We had two suit pants, one skirt and one stretchy pants. One of the suit pants needed a smaller waist band. The pants around the waist was loose but there were a lot of fabric making it look extremely oversized. So the entire pants needed to be cut down a couple sizes. The other pants just needed to be tailored at the ankle. The stretchy pants and the skirt also needed to be tailored to be shorter. When I gave her my pants and skirt, she noticed immediately that they're from Uniqlo without even looking at the tag. When I tried to ask Uniqlo to tailor my pants, they said their machine would ruin it. So I took it upon myself to use those cheap brothers sewing machine to hem up the pants. I clearly didn't do a good job and Han saw it and easily guessed that I used a portable brothers sewing machine. After getting them back, the pants fit perfectly and not loose at all. Han hemmed everything up really well and for a really affordable cost. We weren't in a rush to get them back but she did it in a week. She also had a lot of work to do from other clients, so for her to finish in a week was amazing. When you meet her, don't feel discouraged, she has a really monotone facial expression, but we chatted and she was friendly. If you need something done quick or small at an affordable price, would recommend seeing her.

I came in Wednesday to pick up and she had not even started working on my garment. She said that she has been very busy and will be finished with it next Monday. I was understanding and said I would be back next week around 5 pm. Come next Monday, it is still sitting on the table where I left it, untouched. She said "did I say it would be done today?" and completely forgot about my order. She then again said it would be done by tomorrow and I gave her my phone number this time so she can contact me if anything happens again. I was annoyed at this point. The next day, I called her ahead of time and asked her if the garment was ready for pickup and she said yes. I arrive and it is NOT ready. The only thing she had done was messily cut the excess fabric off. I asked her how long it would take and she said she could finish it today but she could do a better job if I came back tomorrow. The following day, I call ahead of time again and ask if the garment is ready for real this time. She insists that it is and I tell her that I will come today to get it. I get there at 5:10 pm (she closes at 6 pm) and the door is locked and no one is inside. I call her again and she says she 'had something urgent' and left early. I am so frustrated at this point since I have been to her shop FOUR TIMES after she continuously promised I could pick up my order. She could have easily called me and told me that she was leaving early and not to come, but she decided to be extremely unprofessional and a horrid communicator even though she knew I was coming in. All the while, she never once apologized for her mistakes. When I finally was able to get my order, the "better job" she said she would do was something I expect from a beginner sewing student and not a professional. The fabric cutting was uneven, the surging of the fabric is very lopsided and at some points, even missing the fabric completely, and some of the topstitching skips the serging work she did. I also don't know what possessed her to use black thread on a pink garment. Worst of all, she decided to alter the garment in such a way that it is incredibly difficult to put on and take off. I will never support Han again and would recommend you also take your business elsewhere.

However, two days later at home, I discovered a hole in the shirt. I returned to the store to address the issue, but instead of taking responsibility, the staff member insisted the damage was already there. That's simply not true--the shirt was in perfect condition when I brought it in. What disappointed me most wasn't just the damage, but the lack of accountability and professionalism. Being told it was my fault felt dismissive and unfair. I'm sharing this review so others are aware. Customer service and integrity matter, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.

Only thing is the plaza can be a hit or miss with parking sometimes so keep that in mind. You might have to circle around or park in the garage and walk quite a distance. The only thing unique abt this cleaners is how careless they are regarding items that are being…read morecleaned. They send your items off to a third party to have them wash and send it back. Which means they have no control over how they wash delicate clothing and the items take a lot longer than expected to be ready for pickup. My brand new shirt is embellished with gold monogram flower hardware around the neckline which I specially said please be very careful and gentle with. It came back and guess what???Careless. The hardware has a string that totally fell off and they somehow have punched a small hole on the bottom of the shirt. Like okay my shirt is totally damaged now. If they couldn't have done the job without damaging my shirt, he could've just denied me as a customer. I would've preferred that over a damaged shirt. Come on, get it together. Never again. I recently moved to San Marino and discovered this dry cleaning spot in the neighborhood…read more Unfortunately, they washed all my clothes, including cashmere sweaters and down coats, using water in the washing machine. As a result, my sweaters shrank to the size of an 8-year-old's, and the fur on my Canada Goose coat got shrank and damaged from the wet and dry process. When I returned the items, they offered to enlarge my sweater back to its original size, but it didn't work, and the coat's fur collar was further damaged. I found out they outsource the cleaning to a third party, which doesn't seem to properly care for the items, with no quality control. For many years of using dry cleaners, this has never happened--no one would ever water-wash cashmere or down coats. I won't be coming back to this store. I don't recommend this store to any family and friends!
