    Antipasto salad
    Tony G.

A nice family owned business with a friendly owner and great wait staff. Despite the crowd inside, the staff was attentive and friendly and food came out fast. Started out with the antipasto salad and it was delicious. Ordered a side of wings and they were hot and crispy, but a little on the small side. We ordered a giant pizza as that's the only way to describe it and it was an average pizza. I liked the edge pieces more because they were crispier than the middle pieces. The middle pieces were just floppy and a little soggy and floppy. But the flavor was there though. I give it an average rating but it's worth it to try.

I grew up with Alfonzo's and let me tell you, nothing compares! It's amazing! Best local pizza in the Collinsville, Troy, Edwardsville area! I'm so thankful they made it through the C***d stuff cuz they are spectacular! If you're ever in the southern Illinois area, visit Troy IL and it's located on HWY 162!

    5 wings $7.99

Ok. I live close and there are always a lot of cars here. I ordered a large pizza extra sauce, extra cheese one topping and 5 wings. Seemed high $46.00. Pizza was huge lots of cheese hardly any sauce. To be fair extra sauce wasn't listed but I ordered it. Crust was done but soft and doughy but not real thick but not real thin. Not my jam but chewy not tough. Sauce I had was just ok cheese acceptable. Wings were tasty but pretty dried up. I got it to go and served taking my order was a bit rude so no tip. I would say if you want an extra large pizza and aren't picky I'd try this place.

I have been coming here for years and I always have a great experience. The servers are incredibly friendly! It's a family owned business and the owners really care about their customers. Food is amazing every time too! The pizza recipe is so different from other places and truly my favorite. I always recommend the Alfonzo bites as an appetizer also! Parking is easy with a huge lot. They are usually pretty busy but service is quick! They also offer a room for parties/events.

Fettucine with chicken + garlic bread

Our family had dinner here for the first time tonight and this place did not disappoint! The service was impecable right from the start when we got inside to the very end. The employees went above and beyond and catered to everything we wanted/needed. Our server, Ben, was exceptionally great and a great conversationalist. Food was great too! We ordered the chicken wings, garlic bread with cheese, and toasted ravs for appetizers for all of us to share and we all loved each of them. I personally had their fettucine with chicken that came with salad and garlic bread and it was good. Everyone else also loved what they ordered. Even my daughter loved their kids meal spaghetti! Will definitely come back to try out their other dishes.

The pizza was mediocre at best and was WAY over priced. Most chains have better tasting pizza for much less.

I ordered online and picked up my order to-go. The good news is the wings were ready quickly and also super crispy which is always pleasant and what you want out of a wing. The slightly bad news is the wings are *very* lightly sauced. There was an option to pay an extra 0.50 for extra sauce, but I decided to see what their baseline was since it was my first time ordering. In the future, if you like a sauced wing at all, I would pay the extra. I got the buffalo (one flame symbol) and the Nashville Hot (three flame symbols) which I felt was accurate. The buffalo was not really hot at all, just the buffalo-flavored sauce and the Nashville Hot was warm enough to leave your lips a little tingly, but not so hot that you couldn't enjoy the flavor. My interaction with the staff was brief but pleasant. I would love to come back and try their loaded fries which look delicious, but didn't trust I could get them home before they got cold and soggy. So next time I'm there for dine-in, I'll give those a try. If you're a wing snob, it's worth a visit!

The burnt ends were the star of the show, so juicy! My brisket was a tad dry. They also put the sauce in the fridge so it's cold, but there might not be a way to avoid that food-safety wise. Their wings are also really good. The mac-n-cheese side is good. You order at the counter and they give you a number and bring your food out to you. The only other thing I don't love is there's two rooms, the main room and a room off to the side, and especially if you are in the side room, it feels like you are crammed in there with a ton of other people and sometimes it gets really loud. When it's nice enough, we prefer to sit outside as they have a few picnic benches off to the side that are covered.

We were greeted by a lovely young lady working the register who took our order and we sat down at our assigned table. We were quickly served our drinks and waited for our overly large order (we wanted to try lots of things). The ribs were delicious. Just enough smoke (this is not Texas BBQ) and so juicy. My husband's pulled pork was very good and thankfully did not come sauced already. The turkey very moist and tender and flavorful. Yum. The burnt ends were a little dry, but can be forgiven because it was near the end of the night. We were checked on frequently, drinks refilled. Then we had the opportunity to meet Susan, the owner. When I saw they had hot honey and pepperoni paired together on a 8" pizza, I instantly knew that was one of my choices. The fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheeses paired with the hot honey and pepperoni exploded with flavor. My only disappointment was the inner crust. The outer rim crust was very crispy, but the inner was soft and limp due to the excessive grease from the flavorful pepperoni. I guess that is something I just need to deal with for a tasty lunch pizza. My other choice was, the Apple Gorgonzola Salad. Wow. Double Wow! This has to be the best salad I have ever had. It was a delightful mix of, spinach, granny smith apple, gorgonzola, sun-dried cranberries, candied pecans, all topped with a delicious maple cider vinaigrette. I will be back for the large version and a glass of Pino Grigio as a dinner. As my usual, I sat at the bar. My adult beverage of choice, was a Peel Summer Lager. I may be going back to fill my growler, for the upcoming holiday weekend. The restaurant has a contemporary feel, but the acoustics make it a loud environment. I didn't mind the laughter and loud conversations, it was the yelling and crying toddlers that made me cringe. Service was friendly and attentive. I enjoyed watching the bartenders use their mixologist skills preparing all the cocktails. It pleased me to see they offer "hooks under the bar". That's a small detail that makes me smile.
