Quality of pizza is not good. Used to be a few years ago, but hasn't been for at least a year. Will go to alternative pizza places, instead of a $40 extra pepperoni, extra cheese pizza that was dry, blackened, and had toppings that were "normal" amount, versus the "extra" that I paid for. This is not about the pizza, as I never actually got to order any there in Camp Verde. Instead I wanted to compliment the young gal (Jade or Jada?) who was working all alone, racing to take phone calls, help people in line and making pizzas, etc. She was just crazy busy and yet still managed to be polite. I decided to go order elsewhere, as I had a group waiting & it would not be a normal timeline for that night, and she certainly didn't need our large multi pizza orders added to her crazy workload, yet she deserves recognition for being such a hardworking employee who remained professional & kind, even when buried in busyness. Extremely Rude Management and Service for a Loyal, Disabled Customer This review is regarding a consistently rude experience at the Camp Verde Domino's location for our takeout orders, culminating on the evening of Dec.4th around 11:30 PM. My husband and I are both disabled and rely on Domino's for our takeout, spending well over $500 a month. As a loyal, frequent customer, I placed an online order last night around 11:30 PM and was telephoned immediately back by the store manageronly to be told that they needed to begin closing. I tried yo to inform them I was less than five minutes away for pickup. The manager on duty, stated "I'm sorry you do this all the time, and I'm not going to take your order," before abruptly hanging up and canceling my order. This escalation culminated in a manager's complete lack of professionalism and respect . Her desire to rush her closing routine well before their midnight hour, is unacceptable. My parents and I ordered 3 pizzas for take out. We ordered in advance so it would be ready when we got there. But when we looked at the pizzas when we got them home 2 of the three pizzas were completely wrong. The only reason the third wasn't wrong was because it was a simple pepperoni pizza for the kids. When my dad called back to complain to the manager. He said that it was made as it was written down. But the person who took the order got it all wrong. When my dad said that they needed better training on their employees to not make so many mistakes and threatened to go somewhere else for his pizzas the manager told my dad he should just go somewhere else for his pizza then. He never once apologized for the mistake. As a manager he should take responsibility for the actions of his employees and try and make it right. But this manger had poor customer service and is obviously not a good manager. So no wonder that his employees messed up. This is a small town so they need every customer than can get. But I am sorry but they have lost an entire family of multiple households business. We would rather drive all the way to cottonwood than go back there again. Meh, what else can I say. I have ordered delivery here a billion times but it is never my go to pizza spot. I love the convenience of delivery but as I get older my taste for good pizza has changed. I now opt to pay a higher price for a better hometown spot rather than order from Domino's. They have been changing their recipes up and this has made their pizza very inconsistent. I used to get wings with my order but after my last few times I am pretty sure I need to stop wasting my money. The wings are often soggy and smothered in sauce to conceal the awful taste. Not to mention they are tiny. The best thing that domino's has to offer is that they do have good deals. I will most likely order again but will try to avoid. I will say that almost 100% of the time they get my order right and it does arrive hot. Hence 3 stars. read more

This is not about the food. The food and local service were outstanding. This is about the company itself. While on vacation I tried to order pizza to be delivered using the app. The order was never confirmed even though I attempted the order 3 times. Decided to call the store to place order. My order was taken and I paid. Not 5 minutes after hanging up the delivery driver arrived. Wondering how they completed my order so quick I asked the driver who stated the order was placed online. Wait, What??? So we immediately called the store as we did not need both orders - we were on vacation in a hotel. At that time we were told that we had reached the call center. What call center you may ask - cause we asked. We had dialed the local store number both times. We were informed by the call center that to cancel the 2nd order we need to call the store directly. Isn't that what we did twice. We asked for the phone number to the store - it was the exact number we had called twice. When that was explained to the call center - they informed us that we would need to keep calling until someone at the store answered. All calls made to any location if not answered immediately were automatically transferred to the call center. So now we tried calling over and over and over, eventually reaching the store. They were so kind as to cancel the second order after we explained the situation. They mentioned that they knew the app had issues for quite sometime. They also knew about the call center and it was not information that was readily available to the public. Meaning we the customers do not realize we are talking to a third party answering service when placing our order or paying for them. The answering service did not inform me they were a third party service. They answered the phone - "Thank you for calling Dominos how can I help you." I do not mind call centers per se, but I want to know who I am giving my information to especially credit card information. BE VERY AWARE of who you are talking to. read more

If you order online, don't believe what their website tells you on your phone. I ordered online a pizza. The site gives you a graphic of what is happening to your pizza. Once it's ready, supposedly, the graphic tells you it's ready for pickup. I assumed it had gone and was ready as the graphic told me on my phone. So I arrived, signaled as per instructions, that I was parked out in front. For over 5 minutes I waited. Then, an employee came out and told me they messed up and the never order got to the pizza makers. I said the website informed me it was ready. I waited another 20 minutes and finally got my pizza which I had prepaid for. The employee apologized , to which I said it had been way over 30 minutes to get my pizza and that it should be free. We have eaten here several times now, they make some quality pizza. We tried the local spot this one was much better. We are from California and not really Dominos eaters but this one is pretty good. The delivery wasn't bad either pretty fast from time of order. We will still be getting out pizza here.
