Ordered delivery and the pizza arrived hot and before their estimated arrival time. My family and I enjoyed both the cheese and buffalo chicken pizzas. The crust was solid and I am not a crust person. Good cheese to sauce ratio. They have great deals on their website however after the delivery fee and tip it didn't end up being the cheapest pizza. While at work I decided to place a delivery order or pizza with Paisano's. I was very pleased with their delivery service during the social distancing era we're currently living in. I included the tip in advance in order to minimize my interaction with the delivery driver. When he pulled up to my place of work I noticed that he removed the boxes of pizza from his trunk. I prefer that over having the pizza traveling in the same area of the car as the driver. I also really liked that the boxes were sealed with a sticker. I've never ordered pizza from this establishment so I'm not sure if this is typical for them or not, in any case I really like that. It'll show the customer that their pizza was not tampered with. He said the service was quick and friendly. I was in the mood for a gyro and Paisano's satisfied my craving for one. The pizza crust was thin, which I enjoyed. They are generous with the toppings. Ordered delivery via the app and it arrived about fifteen minutes early! I ordered the lasagna with meat sauce and garlic bread, a small salad with balsamic vinaigrette and a brownie. The salad was first of course, it was small came in a little plastic container. It featured one cucumber, two slices of tomato and a random sliver of bell pepper. I feel like I wasted my two bucks on that. The lasagna and bread were still warm and they had plates and utensils in the bag per my request. The lasagna is enough for two but it's just lil ol me so we'll see how it reheats. The flavors were ok, didn't really like the tomato sauce, kind of on the sweet side but it was filling. This place is so awesome we've ordered twice so far and plan to again very soon. We ordered the large Paisano's supreme and the hot steak and cheese sub. We order both because it's so delish, and we can save the pizza for a treat later. The sub is not the typical I've seen and thank goodness for that. The meat is proportional with the cheese and toppings. The steak is always flavorful and tender. This C-19 has given us the opportunity for us to try many different restaurants. Visiting for the week from Orange County, California, we tried this place because my kids wanted Italian. I had the seafood pasta, my kids ordered the Alfredo, spaghetti meatball and goat cheese pasta. It came with a salad too which we really loved especially the dressing. We came from Baltimore and stopped here on the way back. They treated our Jr NBA team very good. They try to accommodate us as much as they could with the outside seating. I have to say that I wasn't expecting much from a chain pizza place but these guys were awesome. The pizza was actually very tasty, and it arrived hot and fresh. The best thing was the delivery service. It was a snow storm and the first two places I ordered delivery from screwed me (no thanks to Yelp and GrubHub) so I was starving but the time I found Paisanos. The pizza is pretty good. We like getting Paulie's Pizza on thin crust because of how extra crispy the whole pizza is. Always gotta add on the garlic butter. I have noticed that sometimes, more times than not, they really go over the top on the garlic. You might get a whole mouthful of garlic bits. Wings are good too. They are pretty charred and crispy and go great with the blue cheese dressing. The pieces / size of each piece are pretty good. It's nice that they have offers and coupons. We typically add on the free garlic knots and those are really filling. My husband really likes them with the marinara sauce. The Mac n cheese. Avoid at all cost. We saw that they offered Mac and cheese and decided to try it in place of our usual french fries. It was an utter disappointment. The Mac n cheese costs 5.99. That's a pretty pricey side order cost and what they gave us was the smallest container not even filled all the way to the top of the most basic Mac n cheese you can find. I feel like it was the size of the marinara that comes with the garlic knots. That's how small the amount was. But if the Mac n cheese was going to be 5.99, it better be some tasty pasta in delicious cheese. It was not. It reminded me of Kraft Mac n cheese and if I was gunna pay six dollars, I might as well go get myself a box and make a dinner size portion. It was ridiculous. My service with them has been on and off. And what propelled me to write this review this time was because of the Mac n cheese but also because of the service. I understand that mistakes happen and things can get forgotten. But in this order, they forgot our garlic butter dipping sauce for our pizza (that's an extra charge) and also forgot marinara for the garlic knots. We called in and will receive credit for the missing items. It's just lacking still imo. Overall, the experience with this Paisano's has been slowly deteriorating. All issues resolved. Not a local issue, but a distributor/producer issue. We had guests over and tried the wings again- this is what we came to love. Yes, the fried food wasn't the healthiest, but the delivery was prompt (as always), and the wings and Greek salad were great. I haven't ordered Paisano's in years and I was a little hesitant. My past experience was from the Manassas location, and it wasn't very good. Last night we ordered pizza, wings and knots. AMAZING!!! I was so impressed. My husband and I are still talking about how good the food was. The wings were doused in sauce, and when I asked for extra pineapple on my pizza they gave me extra pineapple. I appreciate the delivery driver as well. I will order from them again, and recommend this place to anyone. Great food, great service. read more

I have to give a 3 rating because of inconsistency, and that rating may improve over time as I have more meals from Paisano's. First the bad: at a work meeting we ordered take-out for lunch. The cheesesteak sub looked good on the menu, but it came with grilled onions, which I detest (all onions, not just the grilled ones). I asked that the onions not be included. Unfortunately they came on the sandwich, and it was a real pain to pick them out. What I had of the cheesesteak tasted good, so I will try again and work at getting the message across: NO ONIONS. But the good was really good. At a later work meeting, I ordered the Margherita pizza. It is the test of a pizza place to see how they can make this simple but good pizza: tomato sauce, mozzarella and provolone cheese, basil leaves, and olive oil. This did not disappoint, making me think the sandwiches are good if they meet your requirements. Overall the menu has your typical choice of items from a pizza place, so I think this is not a bad restaurant to try. I will update this review in future and perhaps raise the rating, which I have high hopes to do. read more

Just ordered an NY style thin crust, so that I could pretend I was in NY again. I was there a few weeks ago, and the memory of the soft, thin, chewy, doughy crust and greasy cheese left an impression on me that I'll never forget. The slices were so huge you had to fold it in half, as New Yorkers like to do. So I just took a slice from the (Paisanos) box and tried to fold it. Failure #1: the pizza cracked in half since it was too crispy. Failure #2: the cheese smelled bad. Failure #3: it didn't have any grease. Failure #4: crust was like cardboard and looked like a graham cracker. I'm still on the hunt for that elusive NY style flavor and texture. read more

I love your food, but today's interaction has turned me off indefinitely. I ordered online for delivery and somehow the order became curbside pickup. When I called to correct the mistake I was left on hold for over 15 minutes. At minute 6 I called from another line and was immediately hung up on. I immediately called back to say I was already on hold on another line and was told by a gentleman that he was extremely busy today and put me on hold again. When I finally had my call answered, there was an apology for the delay and after I shared my mistake with the curbside pickup and cancelled the order, the response was ok and I was hung up on. No one should be treated like that especially when I'm supporting your business. It won't happen again...you placing me on hold for over 15 minutes, hanging up on me or me ordering anything from Paisano's. read more

The food is mediocre. The pizza is a real flop. Flavors are generally good, but the crust is incapable of holding up toppings. The layer of cheese is often as thick or thicker than the crust itself. And the bottom isn't crispy as a classic New York crust would be and somehow the cheese pulling apart from other slices in the pie led the crust itself to tear away. I assumed it was undercooked, but it was just so thin that holes formed in the crust when picked up. My family also frequently orders chicken wings, plain, and they are consistently over cooked to a shade just above burnt, making them dry. The last time we ordered them we called to say they had been burnt, they sent out a replacement batch which were only very slightly less burnt. The gyro is decent. The cannoli is the only thing that never disappo Update: my family once again ordered from here and the pizza crust was uneven this time in that some slices looked like the picture attached and some actually held up more under the toppings. However the slice pictured tore apart when lifted, the crust was too thin and soggy. Add to that the fact the owner replied saying they would message to inquire further and they never did and I'm just gonna drop the review to 1 Star. read more

I work nearby so I'll continue to update as I try different items. Ordered delivery online of Mediterranean wrap with fries. Wrap wasn't soggy, I was worried it might be. Fries had a nice proportion of salt and pepper. Nothing really amazing or stand-out, but the process was painless and food was as described. I would order from again Tried the Greek salad with chicken. I find that often chicken in restaurants has an odd texture and bland. I did not have that problem here. The chicken was flavorful even a little bit of a kick, and without gristle or stringy tendon. I do think it's weird they have Greek salad but no Greek salad dressing.
