Ordered through Doordash. We had the Sticky Finger thin crust and it was delicious. Their wings were also good, a tad saggy for my liking but had delicious flavor. We moved to Melissa last year and have been trying different pizza places since last summer with no luck. We tried Me. Jim's last night and could not have. Been more disappointed. We ordered an extra large Canadian bacon and pineapple with extra Canadian bacon. What came was a pizza that only had toppings in the middle, some kind of weird 'miniature crunchy cubes' of Canadian bacon, and the small amount of pineapple for some reason cut into small pieces. Again only on the middle of the pizza. There was barely any cheese and because I was hungry I ate two pieces but my wife couldn't even get though one. So typically i don't write reviews. But i figured i needed to after tonight. We placed an online order at 6:45 pm. We were told 30-45 mins, which i get us a basic cushion for most places and normally i would t mind waiting this. But tonight it took an hour and 30 mins for our order to arrive. When i open the box our pizza was burnt on the edges, not browned, BURNT TO A CHAR. Then the Alfredo we ordered was supposed to come with a jalapeño Alfredo sauce, it was only melted cheese and meat with penne pasta. No sauce. I know it's not the drivers fault she's just doing her job but waiting almost 2 hours for pizza is a bit ridiculous. When i called 3 times each to get an update i was auto disconnected at the 10 minute mark 3 different times. Definitely not worth $40. Good luck. read more

My banana pepper and pepperoni pizza with sriracha crust was amazing! I I'll definitely order it again, more banana peppers than domino gives and more flavor too! The crust was great, I want to try others but this one was super good so it'll be tough to decide next time! Boyfriend had sticky fingers pizza and didn't like the mushrooms for some reason but I think they still deserve 5 stars. We used a coupon and got both pizzas for a total of $24 I think, this from dominos with coupons is easily $30! Will order here again for next pizza night! read more

In Melissa/Anna, we have a pretty big selection of pizza delivery believe it or not. Although Jim's is a bit higher priced than the other big chains, the quality and taste blows the others out of the water. The have online ordering which is convenient. I have had lots of delivery pizza. Unfortunately, recently I have started to see that I can't really do much in the way of delivery pizza due to gas problems that it causes. This makes me sad, because delivery pizza can really help when we have a night where we need a quick meal and don't really have time to go out. Then I learned about Mr. Jim's. I tried them on a whim a few weeks ago. The pizza we got was excellent, both in flavor and quality. Best off, it didn't cause problems for me! Good, quick, and no problems is great! I wish I had good things to say about my experience. But I don't. Their pizza is amazingly uneatable. I love to support local business establishments but I am amazed that Mr. Jims is actually a franchise. The pizza is horrible (An understatement!). It's actually worse than frozen pizza. My pizza & nacho sticks were great! My pics don't give justice to actual smoking hot delivery that was received. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the online order system was a little antiquated so much so that my order selections didn't fully transfer over but was corrected with 1 phone call and also when delivered the requested parmesan & red pepper was not attached. 11:05pm order received at door by 11:38pm. This pizza is delicious! Much better than Pizza Hut in my opinion, but I've never been a fan of Pizza Hut. I do prefer the d'Lish thinner crust. It's just the right amount of bread to not overwhelm the toppings or soak up a bunch of grease and get nasty. The topping selection is great as well. The bread sticks are super delicious, and so are the nachos. My husband and I will actually make a meal out of the breadsticks and nachos some times. Also great service every time so far! Super nice and our new go to place for pizza! The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because I like fancy pizza from places like Spin!, but Mr Jims is delicious non-fancy pizza. read more

I just moved to Anna and I wanted to try a local pizza place. I called and the person that took my order was not friendly. I felt like I was bothering him. After I placed my order in for delivery and gave him my credit card information he asked if I was going place a tip. First of all why should I agree on a tip if this is how I'm going to be treated . Secondly I told him if the pizza is on time I will give a tip and he told me it would take over an hour. He then hung up on me before confirming the order. I called him back and asked why did he hung on me and he said I have a lot going on with sixty different things going on. I told him that's my problem . I'm a paying customer and should not be treated this way. I asked for a refund and it hasn't posted to my bank account yet . I will never try this place and I will be sure to let my family and friends know not go to this place. It's not customer friendly. read more

First time as a customer my pizza was delivered on a Saturday. My pizza was not very hot while eating it but was still edible.

Today I decided to order pizza so I was looking around to find something that was the furthest from these generic pizza companies. I wanted a lot of toppings and not have to pay a leg and an arm for a fully loaded pepperoni pizza. I decided to go with Mr.Jims Pizza because I hadn't had it before and I was getting tired of the same pizza companies bringing me a sorry excuse of a pizza with almost no toppings at all. I am fairly new to reviewing on yelp but this pizza was so delicious and the driver was very pleasant, it really made me want to make a review. The delivery time was extremely fast in my opinion, it took about 20 mins for the delivery driver to arrive (this wasn't rush hour time) and when I got to the door he was extremely punctual and had crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese. I believe his name was Tony he was extremely polite and overall nailed it in my book, he even suggested I get the Pepperoni Deluxe pizza since I love pepperoni. When I got back inside I had to take a peek inside the box and I was amazed when I saw the contents. I had never had a pizza with so many pepperonis before, I have never been so exited to eat a pizza before. As I was eating the pizza I couldn't help but think, "did I really just get this pizza for same price as these generic pizza companies" it was full of pepperonis!! I mean just look at the picture and tell me that is the not best looking pizza you have ever seen, soooo many pepperonis!! I will definitely be ordering from Mr.Jims Pizza every time I decide to order pizza to my house and I would suggest to anyone else who is thinking about ordering pizza to seriously consider ordering from Mr.Jims pizza. I have not tried the Mr.Jims Pizza in McKinney but after seeing the pizza and the interaction with Tony I will have to order some pizza on my lunch break and see if the other store is as amazing as this one. You can even order online at Mrjims.Pizza if you are in a hurry. I read the reviews and I'm very concerned about them. My family and I order from them frequently and here are the things we can rely on. 1. Friendly phone service 2. They have never messed up on an order because they repeat it back and if they did get it wrong I'm very sure they would correct it without hassle. 3. Super fast delivery! We do live around the corner but typically we order large orders that have to feed 5-8 people and 3 of them are large males that eat a lot! We love the extra large pepperoni pizza with white sauce!! And if you add the garlic and Parmesan crust it is even better. My personal favorites are the chicken fajita and sticky fingers. We occasionally get the cinnamon sticks and blue bell ice cream!!!
