Have always loved Regina and Polcari's. I've gotten from the one at the Burlington Mall for years and never had an issue. My wife and I ordered 2 pizzas last night - Meatball Pomodoro Fresco and Spinaci, Broccoli E Pomodoro and both were terrible. They were covered in excess flower and the crust was extremely doughy and severely undercooked. While there were a lot of toppings on each they were flavorless and seemed to be lacking in sauce and cheese. The cheese that was there congealed almost immediately. We never post negative reviews but couldn't find a single redeeming quality especially when each pizza cost $25+, so factoring in delivery we spent over $60 and threw the rest away. With so many other pizza options nearby we'll likely think twice before ordering Regina again which is a shame.

As far as mid-mall snacking goes, this pizza's okay. Just okay. It's also really apparent from the first bite that this stuff screams "food court pizza". I'm sure the local elementary school kids must be thrilled this place exists. Sometimes you'll hear folks around here complain about other chain franchises charging too much for a whole pie. But the thing is...that's all pretty subjective when you consider the source of such complaints. For example, it costs approximately 15ish dollars to purchase a large cheese pizza from Papa Gino's. At Regina, you spend anywhere between 7 to 9 dollars for a two slice combo, depending on whether you get a fountain drink or "upsize it" (whatever that means) for a bottled drink which....suspiciously has the same quantity of liquid, give or take a few ounces. So, the question to ask yourself is, "Self, is this worth it? Would you work it? Put your thing down, flip it and rev-" ...okay, I'mma stop with the dad jokes now. Bottom line is this: the pizza's alright, but the crust doesn't quite remind me of brick oven. I mean, it probably is (or was). Except this pizza is very obviously reheated upon order. That's how you get all those lovely display pizzas behind the glass case to entice would-be customers. It's kind of like taking a large cheese from your favorite pizza parlor, holding onto it for a day, then reheating it inside your toaster oven for consumption. Not to mention the crust resembled something of floury cardboard. I give it a 6 out of 10. It may seem a bit harsh. But, c'mon, fellas! This is pizza. It should be a slam dunk to get right. Regina Pizzeria gets 3 very dubiously brick oven baked slices of cheese pizza out of 5.

wanted bacon&meatloaf but they only had Canadian bacon so prosciutto and bacon. Terrible Crust, chewy.

Embarrassing. This is nothing like Regina pizza, thick crust doughey and flavorless...No bubbles in crust, barely sauced. Frozen pizza-esque for Big $$. Don't waste your money. $64 for (3) pizzas

Oh yes this pizza is guuuud! My hotel was in the area so I every chance I got I ate there. The ingredients was fresh. I was in the hotel for 6 weeks and I believe I ate at Regina's at least 4 times and the pounds I gain proved it. I would most definitely recommend and return!!

This place kind of blends in with Burlington Mall in the food court but it has a secret recipe that makes my flavor buds jump with excitement. All I got was a pepperoni pizza and the crust is amazing with the sauce blend that makes it kind of magical. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Boston Burlington area.

The pizza came cold and was burnt. They missed toppings. Was not possible to eat since it was very hard.

Ok then... didn't everyone go here because their slice of pizza was 1/4 a pizza. Yes! BUT not anymore! The wife and I got 2 slices of pizza and they were 1/8 of a pizza each; normal sized slices. We only needed something to hold us over till we ate our real food at home, so that's not what's upsetting. What burns my you know what is it cost $8! AND the dude serving the pizza was definitely on something and was a total turd. Sal's Pizza blows everything about this place out the water! Consumer beware... pizza still tastes good, but Jesus what a rude rip-off. NEXT...

Best pizza in the area! I love the pizza here but getting in and out of the mall area can get cumbersome with construction and business traffic. On the bright side, there are designated parking spots for Pizzera Regina for pick up. Once you arrive, the employees can see you through the camera and bring your order down. How they know it's you , I'm not sure. All the pizzas area great. I like to stay basic and do less toppings. I find the more toppings that are added, the heavier and soggier the pizza gets. My favorite is ricotta, chicken, spinach, garlic and prosciutto. Prices is higher than your average local mom and pops or other chain restaurants but i'ts worth it.

The lack of basic ingredients on a pizza at this location is an embarrassment to the North End Regina name. It's sad won't return.

Bathrooms are clean which always speaks about the restaurant. Kudos to the manager and to all staff. Please Don't ever skimp on the quality or quantity of that pecorino Romano.

They have a nice dining room and we found our server to be friendly and efficient. We started with a caesar salad, portion size was huge for a small, but it was just OK. a bit overdressed with a bottled dressing. Nothing special, here. Next , we ordered a red pizza with mozzarella. The crust was cooked to perfection, but I honestly felt it was a little underseasoned. Lots of mozzarella, but no salty flavor. Not sure if they skip parmesan and romano. Did I eat and enjoy, of course. Did I love it? Not so much. Pizza is such a personal food item, and clearly Pepe has a huge and loyal following. I'll return and try again. P.S. I did have the clam pizza in New Haven, and that was not for me :-))

The only reason I am not giving five stars is because I personally didn't LOVE the food, I just found it to be ok, but the friends I was with all loved it. I am sensitive to things being too cheesy or fatty and i found some of the dishes to be too oily, so it's just a personal preference thing. I'd absolutely come back here and try other things on their menu. The manager was also super sweet and our waiter doubled as our photographer lol. The citrus honey torta for dessert was divine. The portions were huge for everything I took a lot home. The truffled eggplant appetizer was good but the truffle oil addition was too much for me on top of all the melted cheese and burrata. It was still good tho. They were accommodating to dietary restrictions and I got the lumache à la vodka without the pancetta. It was good but tbh I prefer the Cheesecake Factory's spicy vodka sauce next door. The breadsticks I had never seen before, they were like thin flatbread slices with garlic butter. I am a huge lover of garlic bread but I found these to be way too oily too, so that's been the general theme for me, tone down the oil a bit, but otherwise excellent concept and ambience. All in all it was a great experience and I would do it again. I believe we caught the last weekend (for now at least) of the flora's corner experience but I would come back here on a regular day and try other items on the menu.
