I ordered a Pizza the same way always do, a hand tossed Canadian bacon, pepperoni pizza with no sauce. I called them to tell there was a mistake was told that the mistake was on my end and that they would not remake it. In the middle of leaving this region, they called me to confirm that I got this order. I explained again that I got the food and that it wasn't as ordered. The person on the phone then tells me that would remake it but it would take too long to remake it and this is after i called them first before they called me and the person hung up on me. I wasnt mad, angry or impolite. This very frustrating as i have major medical problems and to pay over $55 for food i cant eat is infuriating and they don't seem to give a damn.​​ read more

My delivery was late and my order was i correct. Also, it is unethical to ask for a tip before service is rendered. I gagave a tip at the time of order and got nothing but bad service and an incorrect order. Pizza Hut has been consistently better. Go to Pizza Hut. read more

I just had my best ever pizza ordering experience. I called the Grand Ave store to get a pizza for my wife and I. There were problems with processing my card and the employee I talked to (Robert) said no problem man I'll take care of you and comped the whole order. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. The pizza arrived in less time than they quoted and was hot and very tasty. I will definitely order from here again. read more

Sad that you have to plan hours ahead to order pizza delivery. This place averages 90 minutes to 2 hrs to get the pizza. Then, if you are lucky, it might be sorta warm when you get it. read more

Our pizza was severely under baked. The dough was almost completely raw and it was cold. We would have called back but it was late so we just put the pizza in the oven for awhile. It was alright. We have never had good luck when ever we get a pan crust pizza. Its always so under baked. Maybe domino's needs to look into this. However, I absolutely love Domino's. Love the online ordering. Much Better! After a four year boycott, we decided to give them another shot. To start, the Dominio"s website, ordering process, and the ability to 'fine tune' your pizza is second to none. They've really done a good job updating it. It's very intuitive, making using a coupon with multiple food items very very easy! They've always had the bar/graph thingy online that tells you what stage your pizza is in but I wanted to point out how accurate it was. They're only two blocks away so when the graph says it's out for delivery, I can walk to the front door and there they are turning the corner and driving up to the front of my house. The pizza has always been good in our opinion. We like extra sauce on our pizza, and they've added that to the drop down menu for each pizza when ordering so it's very easy to add this to your pizza now... no extra charge. The sandwiches are good, and so is the pasta. One unique item we ordered is their new 'Specialty Chicken'. If you have a low carb person in your group, choose one of these four items. No breading, baked white chicken with four options for toppings. It's very good! For dessert we like the marbled cookie brownie. If you have ice cream in the freezer, put a small scoop on top. Very tasty. And best of all! No more 'extra form' to fill out in your doorway if you use a credit card online to order. That was such an annoying policy of theirs a few years back that we simply switched to the Pizza Hut down the street just due to this inconvenience. read more

I love this Dominos location. They have always treated me very well, been very polite and the food has been great.

Worst experience ever at a Dominoes. First I waited in the drive up behind one car...and waited. Finally, I went inside. No one greeted me. No one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. The restaurant was in total chaos. By now my order should have been done for at least 15 minutes. The display board said it was ready. I was told my order wasn't ready, but should be ready in a couple of minutes. 10 more minutes before they gave me my order. The person in front of me just asked for her money back after waiting for more than an hour and her pizza being prepared wrong twice. At least I had dinner! read more

Fast and delicious. Dominoes pizza is by far my favorite in town. They deliver all the way out to my house which is over ten miles.

I love Domino's but don't get one at this store. Ate about a 1/3 of a medium pizza and found a long hair melted in with the cheese. I thought ok, 1 hair, s$%# happens. Grabbed another piece and found 2 more. Disgusting!!!!!! read more

We saw something on TV about how Dominoes has changed their recipe, etc. and now it is supposed to be wonderful. Well,we were extremely disappointed. We ordered a Brooklyn style pepperoni with green pepper. When the pizza arrived we started to eat it and wondered if there was any sauce on it. If there was, we never could see or taste it. I called the manager, who was very nice, and they made it again for us. It was still very lacking on sauce. you could see a little under the cheese, but I do mean A LITTLE! We will never order from Dominoes again. We ate it because we were hungry, but threw the leftovers away. No need to save them. read more
