Although they are new to the location you can tell they know how to run a business and take care of their customers. My 2021 Cement Grey Tacoma was side swiped by some punks on bicycles and I was worried about rust developing since the scratch broke beyond the clear coat. This required painting two door panels along with color matching and blending the new coat with the original. Not an easy task, but one that a professional shop is expected to perform at a very high level. After a short wait period, my truck was completed at a very fair price and with a professional touch. The team here is great from top to bottom and I hope they have continued success. It's great to see a business deal with transparency and have pride in how they treat customers. The shop is refusing to fix a light that was improperly installed, not to mention it's only a $20 part. Take your car to a shop that actually cares and has integrity! Edit : The courtesy would have been appreciated if the part was actually installed correctly and you did not repeatedly replace the part. Just because you did not write on the paper "reflector light" does not mean it is not your responsibility.
