I have been ordering dominos since the beginning in the 1980s. After ordering approximately over 25 pizzas from there, I have come to this unquestionable summary. The cheapest owners/management possible. They don't put any cheese on so they can increase profitability and decrease their cost of sales. They are thieves. Don't go there. Order from Papa John's or Harris Teeter. They should have their franchise revoked. Not up to standards. read more

This store does not deserve any stars... Came to my hotel from a long trip and placed an online order at 12:04 AM exactly. Online stated that food would be here within 35 min. I receive a call from an employee telling me that they are backed up and estimated wait is no more than an hour and half,I offered to pick it up myself, he said they close pickups at 10pm...i said fine I will wait (we were hungry) They never showed up, they would not answer their phones....I go to website to find out they close the store at 1AM . We just ordered from this location for the first time. For some reason the Dominos App for this location wasn't working (Generic Error Call Store). So I had to call the store and wait on hold for a bit. I ordered 2 of the $5.99 medium 2 topping pizzas & garlic twists. The pan style pizza toppings were sausage and green pepper. I requested extra sausage which was $1, no biggie. To my surprise 3-4 pieces out of 8 only have 3 or 4 pieces of sausage. So I decided to contact the store to see if this was a mistake. I was informed that Dominos weighs out the portions so if I wanted more sausage I should've requested "double sausage". Like most fans of Dominos, I've eaten at many locations. This is the first time I've had to call about a shortage of a topping. Hopefully, they can improve in this area I will say the pizza tasted very good despite the lack of sausage and it was cooked perfectly!! The service was super fast and the pizza was hot!!! Great Job Team!! We'll be ordering from this location again so I'll be sure to Update my review soon. read more

This is THE WORST dominos EVER!!!!! After waiting over an hour for pizza I call in and they say the pizza is ready but waiting to be picked up by a driver. I asked how long it would take and I was told maybe another 30 min or so he didn't know. This is crazy! As a customer I offered a suggestion " ya know it would be nice if you all could call your customers when it's gonna be this long and give them a heads up" His response.... we can't call 200 people. I am a teacher and I ordered a pizza to be delivered at a school for a student as an award. I called as soon as the store opened and requested the pizza be delivered by noon (10 minutes before the lunch begins). In schools there is only a 30 minute lunch period, so when the pizza did not get delivered until after 12:25, and no one even called to keep me informed of the status of the delivery, it left a student waiting without a lunch for half his lunch period. Do not order from this location! I waited for an hour for a pizza, then called, and some child answered saying he was the Manager On Duty because the manager left hours ago. He had no idea where the "one" driver was. When I contacted the manager and district manager, (HAROON and FJIZ) all they were concerned with was confirming my refund so they could push it to the side, get rid of me and move on. Horrible service. Had to wait an hour for pizza twice. They are crazy busy during the weekends and no one is really thinking of customer care. What's the point of having the tracking app when they start making the pizza after it says ready for pickup. I am very unhappy with this Dominos service. We ordered online and it said it would be ready around 7:20. Yes, it is Super Bowl Sunday and we were expecting to be waiting for some time but I did it think we would have to wait more than an hour to get our food. There was a huge line of people waiting when we arrived and the line did not get any shorter with people coming in and out. It is currently 8:44 and we are still waiting on our pizza. This is ridiculous. If you know you're going to be busy, let your customers know therre will be a delay so we don't have to wait almost an hour and a half waiting in our cars. read more

Except for one off times, this domino's is almost always spot on with their preparation. I almost always avoid getting delivery as food sits in the store for half an hour before being picked up by their driver for delivery. Otherwise, they are the best chain pizza shop. read more

Ordered two pizzas tonight one was cheese and the other one had four toppings but you couldn't tell that by looking at it. Honestly it felt like they left three of the toppings off. They added so few toppings that I had to do a double take. Now I understand why they're rated so poorly. read more

Ok, so , Dominos is usually a last resort pizza place for me. But THIS one, has been on point. This has been the third time I've ordered for delivery, and each time has been really fast (this time was for sure 15 min or less).the food was HOT, and it just tasted so much better than when we ordered dominos from other Ashburn locations. Great job, and please keep it up. If I had to nit pick the sandwiches are light on the meat, like really light. It shouldn't feel very bready. But the sausage pizza was generously topped so that worked out. read more

WOW! And I wish I meant that in a good way. What a poorly run dominos. Usually I am not one to comment on chain pizza as I know it gets sloppily made and poorly timed. But wow. Tonight I ordered 1 medium pizza and cinnamon twists. The app told me 26-36 minutes. While I arrived on the earlier side (26 minutes), the gentleman who greeted me (after 2 people looked right at me then walked away from the register or answered a phone instead) told me one part of my order but not the second. THEN 45 minutes after my order time I'm watching the pizzas get put up and the man from the back literally throws the pizza onto the shelf, to the point where the box opened and fell apart a little bit- that pizza was mine naturally. I checked and it looked like some of the toppings had hit the top (pepperoni stains) but nothing worth waiting another 45 minutes for. I did also check to make sure the icing was in the cinnamon twists as i have not received a sauce with my twists (they're tasty) the past THREE times I have ordered from this dominos. They're new... but their grace period is over. ALWAYS double check your order from them because they throw pizzas and forget sauces. If they weren't literally across from my apartment I would find somewhere else to get cheap pizza from. read more

I ordered pizza over the phone at this Dominos. I asked the worker if they were still at the same location and he said yes. First mistake. He then proceeds to tell me that the pizza will take 30 minutes. Second Mistake. When I realized the location had changed, even though I had been reassured it hadn't, I eventually found the new location. I walked in, 30 minutes after the order, saying I had a pickup. Keep in mind, both workers were standing around doing nothing, and the place was a wreck. One of them looked up my order, and very rudely told me I had showed up too early, and it would be another 30 minutes until my order was ready, which hadn't even been started yet. Third mistake. The workers at this location were very rude and dismissive towards me, and fed me false information twice. I understand Dominos is a major chain and this review probably will go unnoticed, but this location needs to get their act together and learn to treat their customers with respect. I refuse to go to any Dominos location in the future. To make a long story short, choose small, locally owned pizza vendors over Dominos, as they value their customers. Dominos was already lacking in quality of pizza, and with this poor service they no longer have any redeeming qualities. read more
