I have to say that this is one of the best Blaze Pizza restaurants I've been to. Sage, Lucas, Krystal, and TJ were very efficient, helpful, and professional as they processed my seven pizza order. The concept was interesting. Think subway but for pizza toppings. They had an all food sensitive crust options and I do love that they use olive oil and have different hot sauce options. Blaze is now open at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH. right by Target... unfortunately, since that made finding a closer parking spot really tough. Once I got in though, service was great. The gal putting together my pizza made sure to ask me if she had made sufficient coverage with the toppings I had personally selected and if there was enough of them. She had the opinion that she should put together the pizza as she would like it and I appreciated that. Their rotating pizza cutters don't necessarily do the best job cutting through on the first go, which is normally a minor annoyance that can be easily dealt with a fork and knife, but since this visit was after the lunch rush, I asked for my pie to cut through, and the fellow manning the oven complied with a good attitude. Can't comment on the pie itself since it was meant for another's consumption, but I found out that broccoli is now a regular vegetable option at Blaze, which I think is great! read more

We've been eating here since it opened up. The business model and food is great. I love the open kitchen, build-your-own concept, and the big hot oven. But lately, the quality and customer service have really plummeted. Employees are openly whining about being tired and are rude to customers. The pizzas are often over-cooked (burnt) on the edges due to either a lack of training or attention to detail. I don't know if the current shortage of workers is a factor. Customers like me have a short fuse and once we're gone we're not easily coming back. I don't know if this is a profitable venture, but if it is then the owners would do well to either increase wages or improve management to catch these issues and nip them in the bud before your reputation suffers any further. My old manager raved about Blaze Pizza. It's just a build your own pizza place. The pizza is a thin crispy crust style and you also have the option of ordering a default menu item. My family thought it was okay, maybe it was because it was too light on the sauce. I liked their green tea drink though, even if it tasted like green tea with water (I think that's what the description hinted). I had never been here before and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the meat lovers pizza and added artichokes and feta cheese. The pizza is made right in front of you and the ingredients looked fresh. They cook the pizza in less than five minutes. I was really pleased with the pizza and I am a huge fan of thin crust. Blaze Pizza is more like fast food revolution. It is B.Goods (Northeast-Mid Atlantic American healthy fast food chain) of Pizza Chains. They use a variety of healthy and fresh ingredients including types of doughs, sauces, and all types of toppings. I myself had a Cauliflower crust with traditional red sauce with spinich and pineapples. It may not be a pizza you would eat in Milan, Rome, or North End Boston, but it could be close to it compared to many other pizza chains. I ate the whole pizza and it had a certain medicinal effect on me. Almost every time I eat pizza I feel bloated, and greasy, however the pizza I ate here made me feel satisfied and my stomach felt great, and felt more energetic as well. I ordered with the pepperoni and black olive toppings for $7.75. You pick the sauce, cheese and toppings based on your chosen option. All was made fresh right down to the dough. An optional sprinkle of oregano and sea salt seasoning at the end of building your pizza gave it some extra zing! Even though your pizza cooks in 180 seconds, you may have to wait in line for a while to build your pizza if there are many people ahead of you. Staff also asks you after each applying each ingredient if they put enough on for you, except they won't threaten to charge you extra like chipotle. Pizza was thin, crispy and absolutely delicious! I had been dying to try this place and finally got the chance last week. My friend and I got two pizzas, one vegan, one with regular cheese. We tried the spicy red sauce on the vegan one and it was awesome. The staff is so helpful (it was very obviously our first time) and they're so accommodating with any allergies, dietary or lifestyle preferences when it comes to how they make your pizza. It's got that assembly-line goodness going on. You can get a cheese only or one or two toppings on your pie or one of their preset combinations. They also have a great salad bar. Again, make you own or get a preset. Prices were reasonable. Side salad was 3.75 and a pizza was between 5 and 8, depending on how many toppings. Decor is a bit nicer than Chipotle and had some bumpin' tunes. The staff were so nice and friendly!! CJ, who made my pizza, was extra exuberant and made it a fun experience. He had me laughing and I felt very welcome. He made a delicious pie with peppers and onions and a side salad with just about everything on it. Both were delicious. The salad was crisp, fresh, and reasonable for the portion I got. I really like the lime vinagrette dressing and that they had a squash!! Yum. My pizza was good, too. Thin crust with a little bit of arugula as a finish. Maybe a couple more spices would have been nice, but I'll try a different finish next time. Keep in mind, they bake your pizza in 3 minutes. We're not talking gourmet here, folks, but it's pretty good for a snack when you're starving and walking the mall. Pretty disappointed. The meatball crumbles taste like the greasy frozen kind you'd get at a supermarket. Same with the pepperoni. Tasted like what you'd get on a frozen grocery pizza. Seating at this location is probably the largest I've seen. Food was delicious as usual. Great selection of dough, cheese, and toppings. I also really appreciate the final touches you can add after the pizza is cooked like arugula or an olive oil drizzle, among other options. Overall, an excellent experience.
