The team has been there for quite a while and the manager is very involved with the operation. They work together well and the food is excellent! We had a hankering for some pizza, so we thought we would give this Dominos a try-mainly because it was nearby. We were very pleased with our food! We got a thin crust with veggies and also got an order of 8 chicken nuggets-because of a coupon deal that was on their website. The pizza(which we picked up) was piping hot and delicious!! The pizza wasn't cut properly, they don't know how to treat their customers, the food made my entire family sick, when my father in law went in to talk to the manager, the workers were rude rold them what do you want us to do fire them ? There was no name tags and I have friends that work there that have even stated that they sell expired things. I called this location at 7pm western time .. which is 10pm eastern time.. domino is closing at midnight... I got Bruce on the line. Ideally I have always been prefer domino pizza vs.. others common known pizza place. I gave 5 for the prompt customer service and personal lively and helpful. Went to a Dominos pizza over on Tamiami Trail, over by or past bascayne and pan America, One girl kind a chubby was biting her fingernails and just spitting them out into the air how friggin gross, i was soo pissed I had to say something , I started yelling, because she was the one that was going to make my pizza there is no manager but one girl came over and I told her what happened that is so disgusting they must've seen her do it before it's a little tiny hole but there's 10 people in there what the hell are they doing just standing around chitchatting they should be cleaning and doing things right and being ethical. Ordered a pizza and it took the person on the phone multiple times to get credit card number correct. Ordered two cokes that were not on the order and wanted to drink the cokes with the pizza. Now my pizza is stone cold. Called back to get the cokes and Lou put me on hold--yet again!---then we were disconnected. When i called back and told him I didn't want to hold again he said I could hold and was very rude. Extremely rude in general. People don't like to be put on hold multiple times--they need to get more people to answer the phone if that is the problem. Ordered at least 1-2 pizzas per week for years. Will never order again! Also, saw on other reviews references to the "rude" manager. Assume it's the same person. If I were the owner I wouldn't have someone who behaved like that to customers. read more

Customer service is friendly but we has a problem with one of your drivers changing the tip amount on the credit card slip. Total Fraud!! Tried calling the manager but he basically tried to get me too let the whole thing go so he didn't have to fire the employee that stole from me. Bad move on the managers part. After going gluten free 18 months ago I've found it hard to find good GF pizza. Well no more!! This was the best GF crust I have ever had. It was thin and crunchy and even when it cooled down the center didn't get mushy like some others I've tried. It stayed crunchy. I ordered a ham and pineapple with hearty marinara sauce. Drove extra miles to get the gluten-free pizza. Ordered pepperoni, mushrooms, extra cheese. Very nice staff, BUT, looked to us like regular cheese. Bland, flat, nothing special, light on the goods. Super friendly staff. We ordered the Handmade pan pizza which we thought did not have enough cheese but that's more of a corporate issue. We have ordered the thin crust pizza and a couple of the pasta's and cheese breads in the past. They have always been great. If you like Domino's products you will like this franchise. read more

Domino's has taken over the market--how? Our order tonight was 2 pizzas and bread knots with extra dipping sauce. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Asked where's my extra dipping sauce...it's in the box--NO it wasn't. Called and lady only wanted to give me credit for next order...but my current order of bread knots was overcooked and their was more seasoning on the box than the bread--she didn't care. Both pizzas lacked sauce--something I've noticed from this store. Ordered regular level of sauce and got very light. Many years ago, I worked at Domino's and we never sent out bad products like this...and customers got replacements if they didn't like the order. I even had to make extra trips just for a bag of chips that were forgotten. Regular pizza was ok, but had to dip it in the one sauce cup I did receive--only cuz I couldn't eat the nasty bread sticks. Thin crust was not good. $27 in the trash. read more
