This place is amazing. The tomato bisque soup is a must. The pizzas are huge and big enough to share.

Speaking just as someone who lived in Chicago for awhile and reviewing only the Italian beef, it may scratch an insatiable craving, but it's not what you'd get in the city. The bun comes split in two, the gravy isn't spicy or salty enough, and they won't dip it for you. It also doesn't seem as big as it should be too the price. Nevertheless, these things can be fixed, and the bones are there. I hope management will make changes to the sandwich for authenticity's sake. read more

I love this place! I used to avoid trying Pickleman's just because it's located around the bar scene on Dickson and I assumed it would be dirty and loud. I regret assuming this, because it's super clean and has become one of my top 2 favorite sandwich shops in Fayetteville. Most of the sandwiches are pretty simple, but that's what makes them perfect. A lot of sub sandwich shops load their subs with so many ingredients that it just becomes too much and too heavy. Pickleman's menu and portions are perfect!
