Sometimes i express an issue and I can see a disapproving look and agitation. So most times I after being asked how am I? I would just answer "ok" even though I wasn't. And she knew that. It was blamed on another condition. After months of visits she finally said the magic words.."I don't know". Was referred but she never checked to see how I was. I even called and was told by the techs/desk she would not see me until the other doctor saw and cleared me. Don't I as a patient have a choice? Not in this case. The new doctor is now treating this complication from surgery done. I just wished I was referred earlier than letting things worsen blaming it on pre-existing conditions. On the other hand, the office is nice and runs like clockwork to see you.

I believe my first appointment was in October of 2021 and I insisted I needed surgery before the end of the year. I was having trouble seeing at night and my contact lens only went up to a -10 so I was not seeing very well with them. My eyeglasses were so uncomfortable due to their thickness but I could see much better out of them. But, they were no where near a -14 so I had some vision loss using them too. Dr. Kardasis was so organized and thorough that he had my new lens in before Thanksgiving. So, I have gone from a prescription of -14 to perfect vision. There is no better feeling than waking up and being able to see - no more fumbling around looking for my eyeglasses. I am not wearing any eyeglasses or contact lens now. It is like a miracle! The entire procedure was a breeze. Just remember to use the drops he gives you and everything will be fine. I LOVE Dr. Kardasis and the wonderful gift of sight he has given me. She spoke up at the register. The one lady told her they were only two ppl and she needed to wait her turn. Maybe 5-7 mins go by, she spoke up a 2nd time, and said she was gonna leave. Then one of the ladies decided to ring her up. It took all of 2-3 minutes. As a customer, I didn't like seeing that. I didn't notice her until she spoke up, but I would guess she must have waited 15 mins altogether. I also ended up leaving and not getting frames (though I did try), it had more to do with price--and I felt I could get a better deal elsewhere. There was still one customer after me. They were closing in 15-20 mins.
