The wings were the worst ive ever had. Very faatty half of them were broken. They weent very tasty either! The Alfredo pan meal was great!

**Sales Reps who do catering, avoid this location** Had a lunch and learn with a team out in Cedar Rapids. Did a 11am pickup at 3pm the day before. Walked into the store at 10:45 and said , "might be early but here for a pickup" expecting they might just be finishing things up. Guy turns around and laughs saying "way early, you did 20 pizzas I haven't even put them in the oven yet" I asked what time I should expect and didn't get an answer. Decided well, no point in arguing so sat in my car for about 20 min expecting maybe he will come out and let me know when it's done. Sure enough the guy walks out of the store only to laugh and tell me my phone conversation must be really good because my pizza is cold and has been done for 15 minutes. To which I said, well you said it be a long time? And he laughed and said no I said look at the board. Guy basically didn't give me an answer when I asked and then tried acting like I was an idiot for not checking the board lmao. When he 100% did not mention that and either way just answer the damn question man. Not sure what was with this dude but genuinely never had such an annoying experience. He then proceeded to tell my payment wasn't excepted and he was going to take back all the pizza. Again being very passive aggressive. Didn't believe him tbh because of how he was acting but seemed to be something with my area code not entered in the app. Was almost certain this guy was just tryna pull a fast one on me. Cherry on top they got the order wrong lmao. Thankfully the team I was working with was understanding. I mean it's dominos pizza I don't expect even above average customer service. But when I'm reliable to bring people food and now I'm running late and this guy can't even communicate or try and provide any service , it's frustrating. I worked fast food I get it. But have some pride in your work. Guy just seemed to want to piss me off the entire time because I ordered 20 pizzas at 11 and he didn't wanna work. Hope he can put on a front and smile for next time cuz I had 20% I was able to tip for my $400 (pickup order) but decided to say F this guy after how he was acting. read more

This is my go to place for pizza. It is excellent. The crust, toppings and sauces are all good and great together. I give the pizza here five stars. You can get it hand tossed, thin or pan. It's all good. You can also make your own pizza on their web page, with all sorts of combinations of sauce, crust and toppings. For example, you can construct a BBQ chicken pizza by selecting BBQ sauce, chicken and onions. It's great and usually you can get one for $7 or 8, as they have lots of sales. They also have a Philly cheese steak pizza that is really good. The sandwiches are also quite good. They have about eight of them. Like the pizza, they are highly customizable. You can, for example, get an Italian sandwich without peppers. They have a great Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. The sandwiches are all hot subs and they are all great. I give the sandwiches five stars. They also have pasta dishes, breadsticks and desserts. These are all good too. I think the pasta dishes are not as good of a deal as the pizza as they are all pretty small. read more

I really wish I could give zero stars. We have placed an order 3 different times/days. 1. Ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas and a 32 piece parm bite. Ordered thru app and my card was charged. Tracked through the app. Pizza said it had left the store and was on its way. 10 minutes later I pull the app up to check and it says my order has been cancelled. Called the store and waited on hold for 25 mins before I finally just hung up. Contacted corporate and was told I needed to take it up with the store. 2. Ordered the same thing as before. Same situation. Called the store and was told they didn't know why it got cancelled but they would gladly remake the order if I wanted to wait about an hour for them to finish the current pizzas they were working on. Asked for a refund and was told to contact corporate. Contacted corporate and was told to take it up with the store again. Contacted the store and was told there was nothing they could do. 3. Ordered the same thing through the app again. Called to check in on my order as it had been an hour since I ordered. Told it was going out the door now. 15 minutes later order cancelled. Called the store and waited another 15 minutes on hold. Decided to take my happy ass to the store myself and see what's up. First "shift lead" I talked too told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to talk to corporate. Another lead overheard and took over. Refunded me my tip for the 2nd order but couldn't do anything about the rest. Was told I would be refunded for today's order but I won't hold my breath. Finally he told me that our delivery address was out of range for them. No dominos will deliver to the prairie school area?! Asked if they had my pizza, and he stated yes. He offered to remake and I type this review as I have been sitting here for 45 mins waiting on the remake of my order. As I sit here the phone has been ringing non stop with upset customers. Giving "refund" after "refund". How is this place still in operation with all of these negative reviews?! I can't be the only one that has complained to corporate! read more

It's always something with this Domino's. Missing toppings, missing dipping cups, not following delivery instructions. One time I received a pizza that tasted like dish soap. I only reorder because they give free "makeup pizzas", but I've yet to receive a problem free order from this location. read more

Every time I order from here the food is always burned, on top of that sometimes it has an off taste. Don't get me started in the calling, I don't get why they have a phone if they never answer. I'm not trying to be rude but I'm just being honest. I hope this changes as I use to be a GM for a dominos and hate seeing places go down hill. read more

This is the worst pizza I had all year, maybe in years. No flavor at all, they messed up the toppings order, and it was a bit soggy. It was just straight up bad pizza. Worst of all, all three of us who ate it got sick. I'm from out of town, but this is the worst dominos I have visited. read more

We just moved to the neighborhood and ordered some pizza after a long day of moving. This Dominos was super fast, and the pizza was great, sometimes I feel like fast-pizza places don't have enough cheese but my pizza was loaded with god's favorite dairy product without even asking. Domino's completed a big make-over of its pizza recipe about 6 months ago in case you missed all the hype they made of it. I finally got around to trying one and was pleasantly surprised. The crust gets the most improved award with a softer, doughier texture that is really quite tasty. They sprinkle the outer crust with a Parmesan/garlic/herb blend that gives it a hearty flavor. Extra points are in order for using fresh mushrooms, not canned. The sauce wasn't very memorable, but decent (I think). I ordered the carry-out special: a large pizza with two toppings for $5.99. The whole family thought it beats Little C's $5 Hot n' Ready pizza for taste and overall value. For one thing you get a fresh pie, not one that's been sitting in the warmer for the past hour. Is it anything like a pizzeria-style pizza such as Tomaso's? No way, but for a fast food pizza Domino's really stepped up to the plate with their new pizza recipe! read more

Our local Dominos always does a great job. I order the artisan pizza because I'm trying to eat healthier and for me the artisan is a bit healthier. My wife likes the Alfredo Pasta in a bread bowl(what's not to like really). They always get our delivery order to our location very quickly. Sometimes so quickly I think they have a Psychic on staff having them make our order up before we order. ha ha. I give them a 5 star rating for overall service. read more

Tonight was one of the worst experiences I've had at dominos. We order a medium pizza and 2 chicken bacon RANCH sandwiches, one of them with extra sauce. We had asked if the extra sauce was in the box and they said yes. We walked out and checked our order to find we didn't have an extra ranch so we walked back in to get the extra ranch and the older heavy set woman at the counter asked to see our boxes and then said we had our ranch and argued with us about how a chicken bacon ranch sandwich doesn't come with ranch. Ordered hand pan pizza last time was doughy under the toppings. Ordered American Legends this time bottom and toppings were burned. I will NOT be ordering from Dominos in CR again... Also 2.50 delivery charge is wacked I'm in town for work couple times a week with no vehicle so want something different than what's in walking distance every now and then and something we don't have at home. Web site says the d charge is not in lieu of a tip but doesn't say who gets the 2.50(also never paid this when I stayed in Mason City)so by the time you pay that and a tip it's 20 bucks for a large or 16 for a med I don't mind paying good money for good food but this is way to much for under/over cooked pizza. Mark at the cedar rapids location hung up on me in the middle of my phone order. I'm 7 minutes away from the cedar rapids Domino's location and 7 minutes from the Marion location. I called Cedar rapids to put in an order. I gave Mark my location and in the middle of my sentence, Mark said "not my area" and hung up the phone. We love our 16th Avenue Domino's! We always cheer when the tracker says that Hamed is making our pizza because its guaranteed to be fantastic. The only complaint I really have is the delivery charge -- we like to tip our driver for their service and wonder how this factors in for them as well as for the business. Other than that, the specials are great, the ingredients always fresh and special orders are done exactly the way we ask for them. We love you guys! read more

Management is awful and completely rude. They always undercook my food and when I complain they basically say "too bad". I got into an argument with one of the managers because she sent me the wrong thing and she claims she didn't. I try not to order from here. Pizza Hut is much better. read more
