Final move-out review I finally moved out of Domain, my opinion of this place did not change. Please believe the negative reviews. The few positive reviews that the leasing office encourages people to do are usually of people that tour and don't live here or they just moved in and haven't seen their true colors. Everything about the leasing office still stands (i.e. they're not actually helpful, they ignore tenants, etc.). This review is about my move-out experience. We didn't get any of the deposit back and I won't be fighting it because my mental health is worth more than the deposit but it's still infuriating. This is so people know what they're getting into upon move out: First, they never showed up to the pre-inspection Monica from the office scheduled. I had to stand around the maintenance office to ask them to come do an inspection 2 days before I gave the key. Jose did not mention anything needed to be addressed, he never sent the report (I had to get a copy printed when I turned in the keys) and just said "make sure there is no trash". So imagine my surprise when they charged for cleaning. I paid a professional service, and asked Jose on what I should address that the service may have missed for me to do it. Second, and this is a big one, they do not repaint between tenants. They will charge for paint regardless of how long you've lived here (I lived here 3.5 years). They expect you to touch up the paint and then charge to repaint anyway, because it's not "move-in ready". We did touch up the paint but ofc it didn't look new because we are not professional painters and we had been there for 3.5 years, we were literally painting over normal wear and tear. So know this going in, you will not get a freshly painted place even though it's "luxury". Third, we're being charged for a subpar paint job that painters they hired did. Our door was improperly painted and the number plate had paint they splattered on it. So we're being charged for that as well. So please heed my warning, I don't say any of this lightly. Lived here Dec 2024 - Feb 2026 Here's an HONEST review .. Noise: It's loud. If your unit faces the courtyard or amenities, expect constant dog barking and weekend gatherings with music (sometimes until 2am). With windows open, you can hear everything. Closing them helps, but your SDG&E bill will reflect it. (aka A/C usage)I lived on the top floor, so I can't speak on upstairs neighbors. I highly recommend choosing a unit facing the street or back of the building. There's also frequent airplane noise due to the nearby airport. Maintenance & Front Desk: Maintenance staff are kind, but after-hours emergency maintenance is unreliable. I once had a flooding toilet and had to shut the water off myself because no one came until the next morning. Non-emergency requests range from next-day service to two weeks. Front desk staff are nice but difficult to reach--calls often go unanswered unless you press the "new residents" option or go in person. Emails/texts take 3-5 days. Mail & Access: Package delivery is frustrating. Drivers don't have access codes, and I often had to ship to a pickup center. The Luxer package room is secure, but if packages are left in the regular mail room (no cameras), theft is common. (They leave packages in mail room 60% of the time) Only one key fob is given per unit, and garage call box access didn't work for months. Parking: No issues with my assigned spot, but visitor parking costs $50/month. Move-Out Costs: From my $800 deposit, they charged $230 for cleaning and $40 for painting. I deep cleaned, so the cleaning fee felt high--but I've seen worse. Location & Overall: Great central location near the 163 and close to everything. Appliances were solid. My renewal increase was only $30/month. Overall, I'd give it about a 2.8/5. I enjoyed living here at times, but you should be prepared for noise and high costs (which is pretty typical for San Diego). A year or so ago when they converted the complex to be "smart" they drilled holes into the wall directly over my laptop and damaged it with debris. No response after emails sent. Yesterday they did inspections and left my apartment completely unlocked. Don't trust them to enter your unit without when you're not present. Do NOT live here. I was a tenant at this complex for over 10 years. In that entire time, I was never once late on rent. Despite my loyalty and reliability, the management and staff were consistently awful -- rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. I was forced to pay over $6,300 just to break my lease -- an outrageous and unfair amount. Then, after moving out, they sent me an additional bill for over $1,400, claiming I had to pay for new carpet and fresh paint. After more than a decade of normal wear and tear, these charges are nothing short of predatory. California law recognizes that carpet and paint deteriorate naturally over time, yet this complex uses it as an excuse to squeeze money out of tenants who have already given them years of business. To make matters worse, they conducted a pre-move-out inspection but never told me what they found -- meaning I was denied the chance to address or fix anything myself. I will be disputing these unfair fees in small claims court. On top of that, maintenance takes forever to fix anything, and every interaction with staff feels like you're inconveniencing them by simply asking for help. At one point, all elevators were broken for nearly a week, leaving residents without access -- a clear ADA violation. This is how they treat long-term, responsible residents. If you're considering moving here, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. If you do end up here, document absolutely everything at move-in, because it will be a fight when you move out. If you want to live in an apartment where your belongings are constantly stolen and you plan to leave your deposit with the management upon moving out, then this apartment is for you! They claimed they would charge a fee if we didn't clean the apartment, but despite us cleaning it, they still charged us a fee. Additionally, the photos they took of the apartment do not match the ones I have, which raises further suspicion. Today, August 6, 2024, I talked with Liliana, but I don't think she will take any action. It's not personal, but it is not professional. They are so nice and good people until you sign the lease agreement. We paid $800 and they only refunded $136, which is ridiculous. I will not stop until I get my money back! Do NOT move here. Living in this building has been a nightmare. The staff is rude and unhelpful -- they don't do their job, and they don't seem to care about residents' well-being. Maintenance workers have entered my apartment without any agreement. Management just gave them access to my door instead of reading emails ( that's what they love for communication and takes forever to answer with and excuse they short on stuff) They rely only on email for communication, assuming everyone checks it constantly, and they don't leave physical notices on your door. Package theft is a huge problem. There are no security cameras in the regular mailroom, so if someone steals your package, there's nothing they can do. They only have cameras in the larger package room, which doesn't help much. Elevators break down constantly -- almost every week -- and when that happens, you're on your own. There's zero ventilation in the stairwells, which is dangerous for people with asthma, heart conditions, or mobility issues. Elderly residents and those with knee or leg problems are forced to use the stairs, even with heavy bags. Management doesn't care. Instead of calling emergency elevator repair services, they make everyone wait days (sometimes a week!) for technicians. Management is awful. They're consistently rude, dismissive, and full of excuses. They do the bare minimum, and it shows. Don't expect any real help or accountability from them. Bottom line: Unless you're in perfect physical health, don't mind stolen packages, and are okay with unprofessional management and surprise maintenance visits, look elsewhere. read more

We signed our lease for May 2024 and arrived on day one to move in only to discover that the leasing office had no idea we were coming. The apartment was not move-in ready: it hadn't been professionally cleaned, maintenance workers were still installing blinds and a kitchen faucet, and we were informed that the guest bathroom needed resurfacing, a process that would require us to vacate the unit for several days. The explanation? The leasing agent we originally signed with had left the company, and they claimed they had lost his caseload in the transition. Over the next 15 months, we encountered multiple issues: * The elevator frequently broke down sometimes for days or weeks. * The jacuzzi jets were broken and the button dented * The gym was closed for months for "renovations," which amounted to a new floor and paint but no new equipment. * The private entrance road flooded during heavy rains due to clogged storm drains, which also caused flooding in the garage. Despite all of this, we still considered renewing. Moving is expensive and exhausting, so we gave the office over 40 days' notice. We first met with the leasing office on June 25th to begin the renewal process and submitted updated documents for a credit check. Then, nothing. No communication. No follow-up. We returned to the leasing office several times, speaking with front desk staff and even the manager, who claimed to have no knowledge of our renewal. She promised to follow up, but never did. When we finally got in touch again with the leasing agent who originally took our paperwork -- two weeks later -- she said she was still waiting on manager approval. She promised to get back to us the next day. She didn't. The day that marked exactly 30 days before our lease expired, we returned in person again and, only then, were finally sent the amendment before our agent left for the day. We expressed our concerns about the disorganized, unprofessional experience, especially given that we had paid over $45,000 during our time here and always paid rent on time. The response? Indifference. In less eloquent terms, our agent told us some issues weren't brought up in time and ultimately recommended that we seek other housing opportunities if we weren't satisfied. So that's what we'll do. Domain does not deliver the service they promise. Communication is slow, unresponsive, and often nonexistent. Problems are ignored or delayed, and staffing seems insufficient for a property at this price point. We've gotten quicker responses and more useful information through Google and Yelp reviews than from the leasing office itself. The issue from the tenant prospective is the leasing office is understaffed and lacks accountability especially from higher personnel. They are disorganized and unable to support the number of tenants at their complex. MG Properties is not a professional company to rent from, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend this complex to anyone looking for a truly "luxury" or "resort-style" living experience. read more

I've held off on writing this review. Management has changed 3 times since I moved here 2.5 years ago. We keep hoping new management will turn things around but it just keeps getting worse. 1. The glass doors in front of the building entrance are supposed to be locked so only residents can enter... the doors have been broken for over a year. The other locked doors to the building get propped open with chairs and rocks so anyone can just walk in. 2. The package room is also supposed to be locked where you can use a personalized code to get in every time you have a package delivered. Welp, this hasn't been working for probably 6 months as well. Packages get left outside the door, they get delivered to the other building's package room, or they make it into the package room and then get stolen and management does nothing about it. 3. Our car got broken into, all 4 windows shattered and management did nothing. We've seen at least 10 other cars that had the same thing done. Every time we walk into the leasing office to complain about something, there's at least one other resident also complaining. Peoples storage that they pay for monthly gets broken into and everything stolen and management doesn't do anything to help. 4. Our heater has been broken for months. We put in a service ticket and they came in and replaced the box on the wall but it still blows out cold air when it's on the heat setting. Our hot water was down for a couple weeks and I asked for a discount on our hot water bill and was denied. Ummmmm what are we paying for!?!?! 5. Carpets are soooo dirty with HUGE stains throughout the entire building. All of the walls are extremely dirty and have drawings on them that management never has cleaned. The elevator has scratches and tagging. Trash cans are always overflowing with trash. Weird smells through out the hallways at all times. Vomit in the parking garage has been there for a year. Dog pee in the elevators. When did this place turn so ghetto!?!? It is so far from luxury it's insane. Been a resident of Domain since 2021. For the most part, didn't have too many issues other than the very long time it takes maintenance to respond to calls. And a lot of changing rules as the property is on its third management company since I started living here. However in July 2024, I was out of town for two weeks and when I returned, I discovered my truck had been stolen from my assigned parking spot in the gated garage. I loved that truck and it was devastating someone stole it. I called the police and they took a report. When I spoke to domain staff, they just asked for the report number but didn't show any remorse or offer any assistance. The garage has cameras but domain said the time period was too long for them to check (as did the police). When I inquired if they could assist with anything or had any ideas or possible solutions, they said no and asked I be on my way. I reached out twice to the owners of Domain, MG Properties, a company with a portfolio of apartment communities around San Diego, but they never responded. I then messaged the CEO of MG directly, and he never responded. I even reached out to my local elected representatives who of course did not respond. I tried the police one last time and they told me what they said before; my case is not a priority and they do not have the manpower to check the cameras. And then I found out today one of my friends who lives on the floor above me discovered his truck was stolen today. He parked his truck in the same garage and in his assigned parking stall. He went to use his truck this afternoon and found it missing. So now I'm tracking two stolen trucks within about a month and a half from the same gated garage. Definitely seems like something is going on here. And it breaks the illusion of safety. I don't feel safe living here anymore. I feel like I have to keep one eye on all my property at all times since who knows when I'll be robbed again. Domain and MG took zero action and local elected leaders were unresponsive. If you are thinking about living here, I wouldn't. Sure not everyone has their trucks stolen but domain doesn't offer any incentives to justify that risk. The building feels pretty dated, maintenance is slow to respond, appliances fail all the time and management doesn't host any community events like other properties do. You get nothing other than a nice area. But for paying $3000/month for a one bedroom I at least expected for my property to be safe. And that is no longer the case. My lease ends soon and I can't wait to move out. I'm done and hope I'm not a victim of another crime. Maybe things would be different if domain and MG offered to assist but their total disregard of the situation was unforgivable. The police did tell me the apartments across the street are being hit with a lot of property crime so maybe it's just best to avoid this area entirely. It's not worth the risk. read more

Lived here 2.5 years: 3/2020 - 8/2022 Domain is not comparable to the other nearby "luxury apartments". It may be a hair cheaper initially. But they will nickel and dime you with fees, water, trash, pest, gas, parking, pet, and you should expect to pay an additional $600 minimum (paint and cleaning) when you move out, regardless of the state. They will increase your rent the maximum amount after your lease ends. Management only wants to turn a profit. Just be sure to account for that when comparing prices/apartments. You will also have your car broken into, probably multiple times. It's a rite of passage. Unfortunately, the security cameras aren't operational, so you'll just have to deal with it. The elevators are unbearably slow. The facilities and the rooms themselves are nice, it's relatively quiet, especially on the 4th floor. If I went back in time I'd strongly consider the other apartments in the area. You may pay slightly more up front, but you'll get more for it and may save in the end. read more

Property manager Arina is careless and rude! Maintenance didn't know what they were were doing half the time and would take weeks to address any requests 95 percent of the time! All these delays were blamed on Covid related excuses. Place is so dirty these days, hardly ever kept up with. Vomit, trash, broken doors, broken locks, missing packages and broken hot tub every other week is the new at Domain for the last 2 years for sure!! This place in my opinion is unsafe. As a past resident, I highly suggest not moving here. I will forever regret not reading reviews of this place before signing the lease. The positive ones seem to be from people who toured and the lease staff asking them to leave a 5 star review. This place may look nice at first glance but you need to live here before you realize the hell Domain is. You will live next to an airport so private planes will fly over all day and in the middle of the night. Your car will likely get broken into to. People speed obnoxiously in and out of the garage. Your packages will definitely get stolen. The community is really dirty and unsanitary. The hallways and stairwells are filthy with carpet stains, dog urine, and feces. The elevators are extremely slow or not working, and often has dog feces and urine inside! 90% of the residents here are very young with dogs. All dog breeds are here including pitbulls, Rottweilers, and dobermans. We love dogs but not dog owners who can't control them. The community drains your soul. It will become quickly obvious to you that people don't socialize here. Nobody says hi or talks in the hallways, elevators, outside, or even in the gym or pool area. Everybody is in a bad mood and living within their own bubble. You will smell cigarette and marijuana smoke all over and will likely have a loud neighbor playing music or partying all night. You will 100% have cockroaches in your unit even if you're on the top floor. Finally, if you leave a review MAGGIE of MG PROPERTIES will leave you a generic unemotional comment and not do a thing to make things better. Read the comments Maggie and take ACTION, people at Domain are suffering. I recommend paying a couple hundred more a month with a neighbor community, or move away from this area altogether. I have been living at Domain for almost 3 years now-and the cleanliness, service, and livability of this apartment complex has become worse and worse with every new management company that comes in. Rent prices have been rising, yet services seem to be on the decline because no matter how many requests, or complaints that are made regarding the hygiene of this complex, the more nothing seems to get done at all. I'd rather pay to not live here. To start this apartment complex has been nothing but a nightmare to live here. When we first moved in the dryer was broken, the AC was broken, and the apartment was filthy. The elevators are severely slow and most of the time broken. The carpets reek and are stained with dog pee all over... I have seen them being cleaned once, in the past nine months of living here. Its sickening in how bad this place is.. they say its luxury but its the complete opposite. DO NOT LIVE HERE! the management team could care less about your problems and take days to get back to you. They are also changing employees every few weeks so they arent correctly trained or know what there doing. The maintenance people take weeks to fix anything even when its an emergency. We got a new dryer the last two weeks we lived there. There are endless cleaning fees, utility fees and overall this place is a fortune.... you would think for the price we pay, it would be liveable. The key fobs never work to get into the garage and need to be replaced. The so called "secured mail room" is not... I have had every one of my packages stolen since moved in... and the management team DOES NOT CARE. The best part about living here is the squatters two floors below us that have made this place there home. There are bullet holes in all of their windows and definility not anything safe happening inside. And to make it even better there was a man sleeping on our rooftop that had a full view of inside our apartment. These two very sunsafe things were happening and management could care less. The place is dirty, unsecured, dangerous, and definitely not luxury. This place is a dumpster and rips you off with the prices. SO if you don't want stains all over the carpets, broken elevators, stolen mail, rude management, squatters living above and below you, and a horrible experience... It's depressing on how much this place is so bad. We love the location, but the management and team doesn't really care about the well being of their residents. Since our move in, we've had multiple issues living here. Our sink and food disposal was FULL of fruit flies. When asked the management about this issue, they told us to buy bleach and it would solve it. WE HAD JUST MOVED IN!!! After few back and forth we were able to convince them to buy us a product to kill the bugs. It took us months to get rid of them. Also, our apartment had filthy tiles when we moved in, in a way that when getting in the shower, the white bath tube would get pitch black. It took me several days of cleaning the floor to finally be able to walk around with my bear feet. The washer has a disgusting smell to it. I reached out to the management and they gave us some pods to wash the machine, but they were of no use as the smell was still there because of mold (even if leaving the door of the washer open). We don't use our dishwasher because it has a weird smell and we are concerned we will be charged absurd amounts when leaving this place. Hallways are too hot during summer because there is no ventilation. The carpets are disgusting due to trash filth and dog pee. They barely clean the carpet in the hallways. If they do that it's probably once a month or two. The elevators are super slow and when moving stuff in, the doors close on you in a way that you might be smashed by the door as it won't budge back open and will make a horrible sound. Parking Garages are not safe. We saw a car that got broken into and all the remains of the broken window were there for a week. Packages keep being stolen over and over. Not reliable to get anything shipped to your own "home". And the worst part for me, as I can't smell the stench of weed. I've moved into this place as it advertises that this place is a smoke free community. LIES AND MORE LIES!!!! People smoke freely everywhere, most of all at night when the "management team" is not here. I've reached out to them times after time and they never respond. Last time I've spoken to someone, was with the old management (which at least tried to do something for us). New management doesn't give a damn about our well being and they only care about their "fees". They ask us to report in their webpage but no one ever reaches back to us. Such a scam. I've been paying 2700+ to live here in a 1bd 1ba apartment that is more like a luxury trash can. Very depressing as this place looked so promising. AWFUL! I lived at Domain from 2017 to May of 2021. The apartments are marketed as upscale but far from it. The tenants have gotten worse over the years, throwing loud parties during weeknights and the nonexistent security did nothing about it. Not unusual to get woken up by loud party goers coming in and out of the buildings at all hours. I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone with children. We received notes from the management about packages being stolen in the building and noticed broken glass in the parking garage on an almost weekly basis due to people breaking into cars. People speed like crazy coming in and out of the parking garage, really irresponsible. The elevators are so slow we didn't bother using them. Biggest issue: The no-smoking policy is a total joke, our apartment constantly smelled of pot. I started to experience severe headaches from the second hand smoke coming into our bathroom and bedroom on a daily basis. My bedroom closet was the worst part, even my clothes would smell of pot. It was embarrassing to have people visit as the smoke smell lingers in the hallways and elevators. There was a major plumbing issue in our building which was horribly and unprofessionally handled by management. At the height of the pandemic, they had over 11 different people coming in and out of our unit for over two weeks doing repairs. We couldn't access parts of our apartment and when they repainted the interior of our kitchen and living room, a sloppy contractor they hired stained our couch and ruined several personal items with paint. We notified the manager Hiram and he took absolutely no responsibility. Another thing to look out for is the utility charges, on multiple occasions they would overcharge us. Luckily we would catch the mistakes. We recently received a move out invoice with a ridiculous super-inflated utility charge with no breakdown to justify or explain the amount being billed. Not a surprise based on their bad track record. Living at Domain was truly like a bad dream, so glad to be out of there! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The absolute worst place to live. It looks fancy from the outside but once you get in, it's like living with rats. Filled mold and the carpets a disgusting. It was recently purchased and the new leasing agency is horrible. You get roaches when you go away. The sinks in the bathrooms basically don't run water. The shower is either too hot or too old. Washers have mold in them. Half don't work. When I moved in my apartment wasn't even cleaned and it was during Covid. Guest parking is a joke don't pay the extra money. People park where they want anyway. The resident garage is a cluster f**k. Keep on your toes because people cut through parking spots. There is a cute park out front and a dog park. Only reason why i am giving this place 1 start. They no longer do stuff for residents. They just want your rent money. Not worth it!! I pay $2,650 for a one bedroom. I don't think there is a long enough space for my review. I live here for three years so I would think I know a little about Domains issues. I will say the pros are for Sqft you get at Domain it's going to be bigger than the other apartments on the Same block, so if you don't care about a dirty complex , horrible management that changes every few months and everything being broken all the time like amenities or a very slow elevator then you have a great neighborhood to live at. Oh let me not forget the smell of dog urine all around. Being at Domain I moved once from a smaller unit , I still had to do the process at usual paying for a deposit and cleaning up the unit where I left and waiting to see the charge. They didn't charge anything crazy although I left the apartment better than what they gave it to me because they didn't even want to change the carpet that had holes when I moved in! Moving out of my last unit I decided I would leave my place immaculate, well that was pointless. My charge moving out was ridiculous, I have rented all my life and have never been changed my whole deposit plus some. I would understand if I had trashed the unit but I took extremely good care of it. My move out charge was almost 900$ can you believe it !. Let me not get started on the management group because every year this property gets sold to new buyers that like to fire everyone and get a whole new set of workers that know nothing about the system and mess up everything. I'm guessing it is probably because the place needs so much maintenance and no one ones to put in the money to fix anything , during winter and summer they like to turn off the valves upstairs to help save money instead of calling in a professional to fix this issues. So yes every winter and summer I had maintenance come to my unit to "flush" out the water to allow for proper cooling and heating. It's a horrible place for anyone to work alone so being that no one cares there your time at Domain will be the same. Do not rent here ! My wife and I cleaned out apartment throughly, took pictures and had the office sign off and confirm all moving out cost/final bill via email and greystar reaches out 90+ days later to tell me I owe them for painting and utilities while they went ahead and kept our deposit even though we scrubbed and cleaned the place before leaving like respectable citizens. read more

Total sh*t show! It's been weeks. They cannot fix the parking garage key FOB. It seems like previous workers were let go when apartment went under new management in fall of 2022. The new workers seem to hate their job only because they have to put up with so many angry customers. Elevators are slow. Not uncommon to be broken. Package areas get broken into and your stuff will be stolen. Apartment does not take accountability for issues. OUTRAGEOUS RENT FOR YOUR SH*T TO BE BROKEN OR STOLEN. OK I thought quite a bit about this review. We rented at Domain San Diego as a short term tenant of four months in 2023. We specifically needed a month-to-month short-term apartment while our future home was being constructed. Our previous home entered escrow quickly and we needed an apartment in the meantime, the location is perfect: easy access to all major freeways and great restaurants, grocery stores and all of San Diego amenities. We loved using the facilities at Domain, the swimming, pool clubhouse and landscaped sidewalks around the property made for a really wonderful experience with our 18 month old son. This complex is across the street from a city park and it was always great for our dog and our little one. Here are the positive: every unit has a patio, up-to-date, kitchen and laundry facilities in unit, we especially loved the oversize bathtub and you could tell maintenance really did a great job with paint and facility updates before every tenant. We found the staff to be present in the office every day, and, we felt overall it was a safe place to live. There were some negatives, I don't think this particular property is worth the money that they are charging. There are ongoing issues with the facilities, such as elevator problems, key fob problems, pest control problems and problems with the mail room interface.fob problems. There is an individual tenant account and third-party software for everything, everything operates independently from each other and there doesn't seem to be a lot of overlap. With all of these third parties, it seemed the office could only be so helpful, everything seemed out of their control. Our biggest issue was with the water bug infestation and the cockroach infestation. We are very educated on the difference between the two because every person we spoke with at the office told us no we don't have cockroaches, just water bugs. Perhaps this review is more directed to Dewey pest control, their third-party vendor, whom I spent an intimate amount of time with during our multiple inspections and treatments during our four months there. I can identify with accurate certainty, the difference between the two species of infestations and their offspring. The internal infestation was due to water bugs, and the external infestation (meaning: they would crawl in under the balcony door, which I witnessed many times) was due to cockroaches. Again, if you needed to have some type of lesson on the physical characteristics of each, I am here for you. If you want to design a Halloween costume as either species, I am here for you. If you want to remedy the situation, Dewey is not there for you. I'm almost surprised the Property still works with that vendor because I witnessed double billing where they would perform these multiple inspections based on whoever was applying the product that day and they would provide multiple treatments in unseen areas, which I also believe was a double bill to the Domain office. I have no doubt that they struggle to find an affordable pest control company, they take what they can get, but I do believe they are being scammed by their pest control. read more

Let me first start by stating this review has nothing to do with the Domain Apartments Maintenance. Dennis and Herb are fantastic! They're actually the best thing about Domain since the previous Manager Todd and the other office staff are no longer with the company. Safety: Don't move here if you care about your safety because clearly this apartment doesn't. From auto break ins to the contractors that they hire. I've had a contractor come into my home to fix my AC and steal my Cartier ring. I've had guest over and they're broken into their car and stole items from the guest parking garage. This apartment has no security. Questions and Concerns: It takes forever for your questions or concerns to be addressed. Amenities: I've lived at Domain for 2 years and even before COVID-19 we had no amenities for months. (My neighbors also vented to me regarding this.) We pay for rent at a so called upscale apartment. Property Grounds: Dog pee is usually found in the elevators and hallways. The trash shoot/trash room is always over flowing and full which makes the closed in hallways smell really bad. The air in the hallways is rarely on so imagine a hot smelly hallway. Rent: They have the nerve to increase rent when the apartments requires constant maintenance service, the property grounds are unkept, no amenities and doesn't care about tenants safety. read more

Just moved to Domain a few months ago. We visited Ariva, Vive and Avion and ended up signing a lease here. More square footage for each dollar. We have a one bedroom and ended up using the upstairs loft for my office now that I get to work from home. They also host a farmers market each weekend which is great for produce, some groceries and food trucks. Do you wanna live in a place like this? That you pay high standard but is not?? Rent isn't cheap here, but guess is not worth much. Pictures tell more than words. Trash is complete awful, the room looks like that most of the time. Wasn't like that before the new company come in. New management by Greystar Apartaments who is the new owner of Domain There is not many cameras to cover the garage, so always bikes will be stolen and cars be brake in. Huge dogs all over the building like Rottweilers, German Shepherds, this is insane either for the dogs and for who lived here that needs to share elevator with those... Weekends the pool gets really full cause some ppl have as many guests they want over, witch comes out of control. Been living here for about 4 months but I'm not very happy with, also been noticing that hallways been all dirty don't see any employees vacuum and cleaning anymore. read more
