I am honestly appalled by the quality of this food. The pizza is spongey cheese on cardboard crust. The center is undercooked and the bottom is burnt hard. The wings were undercooked and raw. The jalapeño poppers were disgusting, I couldn't eat them either and when I opened them up some of them the cheese was nearly frozen. Don't eat here. Don't order from here. The prices at this place are great! $4.99 for a one topping pizza is a price that can't be beat. Pizzas arrived, looked descent for the price. Crust looked a little better than the $5 competitor pizzas. Good amount of pepperoni and jalapenos on the two pizzas. Time to eat!! Open up the hangar....here comes the pizza.... BUT WAIT....what is that aroma? Is that jet fuel in my pizza? Is that chlorine in my pizza? Hmm...not sure what was going on but both of our pizzas reeked of chlorine. The pizza and other menu items are great. Especially the jalapeño poppers! I dislike the cinnamon pull aparts as they are only pizza crust and get really hard after they leave the oven. My first time ordering from here, the girl at the front gave my husband an attitude and got our order completely wrong! We are nice people and treat people as well as they treat us. It wouldn't let me add to my previous review from last year, so I am making a new one. Everything I said before is still true. I continue to get charged for extra toppings, only to not receive them. It got better for a while after my last review, but it has now happened I think 3 times in the last month or two. Sometimes I only order extra toppings just to make the ridiculous delivery minimum. Do the franchise owners read these reviews? Get on your staff about this please. An occasional mistake can be overlooked, but this is unacceptable. Their computers are always down, they are out of items but don't say anything until they arrive (for example order a 12oz Pepsi), we've ordered two orders of chicken wings for two different people, the put them all in one container the latest (today, July 1, 2015) was a coupon they bought credits for from restaurant.com they say they don't take even though they have to buy credits for them, delivery has been an hour late in some cases (once two hours and they had tons of excuses). You try to give money to a local business and look what happens ! I waited 2 hours to get my food, a modest order for a family of 4. When it got here it was cold and inedible. I immediately called to get my money back and was informed that I would need to call the 3rd party who took the money to get the refund. They told me to call slice. I called Slice and they informed me that the money was taken from a company called eat 24, i call eat 24 after waiting forever, and they informed me that LA pizza is the ones who needs to give me my money back . WAIT , WHAT? The agent said that he would call and attempt to get my refund. What do you mean you will attempt? They are in the wrong, I waited 2 hours for cold food, and there is a chance that they can just take my money? I've been waiting for a call back for 15 minutes now. I will be taking my concerns to the Better Business Bureau for not only LA Pizza, but for EaT 24 . There has to be some health code violation for serving food that is at an inadequate temperature.
