We wanted to just grab a quick bite to eat before a show so we decided to they this restaurant. What a great little restaurant with a huge menu selection from salads, appetizers, pizzas (whole and by the slice), pastas, sandwiches, etc. Also, very reasonably priced and friendly staff. We ordered a 2 slice pizza and soda special for $5 which is a great deal. The pizza was delicious with great crust and just the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. The great thing is that they made us a fresh pizza to give us our slices so they were fresh a hot! Also, we had a order of mozzarella sticks which were also delicious especially with the home made ranch dressing. We talked a bit with the business owner who was very friendly. We definitely will return, next time we are in the area, to try the fried mushrooms and philly steak sandwich. read more

Something has happened to the food at Lefty's Pizza. Are the under new management? This would explain why the food is beyond bad. My last takeout order was their wings, got them home there was no sauce. My must recent order was their pizza, no sauce little to no cheese and the pizza crust hard. I was just about to become a loyal customer before I ordered today. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, a margarita pizza, spicy wings, and a grilled chicken salad for delivery. When I opened the salad it was very obviously old and tasted nothing near fresh so I threw it away. My family and I got our servings and ate. The wings were undercooked on the thicker parts and not nearly as spicy as they should be. *THE WORST PART and part I would like to highlight* is that my mom found a STRING in her pizza. We were disgusted and couldn't eat more. Upon complaining and trying to receive credit or some sort of accountability for it, we were told that "everything was perfect" and received nothing while basically being told we lied. We will never be ordering from here again. EDIT: It was resolved with the owner and credit was given. This experience was unfortunate but I'm very happy this was handled by the owner. read more

The waitress we had was very patient, accomodating, and made sure we had a good experience. If you're looking for an outstanding experience, look elsewhere. If 'ok' works for you, this is as good as any. I just hung up the phone with a guy who actually argued with me on what my order was. As if I didn't have the pizza sitting in front of me. As you can see, I requested well done, and this isn't. This is 'done' sure, but I was clear in my online order. I didn't even call to complain about that part- I called to see if anyone else read my request for crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese on the side. A simple request for a pizza shop, but they never got on the order, for some poor reason. But customer satisfaction is not the goal there at Lefty's, it's obviously about "being right". I doubt the guy I spoke to was actually the owner as he claimed, even though the owners name might be Don. But to be so short-sighted as to tell a customer they're wrong five or six times.. it just doesn't build loyalty. Like, there are literally 20 other pizza places in a 5 mile delivery radius, so a smart owner fully understands that you simply apologize and say we'll do better next time. That's it. Decided that we wanted pizza and delivered so I found this restaurant that fulfilled both of those features. The delivery process was smooth, but I ordered two large pizzas from them and was only received one. Before the delivery driver left contacted him about the missing pizza and confirmed that his order receipt was only one too. The missing part pizza was sitting on the bottom of the paper that did not come through it was in limbo. The pizza was redelivered to me and all was great again. Their food was excellent and I ordered so much that could not even finish all. Overall would of been excellent service without the pizza going to limbo read more
