Walk in hostesses are running crazy with to-go orders. Suggestion run the hostess stand all the way to the bar (lose 2 seats) build out a dedicated space for that. Hostess asks if we want a booth or a high top table, we say booth. Hostess, we dont have any booths just high to tables. Well then it doesnt make sense to off us what you dont have. Better solution. I have a hightop table available now or I can put you our wait list for a booth. Seated meet our server. She is pleasant but this will likely be the last time we see here. Got our drinks. Ordered buffalo dip app, 2 grinders each with a side. And then we wait. It is Friday night they are turning tables. But like 25 minutes in husband says how hard is it to heat up buffalo dip? I bet all our food comes out together... And here we are all our food rolls out at one time. Cant eat the hot app or our sandwiches and cheese fries get cold. Cant just go grinders first cause the dip gets cold. So we decided to take the dip home and enjoy our food. Take note of who has not returned.... So we finish eating, drinks are empty, then we start making jokes about how our server must have quit. To be fair it is friday night but also there are 6 serves for like 16 tables. It should be fine. Finally we have now been here about an hour. Our server shows up!! Says she has been in the back waiting for our food! Like what? So many questions come to mind. So I say we didnt get to eat our app because all our food came together. She responds I put it in as a app so the kitchen should have sent it first. So areas that need attention. If you have an expo, they are not doing their job firing tickets. If you dont, teach your servers how to put entrees on hold in the computer, and fire them when the app comes out. Also they are using a rotation system for seating not sections. It is small but your server "forgets about her table" and it isnt line of sight, so we just sat there and bussed our own table in the mean time. We paid gave a standard tip instead of usual very generous tip practice. Service is just falling flat most place. And noone trains to a standard anymore. Will be be back. Probably will I time my own food order according absolutely.

Clearly if everyone is making the same mistake it's not them it's the establishments. & you can still be kind / respectful while communicating to the customers that they please need to wait for someone to check their order for them. & be so fr if they aren't supposed to grab the orders why are they sitting out like that?? Close the window. Don't get mad at people for assuming what looks so obvious. By golly. Anyways 2/10 do not recommend service wise. Hard to mess up the food.
