Back in the day when this location first opened they were awesome. Over the years the employees don't care, the food is skimpy and thrown together. Pizzas have little toppings and little cheese. Never ever have I had a pizza this bad. When my wife picked it up it was burnt. She said so and the person behind the counter gave her attitude for complaining. Big mistake. Not the way to treat a customer. When it comes to rude customer service, I'll pass that on to everyone who will listen. They remade our pizza and it too was burnt but not as bad. We took it home as we had been at the hospital all afternoon and hadn't eaten. Big mistake as the crust was crispy, more so than a stale saltine cracker. Buyer beware check your order. If I order takeout it's usually 45 minutes to get the pizza, and if I order delivery it's upwards of an hour..... there's just no quick way to get pizza from this place! They always seem like they're fully staffed... so I can't really wrap my mind around it. Ended up ordering online at 6:15pm. Order was completed at 6:29pm, and at 7:17pm I was finally able to reach the store via phone after several failed call attempts. I was informed that my order was still 3 deliveries away from leaving the store. Had them change it to pick up and finally received my order at 7:30pm. The order sat on an unwarmed rack for an hour. Worst experience ever with a pizza place. I only gave them 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. We ordered a pizza, pasta and cheesy bread to be delivered. After about 80 minutes we called to see where are order was at. Dominos has a "30 minutes or its free policy." The person on the phone said they were understaffed and busy. When we asked if our order was going to be free, we got the run around. We asked if it would be faster if we came into the store to pick up our pizza and then we could talk to the manager. He said yes. When we got to the store our pizza was out for delivery. I told the "kid" working the register that I was not going to pay for the shitty service and runaround. Don't ever order online. First the email stated that the order would be delivered within 25-35 minutes. I ordered my pizza at 7:55pm. I called the place at 8:50pm and was informed that the email was incorrect and that the delivery would be between 30 minutes to 1 hour. I advised the employee that this was very unprofessional customer service but decided to wait. I called them again at 9:20pm to find out that they cancelled my order! Okay, I guess. The location seemed decent, in a small strip mall mainly occupied by medical and dental offices - a medical plaza perhaps? There is a liquor store conveniently close next door. I usually pick up my own pizzas so I have never used their delivery service. I'm not a big fan of the new crusts and I think the pizza sauce is bland. I suppose now that it is not owned by the religious wacko family it probably gets an additional star for that. Folks - for now this is all we got for the 'za here in Reunion. It's either this or driving to Stapleton for Papa John's. I think I preferred the older style Dominos crusts and sauces. It will do in a pinch but it won't be my every Friday pizza order. read more

The first time was over a year ago, and I wanted to give them another shot as they are closer than Pizza Hut. Never again. I ordered online. Complaint from Brighton, CO: We ordered lunch online today for work at 11:34 and were quoted a 30-45 minute wait for our order. About an hour after we placed our order we called the store and were informed that the wait time was up to two hours. (Would have been nice to know BEFORE...) Then we finally got our food around 1:40. I sat down at my desk to FINALLY enjoy my long awaited lunch and my cheese bread was COMPLETELY raw inside, more uncooked dough than anything. Me and my family order here all the time and this last time was the worst. The server was so rude and not someone that should be in front. When we got there he didn't even greet us. And when our food was ready my husband got up and was waiting to get our order.
