When I brought the issue to their attention, I expected a friendly apology and assistance in resolving the mistake. Instead, the store manager was rude and seemed upset, even though the error was clearly on the store's side. Customer service should be professional and respectful, especially when addressing a billing issue. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. My advice to other customers is to always double-check how you're being charged and review your receipt and bank transaction afterward to make sure the correct amount was processed. This situation could have been handled much better.

McDonald's says the size of the Filet O Fish has not changed in decades. I beg to differ. I eaten these Filet O Fish for over 30 years. Back then, the sandwich was the same size as a Quarter Pounder. Now, the Filet O Fish is the size of a White Castle Slider. Photos included. Besides the smaller size, the sandwich is not well prepared. The cheese is barely on the bun and a small sliver (see photo). Summary: If you accept Shrink-flation and are willing to pay more for much less, grab a Filet O Fish. It kind of feels like a cheap way to make the bill bigger at the end, but honestly, the food and the better service made it worth it. I received information from the DoorDash driver that he was stuck in traffic. I understood, did not have a problem with that at all as it was rush hour and people were heading home from work, this continued on for about an hour until he had to cancel my order because he was not able to get to me. I called Dions and let them know the situation. The manager informed me to place my order again and they would get it sent out right away and refund me for my previous order. I messaged the new driver, letting him know there was traffic and to maybe take a different route. Unfortunately, he did not get the message in time and ended up being stuck in the same traffic and had to do the same thing... cancel my order. I called Dions, not upset with the situation because life happens! I just wanted to make sure that I would get refunded for both orders. The manager was extremely apologetic and told me she was going to send one of her employees to personally deliver my food. I insisted that it was totally fine and she didn't have to do that but she was adamant and said they would be leaving soon! The employee arrived with my food within 15 minutes and she was so kind. It was better than the sushi I have had at a sushi restaurant since moving here to CO. Nice Asian sauce with sesame seeds throughout. Super good. It's light, though. It is in a butter lettuce "taco shell", but honestly I think putting it in a true corn or flour tortilla just would not mesh well. The service was very very pleasant and attentive. We even had to move a couple times because our party number kept changing, and she was as pleasant as can be. I look forward to heading back and trying something else.
