1 Star - Would Not Trust With High-End Garments…read more I had a very disappointing experience with Tracey's Cleaners in Montebello and want to warn others before they trust this business with expensive clothing. When I picked it up, the jacket had significant damage that was not present before cleaning. The bonded seams had ruin and were peeling apart throughout the garment, and the down insulation had become heavily clumped, causing the jacket to lose much of its warmth and functionality. The jacket is now in a condition where it cannot be worn as intended. What was even more frustrating was the response from the owner. Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to work toward a fair resolution, I was told the jacket was "too old." If they believed the garment was too fragile or risky to clean, that should have been disclosed before any work was performed. She even inspected the jacket prior and claim, Whats worse she sends it to 3rd party to do the work and says there are the best. She will play games with you. Went back there 5 times waiting for an response and no solution. I understand that accidents can happen, but businesses should communicate honestly, obtain customer approval before proceeding, and stand behind their work when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with your EXPENSIVE OR DElicate items. Because no reasonable resolution was offered, pursuing recovery of my losses through Small Claims Court is the only option. If you own luxury, technical, bonded, or high-value garments, I would strongly recommend exercising caution before bringing them here.

There are a good number of washers, dryers and even vending. There is a change machine. The front loaders and dryers have credit card capabilities. Last wash is 10pm. They close at 11pm. There is a parking lot that also serves a residential unit and church in the same plaza. The staff is nice and even late at night, it feels safe. There is no bathroom, make sure you go before you leave home :)

What's the whole point of having "business hours," when the store is closed during it's listed hours??? This place offers regular dry cleaning, nothing above the standard. You get what you pay for here- Nothing special. Just another dry cleaner, but what makes this place special is that you never know whether they'll actually be open during their listed hours!!! It's so much fun to drive here during hours just to find out they decided to go home early! I've been to to this dry cleaner several times over the last 6 months and it's hit & miss on whether they're actually to open during their own business hours. First couple of times, I gave them a pass, but today, I had to write something about it. So- The last straw was today- It was 4:35pm on a Saturday & the place was closed, even though the front doors reads that they'll close at 5pm! There's another dry cleaner down the road that does a much better job and is always open when they're listed to be open called "Norge Dry Cleaner." They do a much better job and are open during hours. read more

I work in the medical field in radiographic imaging at the hospital, so my scrubs just need to be washed in the washing machine at home. My other clothes, the same. There are some exceptions. I do come here to get my Alpha Industries Flight Jacket dry cleaned. This type of jacket needs dry cleaning. Don't throw it in the washing machine unless you want to destroy it. Occasionally I have to dry clean a suit if I have occasion to wear it. I may bring my mom's wool outfits occasionally as well. When I need some alterations or repair, I come here. If I buy new pants and they are too long I bring it here for hemming. I have a scrubs pants and the pocket stitching broke recently, so I brought it here. I was told it would be done Monday, which is a few days, yet the same day I got a text saying it was done, so I picked it up the next day. How's that for fast service and efficiency? I also had a pocket stitching on my Alpha Industries flight jacket come unstitched and brought it here for repair. This is a two-woman operation. I don't recall their names but one is the owner and she has an employee that does the alterations and repair as well as other things. The owner may also do that stuff too, but I know for sure the employee does that. Both are very nice people and a pleasure to deal with. The workmanship here is excellent as is the dry cleaning. The customer service is excellent too. Prices are great too. I highly recommend Chief Cleaners.
