Domino's may be a national chain, but this one located in my hometown does an excellent job. It's located just outside of the back entrance to my subdivision and they never disappoint me. Having lived in STL for 40 years, I am a fan of thin crust. I love the crispy cracker crust, especially when it crunches as I bite into a slice. When ordering, I like request that my thin crust be pie cut. I'm really not a fan of the square cut. On occasion I have done hand tossed and at least once a year, I do New York style. Sometimes you just need to change things up and they do a great job on those, too. I usually add jalapeños to all my pizzas, but recently I have discovered banana peppers and onions. They're best paired with, Italian Sausage and they are not stingy with the amount of toppings. Living so close, I always opt to pick-up in store, instead of having it delivered. I can order on line and by the time I get in my Rav4 and drive to the store, it is ready. Even though I'm picking up, I always tip $2 for the hard workers. The service has gone downhill at this restaurant. I have been ordering here for a long time and now I will go elsewhere. The food is good when it's correct. Tonight I ordered pizza and wings. My order had the wrong toppings, prepared incorrectly, and was missing food. When I requested my missing food I was given the wrong food still. I first wrote this off as new staff in the past but it's becoming too consistent on the mistakes. read more

Pizza we had delivered came to over $30 for a 4 topping pizza. I know I shouldn't expect much from Dominos but they should at least put a measured amount of toppings on each pizza. The pizza we received didn't have the normal amount of cheese or toppings. basically you can see several areas of the pizza that had nothing but tomato sauce and crust not just on the outside edge but across the pizza's diameter. I had to pick up a huge order today. Over 20 items at lunch time needed in pretty short notice. The two women who were there were working on them when I got there and continued working on them and other orders and helping other customers. They clearly needed more hands than they had but they pulled through. When one started to get overwhelmed they'd just keep talking to each other while staying perfectly on task. They were incredibly busy and in a stressful situation but both of them had smiles on their faces and pulled my work out of a sticky situation with their speed and efficiency. A huge thank you to whoever the two women who were working today from 1030-1130 because they made my whole day better. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. looking at other reviews from a year ago, the same excuses are giving they only have one worker and two delivery drivers. I have been waiting on this order for over three hours. I have even called and they told me to hold on not to cancel. It would only be one more hour and now we're going on an additional two hours. Manager was not helpful would not offer a refund every time I try to submit a help ticket, it shuts down. horrible and terrible customer service. After a long hiatus from Domino's Pizza I decided to try them again. Let me start by saying that I like Domino's Pizza. I think of the fast food pizza chains it's the best one. My issue with them lately probably has more to do with the way businesses are handling things post Covid as opposed to this business itself. I ordered a pizza last night for carry out. I get there, pay for the pizza and of course, they want a tip! Tip for what? I probably did more work in this situation than they did, I called and had to talk to someone out of town with a foreign accent and get through that conversation in order to place the order; I drove a couple of miles to pick up the pizza; I then have to get out of the car go into the restaurant and pay for the pizza! All to end up being asked for a tip! They should be tipping me! I did more work than they did! I mean heck, with this rationale I should be tipping the mailman, tipping the trash guy! This makes about as much sense as the grocery stores making me check myself out and then wanting to confirm that I did it right by checking my receipt! What have we come to? read more

First time ordering pizza from this location and oh wow.. I am SO disgusted. Our pizza sat ready for 40 minutes before I got fed up and called to ask if we could just pick it up. The worker said we could pick it up and then when I asked if the tip and delivery charge would be refunded she got a little snippy and said she had to charge our card again. I understand with covid things are a little different but wow. Why were there 4 delivery cars in the parking lot when we pulled up and one girl sitting on her phone in the back while the food we ordered just sat under heat lamps. Has to be one of the worst Domino's on the planet (probably not, unfortunately). But ordered one weekend, and delivery took over 3 hours. Called and woman on the line said she was desperately trying to get someone else to come into work. Awesome. .... Tried again a few months later, and it took over 2 hours. ... Worst, both times I clearly marked on my order no contact with instructions to no knock. ... Both times, delivery person stood there at the door knocking multiple times. It's a lot better than Pizza Hut. Most of the time it arrives hot and ready to eat. I only had one or two times it was cooked too long and the bottom was burnt at the edges. I love the flavor of the crusts, as well as the toppings. They also have a lot of other things to eat. We love the BBQ wings and cheesy bread and pasta and sandwiches. It never takes them a long time. They are always very friendly when they come to the door. read more
