The person behind teh counter said she was from Texas so maybe that had something to do with it. Sauced is worth a stop. We ordered a bunch of brisket, hand cut fries, and mac n cheese. The fries were excellent. It is hard to beat a perfectly cooked hand cut fry and these were amazing. The mac n cheese was also dang good. It was cheesy as could be and a great addition. The brisket? Well for starters, I wasn't expecting much. I didn't think Arkansas was known for brisket but I figured what the hell. This was some very good brisket. I would venture a guess that it is the best brisket in Eureka and unless there are some real Texas BBQ joints there, one of the best in all of Arkansas. Have I had better? Yes, in Houston or Dallas, but those are the BBQ meccas. This was solid Texas brisket and blew me away for Arkansas BBQ. If you find yourself in Eureka and love BBQ, get yourself to Sauced soon.
