My detailer was Rowan. He was awesome. He made sure my car was immaculate. He also was very detailed and was able to point out any issues my car had from previous detailers and wear and tear. I just moved to burleson and expecting a baby in a couple of months and I asked if it was possible anyone could come out last minute. I talked with them the day before Thanksgiving and the guys came out on Thanksgiving morning at 10 AM and we're gone by 11:30. They did all four windows in my Toyota Corolla including removing the old tint and putting on the new. You know there has to be a seam or something but there was nothing showing, it was a beautiful job!! No trash left laying around and the gentlemen although they did not speak good english, they were as kind as they could be. For the price paid, the final product did not meet expectations. Pros: Quick and easy to book. Overall, the car's interior and exterior were done nicely. Detailer was friendly and corrected items I pointed out. Cons: For $120, expected car to be spotless. Waterless wash was used. I'm not against it, but was expecting a bucket and power washing job. Wheel wells were not cleaned all the way around. The post inspection looked good, but after pulling into garage noticed that job was not as thorough. Appointment was for 1pm, but didn't arrive until after 2pm - but they did communicate schedule delays. Maybe their in-shop washes or full details yield better results, but unfortunately I won't be trying them again. Can't justify $120 for 85% complete job. read more

Throughout the morning, when I checked in on him (100 degrees out, brutal sun) he showed me what he'd found and confirmed what I wanted him to do. I was quoted $360 for the absolute best I could get. They were to arrive at 2 but due to traffic they arrived at 3. Which they notified me while they were in traffic and it was fine in my opinion. Things happen. I didn't have other plans so it really wasn't a big deal. once here, there was only one man for this big job. He started cleaning and has been out there since 3. He's still here busting his ass. Its 8:30. Almost six hours. Y'all.... This truck has never looked better. It looks better then when I bought it off the lot. I was honestly a little skeptical to use ScumRX due to the lack of the views and the price point. It is 1000% worth it though. Every nook and cranny was touched and I felt that was really nice. Holy. Hell. These folks are absolutely remarkable. They responded to us with a quote within an hour, and were out to our home the next day. We asked them to take care of both an SUV and a sedan at the same time and man did they deliver. Our SUV was beyond trashed from having two Great Pyrenees dogs in it almost every single day (dog hair and slobber for days). Ben showed up at 10AM and worked nonstop until 6:15PM. The man even worked through some rain showers that passed through. He did the impossible and flipped our dog trashed cars into a sparkling clean cars that looks fresh off the lot. First car detail experience! They have wonderful & dedicated hard workers to go above & beyond. I guess it takes a hard worker, myself, to know one other. Tory arrived an hour early, with a secondhand gentleman I did not get a name from, but they spent 5 hours total on all the little details. I thought it would be an issue being located in a semi-crowded apartment complex, but Tory assured me they had enough space and the equipment to do the job at hand. I let him know he could text me when they were almost finished, but he came up the stairs to the second floor anyways (I guess detailing wasn't enough of a workout for him, lol) to let me check the progress 20 minutes prior to completion... ended up being an hour later rather than the 20 minutes he thought. That's how much they care about the services they provide to their customers. Don't just assume they will complete the task at hand within the quoted time frame; they will continue working until they, themselves, are satisfied as if it were their own vehicle! My truck had dog hair, French fries, and old spilled soda that was starting to smell (thank you husband) which is why i called them. My car looks beautiful and amazing! They were so easy to deal with, they came to me and just needed an outlet and a hose connection. They brought everything else that was needed. I did feel bad that they were out in the heat but they were so amazing about it.
