We uber'ed pizza from here and boy were we shocked by the size AND pleasantly surprised with taste of their pizza! It was definitely good and worth repeats! The way they packaged our entire order was evident that they care about the service they provide. We order frequently and typically through Uber Eats and this was the case for tonight. Normally - we love the extra large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms Tonight the pizza was sub par with no sauce on the pizza. We added extra cheese but got literally no pizza / tomato sauce and limited ingredients quantity overall. Wow - prices are high and obviously impacting end quality. Christina and the staff were so sweet. The pizza was amazing definitely a 10/10. I recommend the Buffalo pizza!!!!

Several issues: My wife arrived when it was supposed to be ready and they told her they don't have our order and she had the wrong location. She showed our order receipt from online and then a few minutes later they said it's still cooking. Clearly they forgot about the order because it took an extra 20 minutes from that point. One of the 3 pizzas was totally burnt. The pictures don't look as bad as it was in person and it tasted bad. Caesar salad came with some pink 1000 island dressing instead of Caesar. Most unacceptable part is there's no answer after 20 minutes of calling to figure out their mistake. Won't try again read more

Asked what drinks we ordered 4 times (Corona with Salt and Michelob), gave us the wrong drink still, couldn't figure out how to pour the beer (tried to give us a beer that was more than half foam), couldn't figure out how to get salt on the rim, went against their policy of allowing tasters for beer, was SUPER rude and unapologetic, overcharged for our pizza (rang it up wrong to charge extra), was going to charge extra for ranch (which we've NEVER been charged for), and NEVER apologized. Love this location for our pick up pizza orders. I always grab a pint of Velvet Hammer to enjoy while waiting on my order. The pizza is made fresh and the slices are large. We also love the cheese bread. Service is friendly and ambiance is casual and a place where you can hang, watch tv or grab a to go order that won't disappoint. read more

Now, I am no pizza expert! But I enjoyed this no red sauce pizza. I find pizza hard to enjoy w/o the red sauce. Not the case here. I absolutely loathe the usual pellet sausage so I was happy to see a pie with prosciutto and proper sliced sausage. They are tossing these crusts in the air, I enjoyed the chewy texture. The side of marinara was generous and delicious. On a side note, their croutons were sturdy crunchy & flavorful, I usually just push them to the side but these were very good. Came here while I was in McKinney from out of town, and wanted some pizza by the slice! The reviews were a little lower than I usually go for, but the pizza looked like what I wanted! Lol. I got the "Chefy's Special" which is a 1/2 salad, a cheese or pepperoni slice, and drink for $8.99. The salad was definitely WAYYYY bigger than any "half" salad I've ever seen. It was a full plate! This was a no good, horrible experience. Waited well over the quoted wait time for a 14" pizza and "salad". The pizza given wasnt mine so I brought it back in and was quoted a 10 minute wait time for a replacement. After an additional 15 minutes, pizza wasn't even in the oven. I just asked for my money back and left. Instead of a full refund, I only got money back for the pizza and came home to this "salad" that is only vegetables in a bowl. I looked at the romaine in further detail and saw this poor quality lettuce. Did not feel safe feeding it to my family so I tossed it out. The servers were working hard but unhelpful. Again, they were trying but it looked like there was no management or experienced team member to lead service in a timely manner as other customers were frustrated as well. Compared to all other times we've ordered from here, pizza was just fair tonight. It wasn't warm when it arrived, but some of that could be chalked up to the chilly temps. Giant pizzas are usually cut into eight slices, but tonight they were only six, making the slices even harder to manage than usual. Even folded, because that's how you have to do it, they were huge. Biggest issue tonight was the crust consistency. Usually it's got a bit of a crisp to it, which is the closest we've found to real NY pizza. Tonight, it was very doughy, almost spongey and undercooked. Not particularly easy to eat with a gummy consistency and not particularly impressive. The flavor of the one we got with lamb, onion, and mushroom was rather bland. The lamb was so thinly sliced, it barely had any flavor. Next time, we'll just stick with the cheese and hope the crust is better than it was tonight. read more

Hubby and I stumbled upon this place based on distance and Yelp reviews. We originally ordered the 24" pepperoni, and were amazed! The quality of this pizza is unbelievable - crust edges are crispy, slices perfectly foldable (if you're a folder) and the toppings were generous. We ate the entire thing in the span of a weekend. Fast forward to today - doctor's appointment in the area, stopped at Kroger for curbside groceries and BAM! Wait - this is that place - it's RIGHT HERE! So, I called when my groceries were being loaded and went with the 24" cheese pizza, with extra cheese and extra sauce. Bout 10 minutes (literally) later, BOOM this pizza is in my car and on the way home! On our first visit, we tried the meatball mozzarella sandwich and didn't like it - meatballs were dry and I'm not sure what the bread was - maybe pizza dough? We also got the NYC Panini which was tasty but likely not worth VTS (valuable tummy space) in favor of stuffing in more pizza! Today the place was empty (I'd love to go here, drink a few beers (of their many choices) and have some 'za with friends....I'm still in the 'pickup/drive thru only' camp because hubby and I are moving to Europe as soon as they open the borders up, so we're not taking ANY chances. The place seemed spotless, the staff was cleaning while I was there and the food handling looked to be regulation-worthy. We placed an order for delivery on grub hub and to our surprise the pizza was huge!! We ordered the large 24" pepperoni pizza and a regular chicken parmesan pizza Both were great and wow the size of that 24" was huge with big slices. Taste was good sauce was good not heavy like some other pizza places. crust was very good thin with nice edge crust. My only problem was the pizza arrived cold . But honestly I can't b mad we live far from this place but was definitely worth a try and glad I didn't have to drive in the rain with the kids. So delivery was very convenient. Okay here it is. This Italian girl is eating crow. Actually this girl just had a few bites of her husband's as usual Slicezilla. Good, I mean REALLY good! This is one of those *face palm* oh man look what I've been missing out on. I did what I usually don't do is not go back a 2nd time to make sure I just hit them on an off pizza pie. I am 99.7% sure that's the case. I'd go % but I'm anything if not honest when it comes to my opinion which is just that. Regardless of those few bites which btw didn't sit well with my husband I am sorry I didn't get a true NY slice of cheese pizza. But in not getting that I would have missed out on the Gyro. I'm not sure what Doner means but I was pleasantly surprised by what was in front of me. I am convinced these guys only do big. I opened up the container which is one of those round foil containers, the big one and there in front of me is this Gyro on steroids. Come on guy's I don't have room in my fridge for my lunch for the next two days. I told my husband I'd only be able to eat a 1/4 of it but I lied. I ate half of one of the halves. I couldn't stop eating it. The only thing I wish they had was a tzatziki sauce or something saucy. I used some ranch & it actually tasted pretty good. So there it is. Great place for hand tossed pizza. This is the closest to the pizza we ate in New York City! It's soooo good. Great tasting pies, beers on tap, friendly, helpful staff.
