The menu is pretty extensive - burgers, wraps, breakfast, steak, chicken, salads, sandwiches, soup, and more. We ordered a Rachel sandwich and a breakfast wrap. Both were tasty enough. My fries were a bit soggy, and the crust on the marbled rye bread was overly crisp. The hashbrowns served with the wrap were nice and crisp. Our server provided attentive and friendly service. The restaurant is small and intimate. This is nice, unless you have some loud talkers seated near you (as we had). Their loud talking made it very difficult for my beloved and I to have a decent conversation and be able to hear. All in all, Drakes is a nice option to have. The food was better than I expected. I'd certainly give it another try. They do offer daily specials, and on occasion, have live music.

Now when it comes to food, I never send anything back and i don't say anything because we might not be done with ordering. I have the biggest fear about retaliation. You hear the stories from someone you know, of possibly something being a little sketchy when food is reordered or it comes back out, so I just don't do it. I have been here before and it is pretty much the same as I remember it. The staff being great, but the food just being not worth it. The funny thing is it's the Chef's name is on the door when you come in the building. If I was him, I'd be a little embarrassed that his cooking staff can't do a medium burger and do some retraining. At least watch what the cooking staff is doing while preparing food that his name is associated with. I don't need to go back there and eat.
