The flavors were delicious, richness that hit a home run and the heat levels were exactly what we ordered. The salad bar is huge and had tons of great sides. Only thing better than the food was the expliminary service. Heidi created us and came by the table consistently to check on our experience. The various meats were at times overcooked, or cooked perfectly. Some meats were great, others strange. I was surprised that the salad bar and sides bar was a help-yourself counter where you go yourself to fill up. Glad I went at opening as it was all fresh. I was the unlucky person who was sat right where they cut the food, and luckily I was wearing a black shirt as a lot of meat juice flew off onto the table and my shirt when they cut the meats.
