Not sure when this place changed hands but it was AWFUL !!!! Pizza suppose to be a Med but it was a small, Not cut right and over cooked. The tater tot things were tiny and I think the cream sauce they put on it was bad because after 15 min I didn't feel well... 2 hours later I was having intestinal cramps. The delivery driver, his name is Marco, is something else. I have a newborn at home and I have a big blue sign on my screen door saying (very legibly) "PLEASE KNOCK!" So What does this delivery driver do? He rings the doorbell, my daughter had only been sleeping for 20 mins and of course this idiot woke her up! She starts screaming then he has the audacity to say "ohhh someone's upset!" Yeah she wasn't before you came and ignored my sign! No tip for you since you ignore blazing signs. And on top of all that once I calmed my baby down I called the store to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 10 mins! I ended up hanging up because she was upset again. I ordered a pizza for pickup over an hour in advance. When I got there, they gave me my order right away but, when I got home, it was the wrong pizza. Literally nothing about the pizza was right other than dough, sauce & cheese. I called them, they put me on hold and never came back TWICE. The 3rd time I finally got through and they apologized and offered to remake it but, when I told them that at this point my sick daughter had gone to bed so I couldn't leave and would need it delivered, they said it would be over 2 hours! The family lived the pizzas. We like Dominoes and the reason we searched online for a sore near us. SERVICE: I ordered for take out and arrived a little early. There was only one employee working the phones and making the pizzas. Lots of people were trickling in and it was clear the employee was overwhelmed. Many of the customer's pizzas were not ready. Ours took nearly an hour when quoted 20 to 25 minutes over the phone. Not sure if it was employees calling out or if this was typical. However, the one employee was working hard to turnout all those orders he had. He apologized to me and several other customers. But definitely slow service. Their delivery operation is absolute garbage. Ordered online and it took nearly 2 hours for it to show up (ETA was 40 mins.) Not only that, when I called to see what was taking so long, I was put on hold for 10 minutes before I finally talked with someone who gave the brilliant excuse of, "Uhhh...we're kind of busy." I was comped a 2 liter and a pizza on my next order, but the proper solution would be to comp the current order or to, ya know, actually do your job effectively and deliver within a reasonable amount of time. Or, better yet, HIRE MORE DRIVERS. The pizza showed up lukewarm with coagulated cheese, indicating it had sat for quite awhile, so it's not as if the orders were backed up, but delivered fresh; poor management is to blame in this case. I had always had poor experiences with Domino's in the past, but reluctantly decided to give them a try again because Papa Gino's closed. I live 1/4 mile away, but decided on delivery because I couldn't run out at the moment. Ordered wings and bread sticks for around $30 online and gave 20% tip. Called after 2 hours to see where the food was. I certainly didn't expect instant delivery, but come on!! 1/4 mile away and your business revolves around delivery! Food finally arrived a little less than an hour later. Food was cold. So that is a wait of almost 3 hours to get cold food. Sent a nast email complaint and they tried to comp me free Parmesan Bread Bites. Are you kidding me? Also get bombarded by Dominoes Spam on a daily basis. Never again Dominoes... go to Steve's pizza instead. I miss Papa Gino's! read more

My first review ever, and I only write it to hopefully prevent others from going through the pain of going there. It is consistently awful, but my son likes their pizza. The last time(hopefully) I was there it was complete chaos and confusion. Everyone was scrabbling around in a daze but nothing was getting done. The wait area was packed with angry people and the manager was giving pizzas away just to keep them happy After 10 mins past my pickup time I learned they hadn't even started it. This place sucks.... My girlfriend usually puts an event for her group at work and they order pizza here. Then she would bring me a slice or two home for me and the pizza tasted great. Just for some reason tonight when I ordered 1 medium, the pizza sauce tasted like urine. Might have something to do with the guy that worked there because he sounded like an asshole. Ordered a pizza for my friend and he told the employees that he would tape the tip to the door and leave the pizza at the door because he didn't want to bother his family. Anyway, so they have a small child at home and they discarded his diaper in a bag on the front porch. The driver mistook the diaper trash as the tip. I don't understand how that could ever happen because the tip was taped to the door that he delivered the pizza to, at the eye level. Anyway, they call threatening to call the police because of the bag with the diaper in it because they thought that it was intentional, even after we explain the situation, they insisted that we were in the wrong. Never been to the store itself, but delivery is always good, pizza is hot, online delivery so i dont talk to people in the store. Special instructions i usually try to make it entertaining on their part, write a funny joke or etc in the box, they never do. never ate dominoes before i moved here and this is the closest place except for papa ginos but that place is mad expensive for cardboard pizza. they do deliver which is good, and you can pay with credit card on the site. some of the reviews look misleading but it looks like people are personally judging this people while their are screaming in person to make their pizza, pizza is an art form, call ahead, have them deliver, it'll take time but geez. drivers could be a little more pleasant but eh.. 4 star for not spitting in my food hahaahaha read more

horrible service not even worth a single star. Waited over an hour for boneless chicken and parm bites. When the delivery driver arrived he only had a partial order then tried to make me pay for entire meal without having my full order. I called and spoke to the on duty manager on 27 Jan who was sounded receptive to the situation and stated he would send my order right out with some extra stuff. However 40 minutes goes by and the manager calls back asking why I wouldn't accept the receipt and that my re order still had no left the store. We ordered pizzas on a supposed "busy" Saturday night, and after 2 hours of waiting for the delivery, we called into the store and asked about where our order was. The lady on the phone said our pizza was still in the store and someone would go to drive it to our house ASAP. Another hour later, no pizza, no car outside our door. We called the store again, and the guy told us that the car was outside our door, but there was no car outside our door! Then he said our order was still at the store!!! Ordered home delivery. It was freezing temp and the delivery guy parked his car half a mile outside my building. He called me, could see me on the phone but wanted me to come to his car to take the pizza. Of course he needed to stay warm since it was freezing but what about the customer? I was not dressed to step outside but had to (since I used to order from Billerica Dominos who have great delivery folks). If you are in the area and the Billerica one is not far-off, chose that store. I ordered a handmade deluxe w/ extra cheese. I got a large cheese pizza, with no toppings of any kind. Thr cheesy bread was fine and the chicken bbq was fine, but having picked up and gotten home to find the wrong pizza was a big disappointment, and since I picked it up at 11:00 pm, I wasn't going to drive back to the store. In their defense, there was only one employee at the store and about 12 people waiting to order. A second employee who had been delivering came in, and people started to ask him questions since the other young man was making pizzas, and he ignored everyone to enter some info in the computer. I could see my order sitting on the shelf, but it took about 8 minutes to have it handed to me. I had paid online. A disappointing experience. I'm sure Sunday nights in Bedford are pretty dead, but this was a Holiday weekend, with many off Monday, and so up late on Sunday. 90 minutes to be delivered cold pizza. This has happened twice and I thought I would give them another chance. Never again.

I called and to order a pizza only to be told to wait by two separate people. Finally the most non enthusiastic male answers and takes my order. I asked them to bring plates napkins and parm/crushed red pepper.. Only for the male to state that they didn't offer parm and that the rest would be sent. The driver arrived over an hour later , without any of the plates and condiments I specifically asked for since I'm in a hotel. If I was starving and it meant I couldn't eat for another two days I would not eat at this location again, talk about lack of customer service. Ordered online approx TWO HOURS AGO, system said about 42-52 minutes. My wife called an hour ago and Amilcar? put us on hold (again) and said was out for delivery. That was AN HOUR AGO. 1.5 hours from order my wife called again, got put on hold, so I called twice (hold first time) and then demanded to not be put on hold with Amilcar. He did not understand why I was upset. I told him that if they were running that late they should have let their customers know so they could find food elsewhere. He did not understand. Clearly he needs some attention from Corporate. He was upset that I was holding him up from taking more orders, to which I replied he should not be taking any more orders till he caught up. I asked him to call the drive, he refused. He said it woudl be there in 10 minutes or he would credit me a refund. I did not want the refund, I wanted dinner and to not have to stop working (I work from home and am on deadline). He finally called the driver and reported back to me (again on hold) that there was one more delivery in front of me. The only thing that went right with my order, was they took my money. They were unable to deliver my delivery order in a reasonable time. They called and asked me to pick it up. When I asked to cancel, I was told it was only a 10 min drive, my pizza had already been made and I'd be charged. Absolutely horrible customer service. When I arrived at the store 20min later, my food was sitting on the counter, already cold. Once I got home with it, I was surprised to find my order was wrong, and the chicken was burnt.
