Ordered a pizza at 6:10 and app said it would be ready for pickup at 6:32-35. Upon arrival at 6:38 crew said it would be another 20 minutes after the app said it was ready to pickup. At 7:10 (an hour after order placed) it was discovered it was burned and would have to be remade. Looks like another 20 minute wait. This location is usually pretty prompt and accurate. They obviously run their oven way too hot. Pizzas are always raw and burnt on top. Then when I try to call nobody will answer. The app gave me a free medium two topping pizza but I can't use it right away to replace my messed up order!! We stayed in town overnight and ordered online from this location. The pizza was made correctly and was ready when we picked it up. The staff was friendly, and they even gave us little bottles of crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese. We don't have those at our local Dominos. read more

Only have a half hour for lunch so went online at 10:12 am to order 2 pizzas and a pasta dish for a 12:00 pick up. When I got to the store I stood at the counter for close to 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. Finally a gentleman came over and I told him I was there for a 12:00 pickup. He told me it would be at least another 1/2 hour. I told him no, that was why I had ordered online almost 2 hours earlier. Told me sorry.... the computer is the one that sorts the orders. I ordered from Dominos on 4/8/21 and that night I got very ill was not able to eat anything the whole next day nor am I able to reach anyone at that store on the phone. I just want to warn watch what you eat hate to know others could get this ill from eating there. I finally talk to a worthless mgr she was not very polite almost felt like she didn't care!!!! We are over the road truck drivers an have been to 45 states we have had dominos in 30 of them . This Domino's has the best pizza out of any of them by far. So the lady who took our order was nice. The one who gave it to us, not so much. She was so rude, like passive aggressive rude though. First, we were sitting, waiting for our pizza, and she comes and asks if we already took our order and we said yes and she just gave us this rude look for no reason. Then, we got our pizza a few minutes later and my friend asked for a colder drink (that he never opened) and she gave him a weird (and once again, rude) look and then slowly went to grab it and handed it to him and sarcastically smiled and passive aggressively said, "It's literally the same." Bad customer service who ever I was talking to was distracted by the people in the background laughing and she also sounded rude.

I am not a picky eater but I do expect Dominos to do a better job. Several times I have received a regular crust when ordering a thin (partly my fault; should have opened the box before I left the store). Also have ordered fresh tomatoes on the side and had them already cooked on the pizza. My son eats pizza a lot more often then me and he ordered a 3 topping pizza that was so skimpy on the toppings, I felt like apologizing as I used to work there. Had a major mix up with our order and I wasn't happy. But the store manager, Sara, really came through for us and treated us with respect and dignity. I had my son go in and get the pizza we ordered quickly, because I had a doctor's appointment. Once we got home we found out it was the wrong pizza. I called the manager and he said we could get a complimentary pizza, so I told him that we would get it on the 15th. On the 15th we went there and talked to the shift manager Sara. The most inconsistent Domino's location. We've given them a lot of chances only because they have at least tried to remedy the problems when we have told them about it. They have this certain seasoning that they put on the crust that is delicious but sometimes they just completely forget to put it on. We have had pizzas with almost no cheese on them. Usually every single time we've ordered there are large warts on the pizzas with no toppings on them to make matters worse. Sometimes there is a decent amount of toppings but other times almost barren. However every single time we've called to complain they have offered to remake our pizzas which actually keeps us going back. We keep thinking that since they remedy the situation that from that point on they won't mess up anymore and actually show people how to properly make the pizzas. We have also been told a variety of excuses. We've been told they just got new hires or they are needing to hire people. I was actually told by a manager that she's surprised that the pizza came out bad because they had to throw pizza away that day because there was a higher up that was there supervising while the pizzas were made. That time I almost felt like she thought I was lying. Maybe because we have had several complaints they think we are lying but I'm not just going to accept mediocrity. I'm going to complain if we don't get what we pay for. We've probably come back to that location more times than we should only because it's the closest pizza location or out of desperation for times that we want a quick meal. Domino's please fix whatever is causing the warts on your pizza and for crying out loud put some toppings on it then we will all be happy read more
