I waited 8 minutes before the associate comes over to assist me. She was nice when she did but she informed me my order still wasn't ready, (we're abt 15 min past the pick up time) but she would have them make it. It still took them another 6-7min for them to slice and toast my 2 bagels. This location is the most unprofessional, unorganized Panera and it blew my mind that the manager allowed the lady with the bonnet and slides to remain behind the counter, idk if she was making herself food or assisting with orders but it was unprofessional and a safety concern from a work perspective.
