I spoke directly with a regional manager who was on site at the time. She acknowledged the issue, was surprised it happened while she was there, and told me to come back and the same order would be made for free. She also said she would address training and monitor the staff. I returned a few weeks later expecting improvement, but the replacement order was even worse. I ordered multiple flavors, and none of them were properly seasoned. Everything tasted the same -- no Cajun, no lemon pepper, barely any seasoning at all. At this point, it's clear this is not a one-time issue but a consistent problem, even after management was made aware. I can't recommend this location.
