Waited 2 hours for a delivery, no one answering phone at store so drove up to store to find out my order had been cancelled because a train blocked their path. No one called to tell me. The lady working was extremely rude, did not apologize or attempt to make it right. She told me it would be at least an hour for me to wait to get my pizzas. read more

My husband ordered the pizza tonight, a Friday night, and we were able to pick it up within 10-15 minutes of us placing the order. When I entered the Dominos to pick up the food, I was greeted right away and was helped by a nice gentleman. It seemed clean and organized when I was in there. Talked to the GM who is super professional and polite, even though I was showing her these two proof of transactions she still wasn't trying to give me the food I paid for because something is wrong with THIER system which has absolutely nothing to do with me. NO TOPPING PIZZA. Has it become so hard to make a buck making pizza that hardly any toppings are the answer? My medium pizza with mushrooms and Italian sausage cost $17.00, had 21 pieces of sliced mushrooms and 18 tiny meatballs. Awful service the employees r rude my order always cold do not eat here there food bad

Placed a order due to a long day at work and not wanting to cook. After 2 hours of waiting I call them to ask how much longer is it going to take only to be told someone tried to reach me to ask if I'd like to change to pick up due to back orders. I let her know I had no missed calls or messages. She said there may be a glitch in their system and would I like to change to pick up. I said No. I still want delivery. I'm tired and had a long day at work. How much longer? Her 30 to 45 minutes. It'll be past my bedtime before I get this order. Main thing...this glitch. Please fix it. Least Dominos can do is offer a dessert, a coke or a discount. read more

Tonight I have never argued with a manager about my address and why would I call you from 2 hours away in Round Rock when I live 5 minutes down the road in Alvarado.
