I have a terrible work schedule but they had no problem working with me. You will get a text before they head your way within a short window (unlike companies that tell you 8am-8pm). They did the job very professionally without cutting corners on my garage opener installation. I am picky with attention to detail and they did not fall short. They routed the wires appropriately and set up the opener nicely instead of exposing all the wires. One small change that I would make is putting the wires through the hole on the face plate. My house came with the face plate holes. I always think it looks strange with the wires not going through the provided hole. Not a big deal though, just a minor detail. Lastly, they quoted me an amount and that's the price I paid. A lot of people quote without taxes included. It's a nice touch instead of having to worry about paying 8% more to your quoted price.

Peggy answered the phone immediately, was incredible in her customer service, and less than two hours later Seth arrived. Great young man who was articulate, capable, and friendly. Had the work done in an hour and discovered that our garage door doesn't really have to vibrate the entire house when it is going up and down!!! Highly recommend this company which is customer friendly, fast, high quality, and doesn't charge time and a half to come out on a Sunday!

They charged her 597.00 dollars to hit the GCFI button that was tripped because of her Christmas light. They told her she needed a complete overhaul on her door. I communicated with Brenda the service representative to fix this .. she said no. So here we are. Don't use these people. Neighborhood Garage Door Services. They took advantage of an elderly widowed senior women. I have posted it in our HOA to make them aware. I'll also be posting on Bluesky and the Better Business Bureau.
