I ordered pizza online at 4pm so it would be there when I got home. When I got home, nothing was there, no emails sent, the app wouldn't allow me to log in. I call them and I'm told " sometimes the computer glitches and returns the order and money" Ok... so I reorder on the phone. I get hung up on mid call. I call back, reorder and this time around they charge me more than my previous order. I'm told it will be there in 40 mins. An hour later ( 2 hours since the original order) and there has been no delivery. So I checked my bank account.... They charged me three separate times for this order. I call back and I'm told the driver is two stops away. What was supposed to be a fun night celebrating my son has turned into a hot mess, everyone is hungry, and now I need to contact my bank. I truly have mixed feelings about this Domino's store. When they first opened, the food was great, the service was friendly, and the speed was fast. But over time, they have become one of the worst in the area. The pizzas never have enough cheese or an uneven spread. There are always spots where the cheese is completely missing. Toppings are few and far between, missing pizza sauce, and I've ordered extra toppings multiple times and have never actually received the extras I paid for. It has been a huge disappointment. I have literally been inside the store when employees were yelling and cursing at each other. I have also walked in and been completely ignored for 10 to 15 minutes. I have experienced pickup wait times upwards of two hours. It is truly a mixed bag here. You never know what you're going to get with each order. Lately, the quality of the pizzas seems to have improved slightly. I am not sure if this is due to a change in management, but I really hope they address the ongoing issues sooner than later. One last thing... The last time I was there, I witnessed an employee using the squeeze bottle that holds liquid butter, moving bread bites around inside a pizza box. He would squeeze butter onto them and then move them around using the bottom of the bottle that had been sitting on the counter. It was disgusting to watch, knowing someone would be eating that food and there was nothing I could do about it. He was also not wearing gloves. Everyone in the store touches that squeeze bottle, and it gets moved around all day. That was just gross and showed a lack of care about basic hygiene. As it stands right now, I cannot recommend this location. I may give them another chance in the future and update my review if things improve. Not recommended. read more

I was really excited when a Domino's opened right down the street. I used to order from the Boulder Hwy location, but the app constantly stopped working and ordering became a hassle. Unfortunately, nothing has improved. Domino's seriously needs better staffing or management. The only reason I even gave it another chance was because Kim, the manager, acknowledged the legitimate complaints and offered a free pizza -- and I appreciate her professionalism. But overall, I'm done. I don't know what happened after COVID, but in my opinion, Domino's never recovered. The service and reliability just aren't there anymore. This is not an exaggeration. I have not had Domino's for 35 years. I ordered it one night and it came and it smelled so bad. We couldn't even put our nose to it now I realize that it could've been a one off situation with that one particular dominoes. Quite possibly one of the worst locations in the valley. This place can't ever get their crap together. It doesn't matter if you order for pickup or delivery, you can count on the order being messed up or the food poor quality OR BOTH. We've given this location several tries and each time it's a letdown. I went in tonight (FOR THE LAST TIME) to pickup my order and with 5 employees working, I was not greeted for several minutes. Our pizza order was supposed to be ready at 7:21-7:30. We showed up at 7:27 thinking it was going to be almost ready/ready. Oh boy were we wrong. They lost our order and stated they haven't even started. It was a complete shit show. They were burning everyone's pizza, people coming in from delivery orders bring burnt pizza back. about 5 people canceled their orders due to 1hr+ long wait times. They offered no compensation for anything just basically said to deal with it or leave. The old big bellied fat man was super rude to customers. At first he Tried to help people then forgot about them and then he left to deliver pizzas. For some reason we decided to waste our time. Our order wasn't even ready until 8:15ish. So well more than an hour long from ordering to completion. I can't stress this enough, I don't recommend this place at all. We all should just stop going there to run them out of business. Clearly they don't care about the work they do or the people they serve. Only solid pizza places in Henderson now are Johnny Mac's, sunset pizzeria, or Marcos pizza. read more

This is my second time ordering carryout from this location and experiencing significant delays. Tonight, I placed my order at 6:07 PM. I received a notification through the app that my order was ready for pickup and had even been marked as picked up. I arrived shortly after, only to find a lobby full of frustrated customers still waiting on their orders. Around 6:35 PM, after waiting nearly 30 minutes with no food, I left briefly to pick up my son from his grandmother's house and returned around 6:50 PM. Only then was my order actually ready. I do want to acknowledge that one of the employees kindly updated us and let everyone know they were working on the orders. She was polite and clearly doing her best in a stressful situation, and I appreciate that. However, the main issue was the inaccurate notification saying my order was ready (and even marked as picked up) when it wasn't. I wouldn't have waited in the lobby so long if I hadn't received that update, and I'm sure many others wouldn't have either. I understand that businesses get busy, but this location would benefit from better management and coordination to improve workflow and communication. Clear and accurate updates would prevent a lot of unnecessary frustration for both customers and staff. read more

The service was the worst I have ever seen. I received notification on the app that our pizza was ready (I love this feature). When I arrived there was one customer getting their pizza (I was right next to him at the counter). Once he was handed his pizza, the worker saw me, walked away and went to his desk in the back of the pizza area and began working on the computer. As I waited to be helped, I stood at the counter for over five minutes with three different ladies facing me (all within 8 feet of me) without any acknowledgment. The girl shaping the pizza dough finally asked what I wanted. I told her my pizza was ready. When she asked the other lady standing there where it was she said it wasn't ready. I told her the app and the in-store billboard sign both said it was ready. Her response was that "the app isn't always accurate". Within seconds they found my order and gave it to me. This location is SOOO GOOD. I moved here from out of state and I've never had dominoes like this-- it's so cheesy and always surprises me how fast these guys show up. Was in a car accident on the way to picking up my order. After all was said and done I called this location to ask them to wait to prepare my order. No one ANSWERS the phone. So let me start with saying I am NOT a dominos fan.. I've tried to like it since my husband does, but the dominos off boulder hwy was HORRIBLE and after our last bad experience I never went back. However, since this new location opened and we were desperate for delivery pizza in lake Las Vegas I said .. okay let's try it (after 3 years). It was great !!! So surprised! So we decided to try our local area and Cadence community dominoes slight reluctance not real big on dominoes and others but I had a couple pizzas and some wings and all of it was very good. Poor customer service! I tried to order a small thin crust at the store. The guy taking the order said "we don't have small thin crust" and just stared at me. I thought he was saying they don't have thin crust. Their digital menu wasn't working so I pulled out my phone to see what else we could order. A minute or two later he says, "we have a medium or large thin crust". Seriously dude! You could have started with that. So I order a medium and bread sticks. The total seems expensive but I pay and sit and wait. I go online while waiting and realize their online prices are way cheaper. My fault, but it would have been awesome for the guy taking my order to say that I could order a carry out online for much less, but whatever. Then I see a special on the wall for 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks for $1 more than I what I paid. How hard would it have been to mention that special when I ordered?
