Well for starters the messed up my order. Threw the so called "chicken wings" in the oven threw them in the box and drizzled sauce on top. Not only were half the wings sauced but the we like mush! Then when they re did my order they didnt complete it so I had to wit when I got there. Then the Delivery driver came in stated handling my food without washing his hands. The the wings AGAIN were mushy . So Brianna and Leonette totally redeemed the face of the company in my eyes. This time they sauce the wings perfectly they put them in a bowl toss them around like they should've been and there was an abundance of sauce. Absolutely wonderful job. Thank you you too. But I wasn't happy about the delivery driver coming in and handling the food without washing his hands bad form. Update: well, the chicken is still mushy as hell. I don't know where you guys are getting your chicken. But if that's chicken, I'm a monkey's uncle. I'm gonna try to give you guys one more chance, but everybody talks about how terrible Domino's has gotten and then I probably should've never wasted my money to begin with the chicken wings are no bigger than a toddlers finger. Customer Service Complaint - Edgewood, NM Location Dear Domino's Pizza Customer Service, I am writing to formally report a disappointing experience at your Edgewood, New Mexico location. We placed an order that was scheduled to be ready at 8:54 PM. We arrived at approximately 9:00 PM and were informed by the employee at the front counter that our order had not yet been started. When we politely mentioned the promised ready time, the employee responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, stating that the order was "not ready," that there were many other orders, and that we would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. The employee was a woman who appeared to be in her early 30s. For identification purposes only, she was African American. I want to be clear that this description is provided solely to help identify the individual involved, not to suggest anything inappropriate. In an effort to avoid conflict, we agreed to wait and remained in our car. After returning inside 30 minutes later, we were then told--again in an unfriendly and disrespectful tone--that our order had been canceled. When we requested the employee's name for reference, she refused to provide it. At no point did we behave in a way that would warrant this level of treatment. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable, and it ultimately forced us to drive to Albuquerque to find an alternative. We respectfully ask that this situation be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to address employee conduct and reinforce proper customer service standards. This place sucks; you place an order and the order updates continually with later and later delivery times. Nothing from the store regarding a reason why the order took 2 hours to complete. After going to an an awesome Dog Adoption event in Edgewood with my Soggy Doggy Trolley, I got an unfortunate flat tire on the way home and spent 3 hours on the side of the road waiting for a service to come help. A Domino's driver saw me on the side of the road when making a delivery and stopped and gave me a free small pizza. This made my weekend! I am so appreciative of the kindness she gave me along with the others that stopped to make sure I was ok. The pizza was great, and the delivery driver was very thoughtful! I ordered a 14" thin crust with normal sauce, extra cheese, 1/2 sausage. What I got was a 14" thin crust, no marinara sauce, extra honey barbecue and 1/2 sausage. I would never order "honey bbq sauce" on a pizza. When I called I was told that they understand that the app is hard to navigate and mistakes happen. This makes it sound like I am some kind of moron that can't navigate an app that I have used numerous times around the country. The solution was to give me a credit for a pizza for the next time I ordered, but then I have to call in to order so I get the credit. I would have expected them to offer to remake the pizza and send it out right away. This apparently did not occur to them! I haven't ordered from this location in quite some time due to quality issues but thought we would give them another chance. Big mistake! I will NEVER order from here again! read more

This has been our Domino's for a year and usually they can hold it down being so busy. I came in for carry out after ordering 45 minutes beforehand. My order had not been started and they couldn't tell me when it would be ready. So instead of being honest with me the manager passive aggressively says I'll start her order now and all those other pizzas will be 10 minutes later. I get being busy, I've worked pizzerias. But when you have 2 workers in the line and a worker standing around folding boxes... that's just bad management and then trying to guilt me for it? We happened upon this Dominos on our way from CA to the East Coast when we stopped for gas and a bite to eat. This is the deal. I grade on a curve. I would give the cleanest McDonalds with great service and fresh French fries, five stars indicating it is one of the best McDonalds around. The same applies to Dominos. Is this the best pizza I have ever had - no. Is it the best food and the best experience I have ever had at a Dominos - absolutely! Hence the five star rating. Today we ordered two pizzas, a small Hawaiian and a medium Chicken and Ranch, both with thin crust. We also had two house salads and two soft drinks. A little pricey for Dominos, the total bill was $42 and change. But the food was fresh and great. Way beyond expectation. No more rubbery crust, the crust was nice and crispy. For those who are price sensitive, they had a special on two topping medium pizzas, at some ridiculously low price. We ate in, the place was new, clean, and the staff was top shelf - attentive, clean, timely and gearing up for a busy Saturday night including a brisk carry out business. We have lived here for 4 years and have Domino's delivered quite often. Today we called to have a delivery and all of a sudden, we are "out of their delivery area" (they delivered to us this past Thursday) I said since when? The lady on the phone said two years ago!! After asking to speak to the manager, the same lady came back on and said he didn't need to talk to me...he just told her to reintegrate what she had already told me. So frustrating!! Ordered online hoping for a quick pick up on the way home. When I arrived, screen showed my order was ready. Paid and found out they were remaking the order. They said it had been made wrong. Told them I would just take it anyway. Was then told that they had already made new pizzas and they were going in the oven. Then told me that they had already eaten some of the other ones and the new ones would be out in about 7- 10 minutes.... I just wanted to get pizza and go home. Nothing offered for the trouble. The food is consistent (typical Dominoes, not great, but good enough), but the deliver service is hit or miss. They're extra busy and don't have enough drivers due to COVID, so I know there will be a wait, and I'm ok with that. But, it appears they only read the special instructions (where to put the order and not to knock on my door, simple enough) about 50% of the time, if that. One time my order said it was delivered but it wasn't at my house, so I called the store, and they argued with me that it had been delivered, but finally started a new ordered and a different driver delivered it, and he even commented that he didn't know where the other guy had gone, cause my house is easy to find. Last time I ordered, they didn't have the salad I ordered, which is a bummer but no big deal, and I was told I wouldn't be charged for it, but I still was, so I had to call the store to get that fixed, then the driver didn't bring the soda ordered, so I just called him directly, thinking maybe he had it in the car and would just swing back by. He said he'd bring it back, but never did, and by then it was late and the store closed, and I forgot about it so never got that rectified. The only reason I've continued to order from them is because it's cheap and the other pizza place nearby doesn't deliver, but after another driver disregarding the instructions again tonight, I'm fed up. read more

This place is out of control. Placed an order at 8:30pm on a Wednesday night and was told it would take 30-45 minutes. It sat in "quality checking" for over 30 minutes. An hour goes by and I receive a text stating that my order is on the way. I then receive a text stating that my order was delivered. My boyfriend went out to check and there was no order. We saw a driver drop food off at our neighbors and thought maybe the went to the wrong house. Turns out they had placed an order FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT at the same time we did. I called the store and was told by a gentleman that my order was on its way. Why did I receive a text stating it was delivered? 30 minutes goes by and still no order. Called the store and got the run around that our neighbors got our order (no they did not) and they could either remake our food or offer a credit and refund. We accepted. 10 minutes goes by and I receive a call from a "manager" stating that she sent my order to the kitchen and included a brownie. I explained that it was 10pm and I didn't want the food if they hadn't started making it, to which she stated that they had, but she WOULD BE SURE that I was contacted when it was on its way and when the driver was close. I did not receive either call, nor was there a brownie. Whatever, was ready to move on. UNTIL they charged me. Furious, I reached out to corporate and was contacted by the general manager who insured me over and over again that I was being refunded and it would take 3-5 business days. Guess what? No refund. I cannot believe this is the way customers are treated. I spoke to a general manager and it still was not made right. I will not recommend this store to anyone. Take your business to Pizza Barn where they offer much better customer service with better quality food. read more

A few weeks ago I ordered Domino's pizza for the very first time. It was the best pizza I ever ate, and I wrote a review reflecting that. Tonight I was too tired to cook, so I ordered exactly the same as I ordered before. It was the worst pizza I ever experienced. The first clue was when I opened the box. It was visibly dry with quite a lot of burned areas. It was not sliced through and was so hard I could not cut through. I broke it into half and gave half to my husband and half to me. Every bite was rock hard and audibly crunched with every chew. The stuffed bread sticks were WONDERFUL, but our dogs ate the last two squares of pizza. It so happens that I am the author of a food blog. I'll do Dominos a favor and not critique tonight's dinner. Question is, next time I am too tired to cook, do I bother with Domino's? I think opening a can of soup would be a better bet. read more
