This place served me left over pizza that had sat around for awhile who knows how long, or was brought back from delivery. The pizza was already drying up, the olives were wrinkled and the cheese was darker, crust was hardening like a biscuit. It was barely warm. I ordered it online and their website said it would be ready in 28 mins and when I checked again it was ready in 10 mins instead. That should have told me something. When I went to pick it up the guy went to pick it up from the back where the delivery drivers were coming from. The clerk didn't pick it up from the rack close to the register. All of that didn't cross my mind till I got home and tried to eat it. It was terrible even after I rewarmed. I called to complain we couldn't eat this pizza and that it was not fresh and they just argued and said they wont refund us. They will only give you credit for another one. Problem is you have to go into the store and babysit them and watch them to make sure they give you a fresh one instead of a leftover one. Not happy and feel like I ate greasy junk thanks to Dominoes. Also they don't give you Parmesan cheese or Chile packages they charge for that now, and their large pizza is the size of a medium now. read more

Is zero stars an option for customer service? Where to start... We ordered some pizza at around 6:30 to enjoy with a movie night. Pizza said it was ready at around 7:00, we went in the store and they advised it was not quite ready yet, no problem, I thought, we can wait a few minutes. Watched them make our order, down to the sauce cups we ordered. They brought it out around the counter and so I approached them and commented is that for me? They advised it was for another customer. I asked again, asking are you sure that is the exact same order as ours? They were adamant it was for someone else, someone who had been in front of me in line earlier whose order was still completely in the oven. Well, not much I could do. I just thought they had the same order as us. So I continued to wait. About 5 minutes later. I approached again asking where our order was, and they said it was just about ready. They then spent a frenzied 5 minutes walking around back and forth, the girl realizing that she had just given our order to send it to someone else. I had to ask again, I thought that was our order, what is my option? Do I have to wait for you to remake it, basically how are you going to make this right? Another 5 minutes pass, without any communication, and with hardly an acknowledgment of my questions. I had to again approach the counter and ask what was happening, and she said it would take 10 to 15 minutes to cook. Obviously, it would take more. They were slammed. I could not continue to wait so I asked them to make it right by giving me a refund. Another 5 to 10 minutes pass as the girl is walking around trying to figure out what to do, and she eventually asked someone else for help on the refund. They eventually get to a refund, and send me out the door. They did not try to make the situation right, and if they would have only listened to me in the first place, then they could have completely avoided it. This is pizza, not rocket science. Overall experience was horrible, it has me questioning if I would ever want to patronize a Domino's again. Complete and utter lack of sympathy or care for customers. Left the store after being there for about 30 minutes, all of which I was under the impression my order should have been ready when I got there. Ended up getting McDonald's for movie night. This store needs to shape up. read more

This is the first time I have been in a Domino's with indoor dining and a drive through. Is this new or have these been around forever and I just noticed for the first time. When i called they said sorry there was some confusion, will deliver in 20 mins. 45 mins past and drinks were still not delivered. Guests left. Don't waste your time, my pizza sat on the counter at the store for 53mins bc they forgot the order. Offered to give me a credit and have my pizza delivered after another 30-45mins. The pizza would have been over two hours old at that point, no thanks. Horrible service read more

I ordered wings and pizza. As I was taking a bite out of the wings, I realized they were raw. I figured it was an honest mistake so I called and they sent out new ones and they were cold, STILL raw and they threw the sauce all over the box. I gave up knowing I was pregnant and not needing to deal with raw food. I called the following day to let them know and when I spoke to the manager, he asked me to send him pictures of the raw wings so that is what I did.... still have yet to hear back from them to make the situation correct. I was a customer that ordered often for our family game nights, so since the manager wasn't willing to correct it even after sending pictures, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

To the people that were working at 7:56PM on Nov 17, 2024 as soon as me and my girlfriend stepped into the establishment I noticed a pungent rotting smell present. We approached the counter and waited to be attended for a few minutes while more than 6 workers visible behind the counter being able to see us and actively ignoring us. We finally get attended by one of the workers and we tell her the name on the order she looks at every single ticket and comes up and asks us what the name again we tell her the name again and she magically finds it on the rack. I don't normally write these reviews as I also deal with with customers on a daily basis so I understand there's bad days but for the WHOLE staff of more than 6 people to ignore us is completely unacceptable no matter how you look at it, I get you might hate your job and you don't want to be there but you should at least treat people with basic respect, because I and many other customers have not done anything to you to have you treat us in such a disrespectful manner. read more

Hello fellow customers. I would like to tell you about what happened to us and this kind of thing has happened several times at this restaurant. We had a small pizza party on this occasion and I asked the manager that answered the phone several times that extra menus were needed and I was told that we would have them for sure. Our order came to 28.37 with tip over 30.00 the driver didn't bring even one menu . Said sorry and will come right back. Never came back called the restaurant over and over our pizza was wrong as well.they wouldn't give us what we ordered or Fix the problem. I've never left a review of a business, so I'm guilty of only leaving bad reviews ....... for that I'm sorry. I've ordered from this business multiple times, and have been satisfied enough to order from this place again. 2-28-2020 I ordered two pizzas for my family. I have never been more disappointed in the quality of a purchase as I was with this one. First of all I paid extra for two ingredients that were only visible on my receipt..... The slices of my pizzas were as limp as a dead fish on a hot summer day, because of the massive amount of grease. The sauce tasted like tomato paste due to the absolute lack of flavor, and was visible due to the complete, infinite lack of cheese! Both of my large pizzas had to be thrown out. I would have been better off feeding my family frozen pizzas from the dollar store than to have paid 30+ dollars for horrible pizza that arrived later than promised. Please do yourself, and your family, the courtesy of ordering papa johns, pizza huts pizzas or ravioli for dinner. I apparently waited to long to complain per their website, so this is all in vain. read more

The only word I can use to describe this place is incompetent. My wife went to pick up dinner and luckily she called me before she left as they had forgotten half the order. This is not the first time either. The only reason I ordered from here is my wife. If it weren't for her I would never order from dominos again. We drove 20 minutes to pick up Dominos since they do not deliver to our home. When we got home, turns out they didn't give icing for the cinnamon sticks. Their solution was to either have us drive back 20 minutes to pick up icing to put on what would then be cold cinnamon sticks, or gives us a 2 L soda on our account. We do not drink soda, and it was pointless to drive 20 minutes again for icing on a cold dessert. The simple fix would have been to offer a replacement cinnamon sticks on our next order. They would've been out $5, opposed to losing out on a family that provides frequent business. Lastly, Dominos seems to pride themselves on being family oriented, but this location does not provide a changing table. This leaves families either having to change their children on the bathroom floor, or in the middle of the restaurants lobby where people are trying to eat. read more

Having recently moved here, I had no idea about pizza delivery. I did, however, know Domino's usually has an expanded delivery sevice. The gal who answered the phone was very patient while I explained why my phone had a distant area code. We finally got everything straight and I placed my order.The delivery person was polite, dressed nicely and was very prompt. I do appreiate well groomed employees. I think it says a lot about the company's policies.I will defenitey keep this Domino's number handly. read more

Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 bread bites. One of the pizzas was wrong and no Parmesan cheese packets. Driver did go back and get correct pizza but forgot packets. The pizza was so greasy the top and bottom of each pizza was soaked in grease. The bread bites were so greasy and covered in powder/butter they were basically trash. To spend $75 on this meal was a joke and we will not be back. read more

I love the thin and crispy crust pizza at Dominos. The pizza is always fresh, hot and and delicious. I gave it 4 stars because on a couple of occasions the pizza was cut very uneven so there were very large pieces and very small pieces. Also, you no longer get complimentary parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper packets. Instead they have very small containers that you can purchase. Not good. That's like McDonald's charging for ketchup packets. read more

This is, hands down, the best pizza in the area. The garlic bread crust on the pizza is PERFECT. The chocolate lava cakes: YUM! To die for!

I love dominos, it's my favorite! This location is pretty close to me so they're always really quick and my pizza is always hot. They deliver to my house in under 20-30 minutes usually. The cinna stix are the best !!!! And the pizza always looks soooo good. There's something weird/off tasting about the pepperoni though... I'd check that out. But maybe that's just me. I don't get it anymore though, but that's okay bc the food & service is still great !! read more

My teen-aged daughter and her friends were at the house last night and I wasn't going to be home until late, so I ordered two pizzas to be delivered to them. 1.5 hours later, she calls me and tells me they are not there. After 30 minutes of trying to call them with no answer, I finally got them to answer and was told the pizza was just put in the delivery car and would be there in 10 minutes. Two hours have elapsed at this point. 30 minutes later, it's still not there, and the girl that answered this time asked me to go on hold while she investigated. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I drove up there, while still on hold, and found the girl flirting with the delivery driver as they both leaned on the front counter, and two employees standing there doing nothing while only one guy cooked pizzas. This is after 3 hours at this point. I demanded my money be refunded, and they were able to do so within seconds, because it was on their screen and readily available - it wasn't as if it had gotten lost. I complained to Domino's corporate and have been getting phone calls and emails from the store manager asking if there's anything he can do to make it right. The answer is no. There are other pizza places in town that deliver. Don't use this one. read more
