Staff were great and we had fun hanging out with the dolphins. Pictures were a bit pricy, but turned out nicely. After we finished swimming with the dolphins we went up and got some (also complimentary) food and a few more drinks. The food was great and I'd highly recommend the garlic fish, though the tortillas were great. We were a bit worried about the drinks because we were cautioned not to drink water that wasn't bottled because of bacterium found in the water, but no one in my group had any problems. We made memories to last a lifetime. We booked our excursion through Carnival. It was nicely organized and it was easy to find the meeting place at port and get to the event. The facility is nice and the habitats seemed well kept. The dolphin encounter was very intimate and the time was adequate. Our guide was knowledgeable and had worked with the dolphins for 18 years. We visited Nico and Moses. One was a Pacific bottlenose and the other an Atlantic. They were both amazing, well-trained animals. This was a 5-star experience in the water. Only rating 4 stars because the food was not great and the photo package was pricey and purely digital. Just a note: the Wi-Fi worked pretty well in the restaurant area but got spotty in the gift shop. read more

This was one of the highlights of our visit to Cozumel & the entire cruise. We booked this through our cruise which included travel from port & back. One thing we were not aware of is that you can't wear any type of sunscreen, even the so-called "safe" stuff. So this redhead got fried. Luckily, it was our last port of call, so it didn't matter too much. Be prepared with SPF clothing and skip the sunscreen. They were running behind, so we had a bit of a wait in the sun, that didn't help the sun exposure situation. Not enough shady spots for the waiting area, which is really my only complaint. The experience with the dolphins was amazing! We are both good swimmers (they give you life jackets), so we did the extended visit where you swim with & ride the dolphin. She was so gentle, especially with the kids in the group. It really was incredible to see the difference in behavior. The all inclusive part included drinks & food. Margaritas were ok. Food was so-so, but still doesn't drop my stars. This was an incredible experience & we were not there for the drinks & food. We did the all inclusive VIP Dolphin Swim & Infinity Pool with lunch & drinks through Carnival. Our guide was Leyser, and he was hilarious and very attentive! He made sure our experience was amazing. They greeted us with a welcome punch and cold towels. This was not expected and absolutely awesome. Then we were given lockers and had time to change for the dolphin interaction. We had a total of 40 minutes with the dolphins. We loved every second of it. Next we were given a choice of snorkeling in their protected cove area or going to the infinity pool. We snorkeled for a bit. When we were done, it was time for lunch. Lunch was not like most excursions that give an included lunch. This was top notch. We chose appetizers, entree and dessert. I got the Mexican assortment for the appetizer, the sautéed shrimp for entree and brownie for dessert. Everything was amazing, but the shrimp was out of this world! After lunch we had about an hour to hang out at the infinity pool with drinks included. When we were ready to go they had a taxi ready to take us. We did purchase the dolphin photos, which was $179 for the 2 of us. It came with 35 photos and they were emailed to me pretty quickly once we paid. read more

Booked this excursion last minute because of weather conditions. I'm already swimming with Dolphins back home next weekend, but this was really the only thing I could do. Our guide was Jose and Paola. We also had a dolphin trainer, who's name started with G, who was very funny and nice as well. I did hurt my foot coming off the stairs into the water, as it had a steep drop. Not sure if I missed a step or what. The water was warm once you were in it. We all wore life vests. There were different pools for the dolphins. We were divided into three groups. Our first dolphin was Athena who was very friendly. Then we had Spartan for a moment also. We got to take photos and have different interactions with them. However, I hardly had any photos taken of me, which was a bummer. I still ended up buying one. But was disappointed with the lack of options, as others had DOZENS taken of them, and I had 6 to choose from, and most of them I wasn't even looking. The lunch was okay but there wasn't any corn tortillas, so I ended up getting chicken nachos. I had a margarita and a Miami vice. But the marg was frozen, and the chunks were still large, so I wasn't able to finish it before we went to see the dolphins. And the Miami vice was really strong. So I didn't finish that either. I was also able to rent a locker. But next time I won't worry about it since they had space down by the dolphins. All in all it was a good time and a slight learning experience as well. read more

We spent more time in line getting ready and paying for our locker ($16) than we did on the water with the dolphin. The food was inedible as you can see in the pictures. Pros: The actual dolphin experience was fun. Protips: 1) Do not get the lockers, they are WAY overpriced at $15. The free bins are perfectly safe because at no point were we more than 30 feet away and we always were directly looking at the bins. Only your group of about 15 people can even access the bins. 2) Photos are $39 USD each. Bring your phone to the encounter and take pictures from outside the water. They said we can't bring phones to the encounter for animal safety reasons (understandable). They said not to worry because there will be a photographer so most of us thought it would be free. Simply have someone bring their phone but keep it out of the water. Step out of the water when you want to take a photo of someone in your party when it's their turn with the dolphin. 3) Bring sandals and a towel. read more

First, the good parts. The dolphins look well cared for, and the experience with the dolphins (getting kissed, shaking hands, and getting to feel them was well handled. Due to new mexican laws the "swim with the dolphins" part has been modified to a snorkeling experience in a large tidal pool, which would have been acceptable, however, we were never able to snorkel. Yoh had to sign up and sign a (third) waiver in order to snorkel. However, every time we tried, the list was mysteriously full. Even when we arrived a full 15 minutes before they opened the list (the snorkle occurs every 30 minutes, and they would not let us stand in line until 15 minutes before it started, they showed up, announced the list was full and told us to come back in 30 minutes. After 2 hours of this we finally asked to speak to a manager and asked for either a small refund or a credit towards the incredibly outrageous price of the photos (more on that in a minute). We were told, in no uncertain terms that they did not care one bit about our experience and that there was no possibility of any credit or refund. As for the photos, the dolphins swim down the beach a bit from this one charges $30 for all the digital photos they take of you. This place starts at $40 for one photo, and goes up from there. Photos are priced per group, so if you say your group has six (so that you don't get separated) you must pay the 6 person price, or you can't get the photos. Paying almost $300 for 90 digital photos is even more expensive that the unlimited photo package offers by the cruise line we were on! If you are on a cruise and find out this is the company you are using, book someone else on your own. If you are at a resort, choose a different one! read more

We did the Mexology class with Carlos as part of our cruise excursion at port and it was absolutely one of the best experiences I've done off a large scale cruise. We made 5 different drinks, guacamole, and had snacks but some special drinks throughout. It was worth alllll the money. Plus Carlos makes it super super super fun! You cannot go wrong booking this off a cruise to Cozumel. We had a blast and got to overlook the dolphins swimming and the ocean. We bought the dolphin excursion while cruising out of Tampa to Cozumel. This excursion included food, drinks and the dolphin encounter. Upon arrival, we were given a rundown of the rules and guidelines for interacting with the dolphins, including showering and removing all jewelry. You have the option to purchase the use of their lockers for $15 or you can just keep everything with you. They do have storage boxes down where the dolphin encounter is to store your personal belongings while you're interacting with the dolphins. You're split into a group of 10 and get 40 mins with the dolphins. This is one of the best excursions I've done. The encounter itself was truly magical. The only problem is, you're NOT allowed to take your own photos. The photos are crazy expensive. They were $39.99 a photo or $260 something for the package depending on the number of people in your group. After showering, we headed up to the buffet and seated ourselves. Our cruise ship was late to dock so all excursions booked through the ship were canceled. We finally docked around 2 and quickly made my way to Dolphinaris. There were experiences online that you could book up until 2:50 and we were well before that. When we got there, about 10 employees were standing around doing nothing whatsoever. When I requested the swim they said no and they were done with the experiences for the day. I mentioned that I could literally book it online. He said that if I booked it he would have canceled it and rescheduled it for tomorrow. Very disappointing. read more

The dolphin trainer was so careful with my daughter. She talked a good game from Miami to Mexico, but once she found herself in the moment she got nervous, and almost got out of the area with the dolphins. He convinced her to stay and gradually eased her into petting one, and made her feel comfortable. By the time most people had done their dolphin ride, and were taking their photos closer to the ledge, he got her on the water for a dolphin kiss, and then got her (with my wife's assistance) to go further into the pool for her dolphin ride. She has been glowing ever since we and showing off the video and pictures that I took for her. Thos was THE best escursion of our trip, and easily the most memorable. Thanks so much! read more

We booked through our cruise ship. The dolphin swim is only belly pull holding the dolphins fins. There's no Superman push from behind like other places. Photos were like $40 for just one. Cash or card. Towels are $8 and lockers $15. We didn't rent one because it was all folks on our ship with us, and you can keep your backpack inside the flip top bench when you get down to the dolphin pool. The bench is like right next to where you stand in the water. So it seemed pretty safe and you could keep an eye on it if you are really paranoid. Snorkeling afterwards requires a separate wait to sign up. There's not a lot of fish in the "lagoon". The paddle boats and kayaks are yet another separate sign up. And kids under 10 can't do it. Also adults must have previous experience with these. It's not like they verify any of this but I've given you the question so you know the right answer to give when they ask if you know what I mean. Food was nachos burgers and salads. Nothing special. Drinks tasted kind of watered down. And I don't even drink. But I could tell because I felt obligated to get my moneys worth so I ordered a pina colada. They got smoothies for the kids if you like. All free with the cruise ship package. Transportation is by individuals taxis both to and from the ship terminal. We spent about an hour and a half there I think. read more

The lunch was great. We had nachos, quesidla, fajitas, and grouper. All of it was delicious. They also have unlimited drinks. We truly enjoyed our experience. We enjoyed the dolphins. However, the photo package was an absolute scam and rip off. Beware. We just wanted a family photo but you had to buy all 140 individual photos in order to get the family photo. You couldn't buy it separately. In order to buy it separately you had to pay for $35 for everyone in the photo. 11 of us. $480 for the picture package. The scandal around picture(s) turned an enjoyable day into a "hate this place" experience. They sold us lockers we didn't need. They told us not to bring cameras they would take care of the picture taking, without letting know we would have to pay a "ransom" to get the pictures. You have been warned. read more

One word to describe our experience: CHAOTIC. This was a day when there were four ships in port. This place was packed, and there was a lot of waiting around. When we finally got to our pool, we were paired with another family; I believe there was a total of 12 of us altogether in our group. We had two workers in the water with us, and it was just pure chaos. They were yelling, it was very random with who they were selecting to do things. Additionally, our group of 12 shared the same pool with another group of ~12, so there was more waiting while they did things. It was very unorganized. Some people in the other group even had to speak up because they were skipped. At one point we swam out into the pool with goggles (I assume we were supposed to watch the dolphin do something underwater) but there was one worker yelling at us to swim toward her, then another worker yelling at us to swim another way, then they just pulled us in and that was that. There was no order. This was my 3rd time ever swimming with dolphins, and by far my worst experience. To top things off, the photographer actually "forgot" to take some of our pictures with the dolphin, and in many of the pictures the dolphin was cutoff. The ONLY thing we enjoyed was the snorkeling. And the only reason we enjoyed that was because it was a safe space for our kids to try it out for the first time. We were never even offered to kayak or use the SUP, and to be honest, we were ready to go so didn't inquire. My feedback to the company: - Have a plan. Perhaps divide the group in half, one half can do the touching, kiss, etc., while the other group swims. - Tell/demonstrate what to do. For example, if we're going to place one hand on the dolphin's back and the other under it to feel its heartbeat, TELL US THAT BEFORE. For many of us we had no idea what we were supposed to do or why, and then you moved us along. - Have the photographer insure all pictures are taken. And, have the photographer include the person AND all of the dolphin. In several of our photos the dolphins tail is cutoff, which I feel looks very unprofessional. Especially for how much the fee is to purchase photos. Bonus, offer video too. - Set clear rules regarding personal photography. When we were snorkeling several families had their phones to take pictures. Wish we knew phones were allowed in that area. - Display/inform where the entry is for kayaking and SUP. - Finally, RELAX. It felt so intense and chaotic, we felt rushed and stressed. read more

Highly recommend visiting if you are visiting the area. Brought my kids while cruising from Galveston and we had an absolute blast. The handlers were excellent with the group and kept us engaged with information and showings from the dolphins. My family will cherish the memories we made here. There is also a snorkeling area where you can go see more marine wildlife, but I didn't get a chance to see it for myself (though my son said he had fun). The food that was included with our excursion is good but I wouldn't go just for that. The service is excellent and they were very attentive and accommodating to our group. My only real negative is the cost of the photos, but I understand that is how they make most of their money from what I can tell. We booked this excursion through Carnival cruise at $89.95 per person excursion for 3 people. I had read online that there were only a few minutes of interaction and that you only got a kiss on the cheek and to pet/rub them. I was prepared for that because I had never been around dolphins before. Our guide was helpful, educational, and obviously cared a lot about the dolphins. The dolphin experience was really great and I would give it 5 stars. We got to interact with the dolphins quite a lot. The negatives are the pricing for photos, meh food, not able to use your own camera, and lack of communication about getting my photos, puts them down to a 2-star. The frozen drinks (nonalcoholic) were really good. They had mango, strawberry, and pina colada. When you check out the pricing for photos, you are charged by how many people are in your party. To put your items in a secure place, you have to rent a locker for $15. You do get a tote bag with that purchase. Even though it was a great experience, I feel badly that these dolphins only have a small lagoon to swim in. I saw at least 7-8 dolphins and to see them in such a small area was sad. The trainer explained everything and made sure we were comfortable with the dolphins before we begin to interact with them. The dolphin experience lasted about 45 minutes . Once we were done we went upstairs to the buffet area. This is why I'm giving three stars. The food was cold , bland, and unappealing. The drinks were just sugar no alcohol and there was no bottles water. Glad to have experienced the dolphins but the rest was not so great. This was my first experience but will not be my last. We booked through Carnival. Since I'm a chicken I opted for the experience instead of the swim like my daughter. I did all of the poses and purchased all of my photos. It's better to go as a group because it makes the photos more affordable. The food and drinks where yummy. Drinks flow easily all during the class and then, the best part, everyone sits down for dinner where you eat the dinner you prepared. Loved swimming with these dolphins! Both my wife and I were so giddy during the whole experience and for hours after. We even purchased a few of the overpriced pictures, just so we could remember how giddy we really were. I think we spent $60 for 3-4 pictures on a CD. The staff was very friendly and fun. I was satisfied with how much time they gave us to interact with the dolphins and the type of interaction they gave us. Our excursion included lunch. Lunch was nothing to write home about, but it wasn't bad. The only thing I didn't like about this place was their small snorkeling adventure part of the complex. This is an optional activity to do while you wait around. I wasn't expecting much, but it just grossed me out. So last week we went on a cruise with Royal Caribbean and ended up doing the all inclusive VIP dolphin swim. The true connection....This includes a 3D adventure into the under sea world of dolphins and how we are infecting the water they live in. We spent 40 minutes in the water with a female dolphin named Simo she was pregnant and we could feel the baby in her belly....as she swam and played and we rubbed her belly and got to hear the sounds they make under water. The place first of all was amazingly beautiful. And this beautiful dolphin shares her space to give us a beautiful experience I will never forget. We did this excursion this past weekend while on the Carnival Sensation cruise (booked through the cruise.) and we are so happy we decided on doing this. It was a great experience! We booked the VIP experience and we did not regret this decision one bit. We were picked up at the end of the pier and taken to Dolphinaris in an air conditioned van. The trip was short and we arrived quickly. When we arrived, Leslie greeted us and showed us around. Everyone was given a refreshing non alcoholic cucumber drink upon arrival - much appreciated. After the tour, we were given keys to lockers to put our most important personal belongings as you are not allowed to enter the dolphin interaction with any jewelry, sunglasses or cameras. Since we were in the VIP group, we were taken up to sun deck were the infinity pool and bar is. We were able to swim and have a few drinks while we waited for the dolphin interaction. This activity was all inclusive. Each and every single drink was well prepared. The bar staff was very friendly and attentive. The dolphin interaction was a magical experience. We went into the dolphin experience in a group of six. From what I noticed, those who participated in regular groups, were in larger numbers during this activity. Zaid was the dolphin guide for our group and he was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and nice. It was fun to touch, swim, and kiss the dolphin. It was also cool seeing others participating as well. Every time you interact with the dolphin, they take plenty of pictures of you. After the dolphin interaction, we went up to the sun deck. We went inside the infinity pool and chilled and swam. It had a great view of the water and the dolphins. We also ate. The food was delicious. It was 4 course. The drinks never stopped rolling in while we were there. This area was quiet but we brought a little speaker and were able to play music. Leslie came by towards the end of our time there to ask if anyone wanted to snorkel with sting rays. I'm glad she did because you can easily get consumed by the beautiful pool and the great food and drinks. The snorkeling experience was awesome and we did it for around 20 mins (it is a timed activity.) The sting rays don't have stingers and they were many of them along with many fishes. You can bring your water cameras during this activity. You can also do kayaking. Only downside is how expensive the pictures are. We bought a package for the both of us and spent $160. Pictures were given on a DVD. ( they need to update this method..) Few reminders/tips: - don't wear sunscreen. It harms the dolphins. They'll make you Shower if you have any on. - they provided us with towels. - tip the staff. They live of the tips and work hard to provide great service. We stayed at Cozumel Palace with our two kids (age 12 & 6) and decided to go to Dolphinaris out of our other options to swim with Dolphins. Our kids said this was one of the best experiences of their lives and we would have to agree. Our dolphin trainer, Amir, was incredible. His love for these animals and dedication to make sure everyone is comfortable and having great time is true professionalism. We will definitely be coming back every time we visit Cozumel. My son and I purchased a day pass for this place. The ticket was only to swim with the dolphins fin but we ended up having a whole swimming lesson with the dolphins and they even extended the pass for a whole day fun pass. The original pass included a lunch which they provided. I was not impressed with the lunch it was flour tortillas with chicken and ground beef meat and all the sides for the tacos but there flies and it wasn't covered properly. However, despite a not so impressive lunch the scenery was beautiful. The staff is very helpful and attentive. They all speak english and are informative enough to make sure you are on time to return to cruise ships etc. I would recommend this place. We bought the pass on our cruise excursion online so plaid about $100 for each ticket. This included transportation to and from ship as well. read more

This is a great cruise excursion or activity if you're staying in Cozumel! It was a bit disorganized at the port, but we took a short bus ride to the facility from the port and arrived no problem. After a quick orientation, you get assigned to a group and are led to a cove for your dolphin experience. Yvonne was our trainer, and she did an awesome job showing us the tricks and teaching us about the dolphins. My group got to do about 5 tricks each and pictures were taken of each one. After the experience, you can enjoy snorkeling, paddle boarding or kayaking. They also have a small buffet and bar included in the cost. We enjoyed chicken fajitas, rice, and watermelon. The burgers, fries and hot dogs didn't look as good. There are bathrooms and changing rooms. Bring your own towel, and be prepared to rent a $15 locker if you have important stuff with you. There are bins for shoes and towels down by the coves but you probably don't want your important documents in that area. They have a nice gift shop where you can buy your pictures. They're expensive, but that wasn't surprising. There's also lots of dolphin merch for purchase. Overall, great clean facility with friendly dolphins and staff and beautiful views of the ocean. read more

Our experience that we purchased was called Dolphin True Connection. We did see quite a few other experiences with dolphins but this one in particular sounded the best. It just resonated with us... it was also slightly more expensive than some of the others so maybe that's why we were the only ones who purchased this excursion from our ship? Not sure exactly, but it was amazing! As our group that was standing around waiting to head over to Dolphinaris, we noticed we were the only ones wearing blue wrist bands... everyone else had green, and one family of four had pink. Anyway, one of the Dolphinaris personnel said "Okay, everyone on the bus!" So we got in the line to get on the bus. Then the same guy said "Wait - not you two. You have paid for a different experience, we need to call a separate taxi for you!" We got excited... ok... so.. he adds "Yhey are all going to Dolphinaris. You two are going to Dolphinaris Blu!" Ok this was awesome. I wondered how crowded it would be once we got there. When we first showed up, we were the ONLY ONES at Dolphinaris Blu. Whoa!!! This was a good sign for us. They gave us a drink (a nonalcoholic fruit punch which was so delicious), talked to us about our days plans and what we would be doing for the day and then told us to go change into our suits. Shortly after that, our guide and host, Samuel gave us a speech about the oceans health, about Dolphinaris, about some of the dolphins and why reducing carbon footprints are important... and then we got in the water. We met the dolphin Simo. She was about 10 months pregnant (?). They say dolphins have 12 month pregnancies. Anyway, she was a beautiful, amazing, intelligent, sweet and loving creature. There aren't really the right words to describe it until you do it. (I finally get to check this off my bucket list!) we got to pet her, rub her belly, feel her fins, listen to her heartbeat, hug her, kiss her, have a water fight with her... One of the most amazing parts of our experience was that we got to have Simo all to ourselves for around an hour. Please note that this is not typical since the other groups did eventually come over to the Blu side (buildings were connected but separate, if that makes sense). Regardless, the other groups were doing dolphin rides I think? No one else did Dolphin True Connection. Eventually others from Dolphinaris ended up in the same pool as us, and we ended up sharing the same dining area as others (which was totally fine)... but the coolest part was we did not have to share Simo for that whole portion of the experience!!! So, other parts of the experience involved a brief virtual reality video about saving the oceans and the creatures that live within it (actually really liked this part too), as well as a brief snorkeling experience. That part - was not a fan. After the snorkel, we changed back into our clothes and then there was dining with unlimited alcoholic beverages. The bartender was awesome, making me my favorite drink Michelada, which we were able to sip our beverages in the infinity pool for awhile before we got to enjoy our incredibly delicious lunch. The lunch was fabulous. It consisted of appetizers, a plate, as well as a dessert. All in all, this experience was amazing... and I highly recommend it to anyone. We tipped our bartender and host Samuel very well, Emily (?) pretty sure that was her name, the dolphin trainer was awesome too. They were all so great. Now to the bad, and I hate to even say this and I don't want it to sway anyone negatively... but I feel that I must mention it, because this is what dropped my overall rating from 5 stars to 4. For some reason, I stupidly left my debit and credit card in the safe in our ship room... we technically had enough cash to purchase the photo package, which was $165, but that would've sacrificed some tips... which was not cool and we definitely wanted to tip well for our experience...and we decided to purchase after the fact. Big mistake - payment options are not "easy" once you try to pay after the fact. Anyway, I will only drop one star for this frustration, thanks to the amazing employees at Dolphinaris Blu... but please bring enough cash for good tips PLUS enough for your photo package, or bring cash plus your payment cards.
