Horrible customer service and food. I ordered a pizza delivery and it said it would arrive at my house at 915. When I looked at 915 the pizza guy's location was far from my house. Long story short, it arrived at 1015 pm, it was cold, old and disgusting. When I tried to call, no one answered. I then called the next morning and they said I needed to bring the pizza back in order to get a refund or remake. They said sometimes there are multiple orders that have to be delivered at once. (As if that's a reason to give me poor quality food) I took back the whole pizza, (thank God I kept it.) It was very inconvenient and a horrible experience. read more

Long delivery wait. Order u Der hot heat lamps drying out for 2 1/2 hours before picked up for delivery. Pizza and sandwich were not edible. Philky cheese steak sandwich bread was so hard it would break a tooth and the meat was as tough as before jersey. The medium pizza had only about 12 slices of olives as well as pieces of ham. There were about 6 to 8 tiny pineapple sections and very little cheese. So little you could see the sauce and dough from the pizza bone to about 2 inches in towards the center and huge holes where you could see only sauce and dough. Needless to say, there was no extra cheese that I ordered and paid for. I barely had cheese at all. The pizza and the sandwich arrived cold and hard. Not edible. Cost me over $26, not including the driver tip and I had to toss it in the trash. I called the business and was on eternally hold waiting on a person to pick up after the recording instructed me to. With no luck, I got on the app to fil a complaint. Once filed, a promo code for a free 2 topping pizza to use before 6/29 beamed up in my email with the standardized general apology. The free pizza wasn't as much as my order. When I went today, 6/25, to order and redeem only the free pizza online, at checkout it said my promo code was not valid. After 3 checks, it was the code number given. I am through with this sorry excuse for a business and only order from them because they are close. I will drive to pick up my pizza from now on from Pappa John's, My Pie, or Pizza Hut delivery ( my favorite) if I can find one. Do better Dominoes! I like to support local businesses, but you don't deserve it! I would give zero stars, but I have to give at least one star to have my review accepted and posted. This dominos is the worst. My order took 2 1/2 hours and the food was nice cold. I called so many times I can't even count. I waited for 30 minutes to over an hour on most of the calls. The few times I spoke with someone they would put me back on hold right in the middle of me talking. I simply wanted my money back. I spoke with Derricka & a Ariana or something. One of the worst locations!! Quinn the lead is horrible her team didn't make my order correctly. so after waiting 10 mins after the pickup time my order was incorrect. I asked Quinn can something be done about my total and with a straight face she said no just standing there with her hands on her hips. I had to wait 15 more minutes for a correct pizza. it's always something at this location it needs to be shut down.. I've had an employee give themselves a tip and the store didn't do anything about it! Horrible customer service! This is my second time coming back and both times I left without getting my order. My first experience I had to wait at the counter for minutes without anyone acknowledging me then when they did it "your going to have to wait" I was so taken back by the lack of customer service skills I said oh no. Tonight I decided to give them a second chance and the young lady was so busy listening to whatever was in her headphones she got my order wrong and when I corrected her that's when the attitude started to come. Order #2: Two days later I had family in town and needed Pizza, sadly Oz Pizza was closed, so I opted for Curbside at Dominos. Pizza took over 40 minutes. When your pizza is ready for curbside a two minute timer appears on the app and if your pizza is not brought out in 2 minutes it is free. Well, the timer stopped at 58 seconds and said "your pizza has been delivered"... Well It hadn't... the crew was too lazy to bring it out. When I went in to ask if it was ready the lady said, "you didn't check in on the app." This is a lie as you have to check in for the timer to start. This location is a total disaster. If I could give this Dominos no stars I would. I literally had the worst pizza from there last night. I have eaten a lot of pizza in my life (who hasn't) and plenty of Dominos across a number of states. I've tried this store many times in the past but quit for about 2 years because they never had drivers and food took hours to deliver and showed up cold. We decided to try pickup last night. The pizza my husband and I ordered was from my "favorites" (I am a rewards member). So it's something we have always ordered from Dominos. What arrived was far from the same. 1) there was NO CHEESE ON IT (see picture). I mean really - it's a pizza right? You can't manage to remember to put the cheese on it? 2) there was only a hint of marinara smeared on the crust - we could see the crust visibly everywhere on the pizza. 3) we had to hunt for the toppings - these were a suggestion at best. 4) the crust was like eating a stale pita. No seasoning, dry, impossible to chew. If they've changed the recipe for traditional hand tossed to this, they might as well close up now and save themselves some trouble. Everything about this pizza was wrong. I thought I would give them a second chance but don't you be as soft hearted as me and save your $$$ for a better pizza somewhere else. read more

Placed an order through the app and was given a 60-70 minute delivery estimate, which was somewhat understandable on a Sunday holiday, but after an hour and a half I called to get a status update because the Pizza tracker hadn't left "Preparing your order". Was told the pizza was on the way. After another half hour I called back to see if they'd be delivering soon. After a brief wait on the line, the hold music stopped and I could hear the sound of a kitchen, indicating the phone was picked up, but no one responded. After several "Hello's?", I hung up and called back to no answer at all. At this point it'd been two hours, so I decided to cancel the order and get a refund, but there's no way to do that through the app. The only way to get someone on the phone was to call the store and place an order, which puts you through to a call center, but they also can't cancel or refund an order, so they put me back through to the store...who never answered. After two and a half hours, I decided just to wait until the next day and dispute the charge on my card and while eating leftovers from the fridge, the Donino's app enthusiastically alerted me that "[My] pizza is in the oven!" Since I chose contactless delivery, if my pizza ever arrives at all, it'll be left to sit out at my front door long after I've gone to bed. Maybe they took "contactless" too literally? If the app had told me it would take three or more hours to deliver (still undetermined), I wouldn't have ordered. I was willing to wait the time estimated or even an extra half hour, but no one is ordering a delivery pizza three hours in advance. The long wait and/or never actually getting the pizza aside, the fact that I was told it was on the way to me when it hasn't even been made, then having someone picking up the phone and straight up ignore me, and the entire Domino's system that made it impossible to cancel the order or get a refund really sealed it. Will avoid this store and reconsider the chain as a whole going forward. TL:DR; Ignore the estimated time, or just don't bother at all. read more

Not me placing a order at 7pm watching it being tracked and prepared and two hours later being told there would be a 2-3 hour wait. Even though the pizza tracker marked the order as prepared. Horrible experience! Pros: The lobby and rest room was clean. Cons: Mind you, I was on a 30min break from work. The only reason why I choose this restaurant was because I was craving pizza & there was a big sign advertising their drive thru option. False Advertisement- not only was the drive thru closed but it was blocked off by huge cones and there were big brown boxes in the windows. This lead me to believe that the drive-thru hasn't been used in years. Customer Service- Rude! Unwilling to explain their specials Lack of supplies- I purchased a fountain drink. The cups were old and bent. Plus, they were out of tops. When I asked if there were any tops to fit my cup, the cashier got offended. So we wait 2 hours and 30 minutes for the delivery to be made and eventually called back only for them to say that we have to wait ANOTHER 2 hours to make the order and then a additional 45 mins to deliver the order. We decided to just get credits so that we could get a free pizza another day. I'm a very understanding person and I understand that life happens. Second time in a row having to cancel a delivery order after waiting more than 3 hours. I called after 90 minutes and was told my order was next in line so I was ok to wait. After 3 hours the tracker said it still hadn't even been put in the oven. When I cancelled they claimed the reason is they only had one driver, but their delivery window was within 30-40 minutes. Ordered $50.00 worth of pizza plus a 30% tip and delivery fee. Over 90 minutes later I check my email and see that my order was cancelled and I'd get my refund in 3-5 days. Call Domino's on Central Ave and speak to the rudest associate who tells me some employee said someone called to cancel their order so they cancelled ours.
