I did however see the driver of the Dominos car pull in our driveway then proceeded to back OUT of the drive way. No pizza. Call the store, wait on hold for a ridiculous amount of time only to finally talk to someone who was also just as incompetent as the delivery driver. She said "oh yeah he's on his way back here because he actually forgot your pizzas. Hahahaha. Yes, she LAUGHED. Not so funny to my hungry household. I order from this location when I babysit and the past 4 times I have ordered I was not happy. The pizza is super thin (like paper thick), folds in half when you pick it up. No Garlic Parmesan Seasoning was on the crust as I requested. And the pizza was barely cut! I had to recut myself. Then I love the Cinnamon Twists, got them delivered with ZERO cinnamon on top. Just plain dough. Called and it was redelivered with a tiny bit of cinnamon. This Dominos is awful and I don't recommend them. Ok first of all, expect a creepy old man to show up with your pizza and make inappropriate comments. Next, expect cold pizza. Finally, expect about a 2-2.5 hour delivery time. And if you ask why, expect to be told it's because they don't have enough drivers.... on a Friday night... not my problem. I've given this location 3 tries now, and it has been exactly the same carbon copy every time. There are numerous other pizza delivery restaurants nearby, so I'll go with those from now on. I'd give this location a zero star rating if I could. They are consistent with only two things. One, getting the order wrong; and two, having rude employees. They've messed up our order FOUR times. If the order is wrong, make it right. If you're a manager it's your job to speak with the customers when there is a problem. If you deliver an order and it's wrong, fix it. Refund the delivery fees. Refund the entire order if you can't fix it same night. Not this location tho. They'd rather be rude and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and order from So Pies. They deliver and it's better pizza. Hour and a half to get pizza. Had to call and ask them to deliver it after it had been sitting somewhere in store done for an hour. The girl on the phone had to ask the delivery guy multiple times when he would leave with it before he answered her. Employees could be heard joking around in the background. Very unprofessional. Pros: * Customer Service is excellent with people who are kind and patient. * They're ingredients has been kept fresh as far as I know. * They're food is always hot and delicious. * This particular location has tables so you can eat in the restaurant if you would like. Order from another one of the Domino's locations around the area. I ordered pizza at 6:30 tonight and it is currently 8:10 and I still have not received my pizza. When I called the location the person on the other end had no empathy and essentially said "yea...ok...your pizza is late". They proceeded to say that once the pizza was made I could not cancel the order. So apparently I am now held hostage by this subpar Domino's location. I've had issues with this location before and it unfortunately is my default location for dominos online ordering. The worst. I understand it's a holiday and most places are busy, but to act like you're unbothered that an order is placed an hour and a half before and still no pizza and has been sitting ready for an hour is ridiculous. I placed order online which stated the order would be delivered within an hour(see pic). After the the employee called me back to complain I called the store 6 times as she was on another line, so she figured it must have been important....I told her I was calling for an update on the status of my order that's been sifting for an hour.
