Fairly regular, I've spend hundreds at this location in the last year. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. In picture, Sometimes the cheese doesn't even cover your pizza when you order extra cheese and use up a topping for even more cheddar as well. I really don't see a reason for anyone to mess up a pizza unless they are lazy. It's not complicated. $5.99 going to $6.99 for the national combo was a bummer, and charging $2 for pan is a bummer also ($1 feels better), but they are still a decent value at the price right now I think. read more

I usually order Dominos every once in a while due to it's convenience and as a late night option. As an establishment, I think they're alright and aren't the worst nor the best. But this location fell way below that standard. While we did get our delivery on time, everything was barely palatable. The pizza we ordered was lukewarm and horrible looking, while the wings we ordered hardly had any sauce on them and tasted cold. It looked like someone left wings under a heat lamp for two days with hardly any buffalo sauce on them, while the bbq wings just looked like the buffalo wings except with a few squirts of bbq sauce. I should've just saved money and got the same quality in the frozen aisle at the grocery store. read more

We are visiting from out of town, so we have had Dominos twice this week. The other night we had a meatzilla and were disappointed, it was sparsely covered with meat, the delivery guy was pleasant. we were tired, so we gave it another try, the pizza was sausage, pepperoni, and it was covered with toppings, hot and flavorful! But what was really good was the Chicken Cabonara, it was great! Not salty, good sauce, nicely balanced, the service was quick and delightful, I will definaely order from them again read more

We don't do pizza night very often... But when we do.. It's this dominoes. These guys offer a decent gluten free crust pizza. We have to go gluten due to an allergen. My 7 year old daughter really likes it with garlic sauce, chicken and bacon! There crust is never undercooked (which is a biggie for us) and full of flavor. Never have had to deal with in store service... We've always done delivery which has been spot on. They are friendly and punctual and our pizza always comes hot. Would give it 5 stars if they had a gluten free dessert.. It's our go to pizza place and will continue to be. read more

OMG, definitely one of the worst places around. I should have believed the reviews but I thought it really couldn't be this bad. I was so very wrong. I placed an order online for carry out appreciating that it would be incredibly busy on a Saturday night for fast delivery. I went to pick up my order. It's really sterile and no one acknowledges you or even says hi. You check in on the computer screen and pay the same way. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer my order would be as it had now been 45 minutes since placing my order. He acted like I was really putting him out asking. He grumbled it will be at least another hour. No apology, nothing. Don't you think you would advise someone after checking in that they're going to have to wait another hour in your dank little lobby??? I replied that it was completely unacceptable and Domino's food was hardly worth waiting that long for to get-- which is 100% true--you'd have to be a complete moron to wait an hour and 45 minutes for that food. Anyway as I was leaving he commented "don't come back". Seriously dude?!?! Your food sucks and your customer service sucks so not a problem I will never ever come back. Furthermore, I will advise that no one goes there. Fun antidote there's a great little pizza place a half a block up the road called Swingin hot pizza. I thought what the hell. I pulled in, ordered and was out the door with my pizza in 10 minutes. Also it's a hell of a lot better than Domino's!!! To anyone in Pleasant View , Farr West, North Ogden, Harrisville check it out--don't waste your time waiting around at Domino's! For wings check out Sargent's Ranch House on Highway 89. I had posted a review about 6 months ago regarding Domino's Pizza in Farr West, Ut. The manager contacted me regarding the review. I have since ordered 3 times in the past 4 months. What a difference and much better results with my pizza orders. The pizzas have since been delivered in a timely manner and are hot and fresh. Certainly a huge upgrade from my previous orders. I have alway believed that if I post a bad review and the business corrects the issue I in return should do another review notifying the public that the issues in the first review have been corrected and the business is worthy of another review stating so. I will continue to order my pizza through Domino's and if everything remains great as it has been I'll repost again with five stars. Grate job Domino's of Farr West, Ut. I feel like a 7 dollar salad should be a little more impressive. We tried the garden salad as a side for the fam and although the picture made it look green and full of veggies, It was pretty pathetic. The salad was very small, old white lettuce, not many tomatoes or other veggies, and barely enough for one person. Disappointing. read more

We have gone here on and off for the past several years we have lived in our current home. In the past we have always had good pizza and the customer service has always been great; always helpful to save us money with suggestions or coupons, until now. We ordered a pizza to go, we had been busy that day and needed an easy meal, the young lady on the phone told my husband there wasn't any coupons currently out there, hmm, there's always coupons, so we ended up paying $15 for a terrible pizza. It didn't even taste fresh, was burned around the edges, and not hot at all. Could be a Management problem, but we will think twice before going there again. read more

Over the past year or so I've had varied results here. I was excited for Domino's new and improved pizza so I started going back there after 15 years. Things were pretty good for a while. They can make some pretty decent pizza, wherever the location. My last experience here wasn't great. Typical less than impressive pies, thin, sparse toppings, not delivered hot and looked like they had been made an hour or two before. But worst was this new cheesy bread that was on special. Basically a 9" glob of cheese covered with a blob of bread. Not cooked evenly, or completely. It was not enjoyable and I wished I'd had not gotten it or that they would have looked at a picture of how it's supposed to be cooked. These variances always depend on the preparer's effort and motivation. So maybe I'll give them another shot in a while, but that won't be anytime soon. Disappointed, but hopeful. read more

The guy proceeded to tell me in a rude tone that they haven't even started on my order and it would probably be another 30 mins. He was amazing as he addressed my concerns, offered a solution and made me feel like he actually cared that I was disappointed. just now I just have to say how proud I am of the staff tonight November 30th 2019. Tonight I witnessed the best and worst in people. A little backstory... I am stuck in Ogden Utah due to the weather and all roads being closed. My family and I went to visit my mother in Idaho for the holidays and on the return home we got stuck due weather. We decided to stay at the comfort inn just adjacent to your local Domino's. We decided to order out, (as did all of Ogden it seems) rather than brave the cold. While we waited patiently, we heard such negativity from patrons. All the while, no one noticed how many orders were leaving the store. Last I saw in the nine hundreds. I am an honorable disabled veteran and my wife deploys in one month, so to me and her, time is everything. We are trained to observe our surroundings and to treat everyone with dignity and respect. The amount of negative comments this crew had to deal with while keeping composure was impressive to me. I know by tomorrow, there will be a ton of negative comments about their personal experience. I hope this will be a small light of sunshine on all the darkness we saw. read more

The last time I placed an order I made a request they did it with no questions asked and it was the best dad joke ever. Because it was late they gave me a coupon so I'm not complaining. The other time, I couldn't figure out my codes and they helped me sometimes I'm a little special. Worst place ever. Run seriously run go anywhere else. Waited an hour and a half for a pepperoni pizza. Called in, got hung up on. Got told the second time I called they got an order for 40 pizzas 15 mintues ago they were slammed. Would be comforting if I hadnt ordered an hour and a half ago. Got told the driver goes based on the driving schedule they want not priority. Still an hour and a half later no pizza. However they did say they are going to refund the pizza. Told them address and phone number twice. Told them slider said quality checked and then told them it was leaving the store. They finally found our order. Won't order here again read more

The delivery service was great, early in fact, but the pizza was very poor for the price - $18 for a large, thin 14" pizza that looks smaller than a medium anywhere else.. This is the first time I have ever ordered from this Dominos. I will probably stick with little Caesars in the future. read more
