I needed to find a restaurant up for the challenge of delivering pizza to the Performing Arts Center at Lee College on a Friday night. After calling a couple of places in the area, I was referred to this Domino's (by a competitor, no less!). Not only did they offer to deliver to the college, they even had a special on two medium pizzas! I was worried about arranging the delivery during the show (I was calling from California, to complicate things further), but the guy on the phone reassured me that they'd be able to meet at the library. The ordering process was as easy as can be and they were super helpful and answers all of my questions. The pizza arrived faster than the estimated delivery time and it stunned everyone performing at the show. I wish I'd been there to get a taste, but from what I've heard the pizza hit the spot and everyone was super grateful. read more

We've ordered from this Domino's many times in recent years and have always been very happy. Their pizzas arrive hot and fresh, and always delicious. I like their "contactless" delivery, as I am often in my pj's and do not want to meet anyone face-to-face at the door! Highly recommend. read more

I totally understand why this location has a 2 star review. A two star review is gracious in my opinion. Placed my order on line for a specific pick up time. I arrive at that time and pay cash for my order. After waiting 15 minutes I finally ask where my food is and they tell me they are out of pasta. They tried to call me but I figured Id be in and out so my phone was in the car. I get my money back without any apology and leave. I look at my phone and they indeed did call....at the exact time of my scheduled pick up. I didn't answer because I was already there. So I left 20 minutes after my scheduled pick up time hungrier than when I walked in and twice as mad. Very underwhelmed with the poor service. Our food sat at the store completed for 30mins before ever going out for delivery. The delivery guy knocked on our door then had to return to his car to retrieve our cold food. Every time we order and pay for garlic sauce it is forgotten and blamed on their online ordering system. We called to get assistance with what had happened to our order, we were on hold for 45mins before we finally gave up. Horrible service, I do not recommend. read more

Placed an order for a certain time. Gave them my address and they told me I was good to go. Then an hour before it was supposed to be delivered I get a call saying that they cant deliver to the address and that they dont deliver past "Tri Beach Rd". The address is only 6 miles away from the location and about 3 miles from Tri Beach Road. The staff that called me back was rude on top of that. read more

First off, i'm on acid so let's start this off real simple so you know i'm upset. very rude manager and pizza was cold due to ours being the last drop off for a few deliveries that left the store at the same time with the same driver. the dominos tracker said that our food left the store at 12:38 in the afternoon and we did not receive it until 1:20....I live less than 1.5 miles from the store. Placed a order last night online, they never bothered to respond to tell us it was a 2 hour delivery wait, who wants cold pizza & bread sticks, so after waiting for over a hour & half called the store to find out what was going on and was told this, not very helpful at all, no apologies, then tell us that it would be 2 to 3 days before a refund would be issued after we cancelled the order, got hung up on! I placed an order today, and the lady hung up on me as I was trying to explain delivery instructions (I work in a school). My pizza never arrived. When I checked on it, they said it was out for delivery (already 1 hour late). They then called and said it just arrived back because they couldn't find the HUGE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL less than a mile away?!?! The students were bummed and never got their pizza! As usual, Domino's on Alexander never fails to disappoint. I ordered a small Delux without italian sausage to be replaced by black olives. Well, I got the pizza on time but without pepperoni. WITHOUT PEPPERONI. On top of that, a 10" pizza cost $20.00 ($17.62 + small tip) I joined Yelp 5 years ago to complain about this Domino's store, and this is the first pizza I've ordered from the Alexander store in 5 years. Nothing has changed. They still can't get it right. Go to Krogers, get a crust, then make your own pizza. It's what we usually do. It's less expensive, and you get what you ordered! Great service. I live out of town now and my son still lives in Baytown. Whenever he is running short on cash I go online and order him something and pay for it.. He either picks it up or I have it delivered. It makes it so easy for me to help him this way. This is the worst Dominos around. I called at 9:00pm they can't it would take a hour for delivery. No problem I waited 2 hours pass still no delivery. Terrible! They can't get an order correct to save their lives. My husband ordered a sandwich and boneless chicken wings over the phone. When he got there to pick up the order they had bone-in wings waiting, no sandwich and no boneless wings ready, so he had to sit and wait for them to re-do the order. Staying at the super 8 hotel in Baytown tx, I called at 10;30 pm and my pizza was not here at 11;45pm. I call back and Amy the manager stated that her driver came to the hotel and knocked on my door and also knocked on 219 and the driver stated that the person in 219 didnt order a pizza. thats because nobody was in 219 and i was outside talking to someone for 45 min. the driver never showed up. The Baytown Domino's store on Alexander had never gotten our order wrong. I just place the order online and my husband picks it up on the way home from work. I think it's much better than any pizza in Mont Belvieu. I do think the Dominos's online ordering website is unclear and confusing. . read more

This store sucks. I have ordered 2 different times now and the pizza never gets delivered. I call the store only to be put on hold for 20 min. If they don't deliver to apartments then just say so.
