Replace stuff until the issue goes away not truly a pro diagnostic process. IMO They listed many other issues they wanted to charge for wish I did not even ask to look at. Trying to up the bill to me. They up price parts and labor so your bill will be 2/3 more expensive than a smaller shop elsewhere. But considering that actual dealers do the same thing or worse.... the people are nice enough but don't expect to get out of there with a reasonable bill. Was the issue fixed? partially will see longer term. They only want to use OEM parts even though some after market parts are better. Example of part cost. Part cost aftermarket OEM compatable 130.00 they charge for part 530.00 and then their labor. Gun to the head and they have your car.

Okay so I had bought a new set of rims for my car online and when they arrived I ordered a new set…read moreof tires to go on them from Discount Tire, unfortunately during my appointment they inform me that the rims that I had bought would not fit properly and they would hit the caliper if I use. So I told them okay well I'll just have to come back with some rims that will fit and they said they would hang on to my tires until I came back but before I left they showed me a rim that they had there in stock that was black like the ones I brought in and wanted to know if I wanted to buy them but I told him no cuz I didn't like the way the design looked. So I ended up going on Discount Tire website and ordering a set of rims from them and then make it an appointment again to go in and have those rims and tires installed, so that's what I did and when they were finished and drove my car out I'm not sure how I didn't notice immediately but I did notice something didn't seem right and after getting home and parking in the driveway I brought up my purchase confirmation to look at the rims that I bought and wouldn't you know it they installed the wrong rims! To make things worse the rims that they did put on were the same ones they tried to sell me on my last visit which made me sneakily suspicious that they may have done this intentionally, anyways I called them and told them and they apologized and told me they had the rims that I bought there and they mixed them up I don't understand how that could possibly happen in my pics all include what each room looked like, they told me I could come back immediately and they'll get me right in but I told him I wouldn't be able to get back in until the next day which is what I did and when I arrived I let them know who I was and what happened and I still had to wait in line behind like seven people which is ridiculous after the mistake they made.
