This was our very first time ordering from here. Very poor service. Had a large order for work. Called in the order. The order was read back to us correctly. When we got there 1 sandwich was missing. We luckily was not charged for that sandwich. We had a side of chicken that was dropped on the floor out of the bag, but it was for the dog so that was fine. We got a bag of chips that was paid for and was not in the bag. When calling back to let them know, we were told that the counter servers were suppose to tell us to grab them, which did not happen. I was driving through Fayetteville on our way to Kansas City from Texas and scoured TikTok for lunch recommendations. It did not disappoint! Initially we were intrigued by the theme and quickly realized that this place is LEGIT. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best sandwich I've ever had in my entire life and everyone else at the table agreed with me. In fact, it was SO good that we drove back through Fayetteville (an hour out of our way) on the way home just to get another sandwich. I was worried about consistency but really didn't have anything to worry about. It was just as good as the first. Our server from the first time, Sky, recognized us and had a nice chat about the area and what he recommended. The service was fantastic and as a business owner myself, I wish I had 10 employees like Sky. Holy crap, seriously disappointed. First off, there was a pit still in an olive, in my sandwich. Nearly broke my tooth clean in half chewing on a sandwich. How the **** can you put an olive with a pit in it in someone's sandwich. Secondly, this place really is actually hot garbage. Before chomping on a pit the size of a large pebble i nearly missed the opportunity to break my tooth on a bite of sandwich due to it being legit as flavorless as possible (Apollo 13). my partner only took one bite of their sandwich (dank) before being done as well. A few minutes later, the owner Dane called us not only to refund our order, but after chatting a bit he so kindly invited us back soon for a second try, on the house. An employee answers "Cheba Hut. I say "Yes, I would like to place an order to pick up" he says "you know you can do that online" I say "yes but I'm on my way and prefer to do it by phone while I'm driving. He says "well, we are really busy!" I say " can't you take my order real quick while we are on the phone" he says "no" I say "why not?" He says "because I don't want to!" In a very rude sharp fast loud tone. My response "you just lost my business." It is sad that this business just opened and already losing customers. There is no excuse for this behavior!!
