The kids had a hard time with the menu because it shows the names in Italian, but the description is in English and easy to understand. The food is still good, the ambiance nice for a date night where you might want privacy, and the staff was pleasant and attentive. I was also pleased that the waiter was able to suggest a wine like they do in fancy movies. I love wine but always forget the names of the ones I like most. He said okay we will void the transaction and it will take a few days to process it. No worries. A week goes by and I did not receive the refund. I called again and spoke to the same guy. He was unsure why I haven't received a refund. I offered to drive down to show them pictures and show them the charges on my bank app but he said no that's okay we believe you. He said he would have the owner reach out to me to resolve it. Two days later and I've yet to receive a call. Just a frustrating experience and waste of money. I know whoever took the pizza out of the oven saw it was burnt, wish they just would have remade it instead of trying to see if I would care. Not a big fan of burnt tasting pizza.

I had a great experience with the customer service at this location today. They called me ahead of time to let me know they were out of mushrooms, and when I arrived, I noticed the first pizza was a bit overdone, and they offered to remake it immediately without me even asking. They even offered to double up on other toppings to make up for the missing mushrooms! The staff was incredibly professional and kind. The thin crust is very crispy (less chew than I expected), but it's a great lower-sodium option. Highly recommend this team for their top-tier service! read more

Horrible rude service over on the phone and hung up on us two times. We continued to try and be nice to her after we were done making our order she called back to confirm the order. She said it would be 45 to 50 minutes for the delivery. Hour and a half later we called regarding it and the assistant manager Brandon told us there is no order for our address. There are a few orders that would be done before my order but it wouldn't be long.... Rather then waiting another hour and a half, I said nevermind. Such a waste of time. read more

I love this place, first day they opened they had issues with the order system, cards weren't being accepted. This gentleman in front of me had a big order that he couldn't pick up and was visibly upset, I offered to pay for his food and proceeded to do so. The manager was happy, she gave me 50% off of my order for helping the guy out. I wasn't expecting anything so that felt great. I go here at least once a week and have never had an issue, friendly staff, and friendly management. Very clean place. read more

I will not come here ever again .they have horrible disrespectful customer service .They treat you like a piece of crap and that everyone is a criminal. They will NEVER EVER get my hard earned money...and the next time they decide to treat people like that I hope they dont get their butt kicked. Glad I have control over my anger.
