I called at the store hung up the phone first time and I called again and employee give me back annoyed attitude over the phone telling me they only have one delivery man. I asked if the pizza is cold I want money back and they hung up after telling me it's not gonna be cold. It came cold and dried. I ordered a simple pizza via phone and asked for some yellow peppers. Had to wait over an hour because the driver said he had the wrong address. How can that be since I told them what it is on the phone. Second, no banana peppers. The driver claimed it wasn't his fault as he didn't make the order. We've been ordering from store #3525 since it opened and they've always done their best by us. Rarely make mistakes, call to let us know if delivery is taking a while so if we want we can pick up instead, quick to fix the occasional wrong order, delivery drivers friendly, and when my kids answer the door, endlessly patient and kind. They consistently go above and beyond, and we appreciate them. read more

Worst customer service experience ever... We ordered a couple of pizzas a few weeks ago and one of them was not made correctly. Due to this, one of my children ended up eating something else that night. Because I've seen the Dominos delivery insurance commercial, like 100 times, we decided to go online and file the claim. Last night, we decided to order a few pizzas having them delivered and taking advantage of the "free pizza" due to the previous mistake. To our surprise, the pizzas were ready and delivered in about 30 - 40 minutes (quite impressive). Unfortunately for us, we didn't check the meal for accuracy before the driver left. The pizzas were correct, however, we ordered 1 garlic bread twist and 1 cinnamon bread twist (or whatever they're called). We also ordered an additional marinara sauce to go with the garlics and an additional icing to go with the cinnamon (we'll get back to this point later). What was delivered was 2 cinnamon twists, each with one dipping sauce. While this seems like a harmless mistake, the garlic twists were the meal that one of my children wanted that night. Due to this mistake, and the irony of the fact that this was a "dominos insurance deliver" re-do, we went online to notify the local store. Since we had already had a claim, the website made us contact the local branch. This is where everything went extremely south. First off, the young man who answered the phone originally answered by saying "hello". Upon explaining the situation to him on the phone, he was less than sympathetic and showed very little care about doing anything to help. In fact, one of his responses was "sorry, we're busy". I asked for the young man's name and the response I received was him hanging up the phone. I can certainly tolerate mistakes, as they happen on occasion, what I can't tolerate is downright rudeness and extremely poor customer service given the fact that I was being respectful while trying to rectify this situation. I called back the local store and spoke with another young man who did give me his name (I won't blast that here but will gladly discuss this with the general manager or franchise owner) and identified himself as the daily manager. He apologized and said he would handle the situation and put me on hold. A few moments later, he came back and explained that the other young man thought he put me on hold. I may have been born at night, but not last night. If he did in fact put me on hold, it's normal and customary to say a little something like "sir, may I please put you on a brief hold". I do not, for one second. believe that I was put on hold. At least come up with another somewhat believable lie like "I pressed the wrong button and disconnected the call". After speaking with this manager for about five minutes and explained my expectations (which I do not feel were unreasonable), he agreed to re-make the order (correctly this time) and have it out as soon as possible. I didn't feel that they should drop everything to take care of me like I was the only customer that night, but I did feel that it was fair to request that they expedite this to me as soon as possible (and not wait 2 - 2 1/2 hours like he originally suggested). So, in about another 30 - 40 minutes a new driver showed up with the order of Garlic twists. I popped open the lid to be sure they were correct, and they were. As I opened the container in the kitchen to service my child, I noticed that there was NO MARINARA SOUCE IN THE BOX, MUCH LESS TWO AS I ORIGINALLY ORDERED. Dominos delivery insurance is a joke. Whatever marketing $ they've spent on this useless gimmick should be spent on training their employees on the principles of good customer service. Three orders delivered wrong, using the "delivery insurance" twice (sort of), and they still can't get it right. As stated before, I can overlook mistakes...they happen. The entire reason for this post is so that hopefully, the general manager or franchise owner will read it and take action with this specific location (and employees). read more

Quite possibly the poorest Dominos in this county. Not trying to be a drama queen, but this is literally the worst Dominos I've ever experienced. I don't typically write reviews but I couldn't suck it up, I work in the food industry and I understand that things happen sometimes, however every time I order from this store (this is my 4th order) something goes wrong. Whether it be under/uncooked dough, seemingly expired meat or just unreasonably late delivery. I gotta say customer service is mediocre. This time I ordered my pizza it arrived two hours later and I tried to reach the store several different times with no answer. (Manager said to me "Oh is that why the phone was ringing...") Upon arrival I notified the delivery driver of their "30 minutes or later" policy. He seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, so I pulled it up online. I told him he could go ahead and call his manager and he did just that. She actually called me a liar and stated that no such policy existed. Then she said that it didn't apply to her store. She tried to bargain the price with me for about 5 minutes taking more and more off, but I was simply not paying for a cold, late pizza as I was reading the terms of the policy for the THIRD time she cut me off mid sentence and told the driver to "just give it to him" and hung up on me. I told the delivery driver I apologized as he was only the driver and had no idea what was going on inside the store. I tipped him and he went on his way. Don't have any of my sauces I paid extra for, a topping I didn't order on the pie, and to no surprise the pizza is cold (obviously). My family is eating this cold pizza and we all notice it tastes off... we are not sure what exactly went wrong with this pizza as everything looked normal but my whole family is currently experiencing stomach terrors, as I write this bitchy review from the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this place and their store manager 'Ansley' is very unprofessional. What an experience... fool me once, fool me 4 times... never again. read more

Order from this location ONLY if you are comfortable with an obvious Meth addict handling your food. Dude shows up to our door over an hour late, completely wrong order. He's got the box like folded in half, drops the food, then when we tell him it's not right, he says "do you want any of this? It's free." Meanwhile, he's tweaking out uncontrollably, has "meth mouth", and track marks all up his arms. Never in my life have I experienced such a thing. And the manager on duty asks "are you sure?".....yep. Absolutely positive. He made a couple other stops before getting to us. I'm gonna take a shot in the dark that no one received what they ordered. Domino's really doesn't care if you buy their Pizza or not! On Monday January 17th I ordered pizza at 11:53 am, online from the Domino's at 6072 Hwy 53 Ste A, Braselton, GA for my Team . Online it said that I would receive the Pizzas in 35 to 45 minutes. Well at 12:53 pm I still had not received the 3 pizzas I had ordered. Called the store and received a message, that the number was out of service. So I personally drove to the store to verify that they were still in business and open, which they where. Total cost for the 3 pizzas was $68.86. Went inside and inquired about my 3 pizzas, and was very rudely told that the Driver had just left with my pizzas. I then requested some type of discount and again was rudely told that I would not receive a discount. I immediately returned to the Hotel and the 3 Pizzas still had not been delivered, which was approximately 2:00 pm. Did not receive the pizzas until around 2:30 pm. So it took over two and half hours to finally receive the 3 pizzas. At $68.86 this is totally unacceptable! On Wednesday January 19th I called the Domino's Corporate office and shared with the Customer Service Rep exactly what is in this review. He assured me that someone would be in contact with me in 3 to 4 days. Today is Wednesday January 26th and no one has yet to contact me. I know that the Pizza business is extremely competitive, especially in the economic times we are dealing with today. Since I work in the customer service business I am surprised that Domino's doesn't care if they lose a customer due to rudeness and poor service. What makes it even worse is they not only have lost me as a customer but many more. I am the General Manager at a Hotel that is close to this Domino's Pizza that this review is about. Many of my Guest purchase Pizza in the area. After my negative experience with Domino's Pizza and the lack of care that they have shone, do you really think I will be telling my staff to recommend Domino's to my Guest? If you're are ever in the Braselton area stop at this Dominos for pizza. Inside is nice and clean and they even have real toilet paper in the bathrooms, not the cheap stuff. There is a section for you and the kids to watch the pizza being made. The staff specifically Nick B. and Kyera M. are super nice and friendly. As for the pizza we had the manager's special and it has been a long time since I have had such a delicious pizza and that's saying something as I do live in NY, it was so fresh. I loved the fact that when the pizza was ready, Kyera brought it to our table. Thank you so much we really enjoyed it. read more
