The food was pretty good. I had a garlic roll which was just right- a little bit of a crispy bottom with a fluffy top and insides covered with a garlic oil and Parmesan to start. I also had the Blackened Chicken with cheese-stuffed tortellinis in Alfredo sauce. I asked for a side of meatballs and asked for cheese on them, but the sliced them up and put them in my Alfredo dish instead. It was still delicious. read more

I've been eating here for 15+ years and I love the food but the years are starting to show. I would really love to see this place get an upgrade. The carpet stinks and the decor is dated. Let in some more light and get some plants. Also the server was determined to get our order before we were ready even though it wasn't busy. Also the bathrooms were atrocious! Way too slow for the bathrooms to be that nasty. read more

Unfortunately we had a very horrible experience. The restaurant was trashed when we came in. We decided to look past that due to the evening hour. Server was great! The food on the other hand was not. It was even very warm. I had the veal parm and my wife and daughter had different variations of spaghetti and meatballs. One of the better Italian restaurants in the area. Definitely better than the chain next to the Mall of GA. I really like the Fra Diavolo pasta, just the right amount of heat. And the garlic rolls....could be a meal themselves. I overheard the manager telling staff, "Make sure they get garlic bread. If there is a question if they should or not, give it to them. We love this local family owned restaurant. The garlic knots are so soft and yummy! Don't fill up on them because it's easy to do! Save room for the chicken Francese my favorite. Lightly breaded and lemony so good! The portions are huge, enough for left overs or to share. I'm not a big pizza person but everyone who gets one raves about it, also the calzones are huge and look great! The dirty martini is really good as well! This place used to be good. After the pandemic it plummeted concerning quality and service. The food has also taken a quality hit. Not sure if it's because of management change or what, but it's clearly changed. Additionally I sat at the bar one night and the bartenders were focused on taken to-go orders more than the folks at the bar. It's quite a damning way to run a bar tbh. Pre 2020 I'd have given this place a 3.5 (a good average score), today: a 1.5 at best. Step it up to where you used to be and quit using "staffing" as an excuse & I will change this review. read more

My family loves this restaurant. All of the food is always good. The latest visit we had very good service. See pictures of all of the food attached. The restaurant is on the smaller side so expect waits at peak times especially for larger groups over 4. Only negative thing to say is that they were out of three types of beers my sister tried to order on our last visit. read more

My first visit to Bibas was over 24 years ago when I lived in Lawrenceville. The owner has changed since then, but the quality of the food has not. Everything that we ordered from the shrimp scampi to chicken marsala was amazingly good. We did not try the garlic knots but we heard people around us talking about how good they were. I remember years ago they were so amazing. I would take a basket full home with me. There was a glitch that evening with a very large group that had come in before us and of course, when you're trying to place orders for a large group like that, the Kitchen sometimes gets backed up. The Owner came around, talked with everybody at their table offered an appetizer to hold them until they could get your orders . He was very personable and sincere and made the wait worth it. I highly recommend it if you're in that area, please go and check it out, you won't regret it. read more

Other parties were seated right next to our table (booth) and immediately greeted and drink orders were taken. We were a party of two, just as the others. I love this place not just because I live around the corner but because they have great food, excellent service and solid bar. My wife calls it the new "go to" for us since they are consistent every single time we dine there. When the weather is good they have outdoor seating that is covered and really quaint. Most meals come with a nice size salad. I recently tried the warm chicken salad meal which is not at all what I expected in my head but was very good. I LOVE Bibas. Every time we eat there or take out, it is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! My mom got take out for my birthday on 12/19, since we just moved into a new home and I was super tired. We had the lasagna, my mom had the chicken parm, and my husband had the chicken alfredo. All the food was delicious and the garlic knots were to die for. They even kept warm in the pizza box they were in and the food was out for an hour. I would say my favorite was the chicken alfredo. It had so much flavor and was enough for dinner for 2 days. if you ever have an itilian food craving or just want some good foo to fill out up, go to Bibas. Despite it being a busy Sunday morning our table for 10 was greeted by our server and well taken care of. Each of us were very pleased with our meals. Everyone shared a bit of each other's food. Lobster pasta, chicken piccata, veal Marsala and assorted tortellini were passed around and sampled by all. The garlic bread was well received. With salads I would recommend the house vinaigrette. Our pre meal cocktails were skill fully blended by the bartender. I was a bit disappointed that there was no champagne for a special toast. Best local spot for Italian food! On this occasion we only stopped in for a glass of wine at the bar and the best cheesecake you can find. They ship in the cheesecakes from a bakery in New York and its the BEST one you can find anywhere in Georgia! Their Italian menu has a ton to choose from and my kids love their pizza. Everyone in your group can find something on the menu and its all fresh ingredients. Dont even get me started about their fresh baked garlic rolls. I could eat 10 of those for a meal and they are huge.
