Put in a uber order for cheesy bread, order status says ready, however, no other updates. They say the restaurant will deliver it, except they don't provide any status and won't answer the phone after 20 min of the phone ringing. The store is literally 1.5 miles away from my delivery location. They either need to close this place or retrain the employees or just clean house. Would never recommend! Last night I placed a carry out order via the app. I went to pick it up. The young man stated that my order had 6 more minutes. I had no problem with waiting. While waiting in the store an older man who worked there, walked in carrying a delivery warmer so this told me he just finished making a delivery. The young man was preparing pizzas at this time. The older man laid the delivery warmer down and proceeded to take pizza orders out of the oven. At no point did he wash his hands before coming in contact with food. I said excuse me to the young man who was closest to me. He came over to the counter. I then asked was that my order that the older man had because he did not wash his hands and if so, I didn't want it. The young man said, "No, that is not yours." I then said, well if he doesn't wash his hands I don't want the food. The young man proceeded to prepare pizzas once again. Then, when my order came out of the oven, the older man put my pizza in a box and started squeezing garlic sauce on it. Mind you, he still had not washed his hands after walking in off of the street. I said excuse me to the young man again. I told him, the man did not wash his hands and I did not want him to handle my order. The young man said, " we do not touch the pizza when it comes out of the oven." I said it does not matter, he did not wash his hands and he walked in off of the street. He touched the door and could have wiped his butt for all I know. The young man defended the actions still stating that they don't touch the pizzas after they come out of the oven. I immediately asked him to cancel my order if the man was not going to be expected to wash his hands. I left the store and called the manager of the store the next day. All the manager said was she was sorry that happened. Did not say that she would speak to the employees until I asked what my compensation would be. She said she couldn't tell me what would happen with the employees. I said this was an inconvenience to me and I did not get food or any type of apology from the employees. Not even to respect my request and wash his nasty hands. She still had nothing more to say about it except my order was canceled and that's the compensation. I order from this location often and never had an issue before. This was also the first time I was in the store and saw those employees. That was all it took for me, I will never return to this location and still will contact the corporate office. read more

I placed a delivery order for 1 large pizza and an 8 count buffalo wing at 4:30pm. I check the Tracker at 5:00pm it said it was being prepared. I check again at 5:45 it still said preparing. I call the store to check to see if they were really busy I would just come and pick up my food no problem. The Tracker then says my estimated delivery time would be 7:30pm. 3 hours for a pizza and I'm only 5 minutes away is insane. So I go pick up my food. The delivery guy is at the register answering calls from other angry customers. Meanwhile they have 3 workers standing around looking at each other none of them came to the register to ask if I needed anything. The poor delivery guy was just doing it al. He can keep the tip for delivery because he's clearly the only person doing anything smh !! read more

I'd put down negative stars if it would allow customer service absolutely abysmal waited two hours to have food delivered to the house, then went to go pick it up because it hadn't gotten here to which my wife was informed that a drivers car had broken down and they sent someone else to pick up our food and deliver it to us I live less than 2 miles from the store location. The cherry on top is that this is not the first time this has ever happened with this location delivery order before was called 10 minutes before the store closed and told that they didn't have any delivery drivers to deliver my food when I called to speak to someone they wouldn't even answer the store. Phone sat on the phone for over 15 minutes, never got an answer I have never received service in any restaurant in my life and I can tell you I will never order food from Domino's again. read more

I placed an online order at 2:39pm, 4:15pm came around and I still hadn't received my food. I then called the store and was hung up on by a gentlemen, so I called back and he then put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and contacted corporate. I tried to then call back to see if they were still busy and to my surprise they weren't! I spoke with a lady who then told me all online orders were "canceled" until 6:00pm to have more drivers available even though she confirmed they had a driver there. I'm highly upset I missed my lunch and I will never purchase from this dominos as it seems the manager does not know how to run a business. You can't simply "cancel" online orders so you're causing an uproar in your customers especially when no communication is applied in these situations. I believe this store needs for new management. Epic failure. Ordered a small pizza and two cokes. 1 hour and 7 minutes later received my cold small pizza and a chicken caesar salad and no cokes. Signed the CC receipt which included a pre determined tip and no copy for me (traveling business person) I shot a copy of the receipt with my phone. I made the mistake of ordering lunch here today, for myself and 2 co-workers. When I called in the order, two medium pizzas (one pepperoni & mushroom, one supreme) and 2 2-liters of soda were going to cost me $33.00. Really?! I asked the guy about special offers (I saw on their website that medium 2-topping pizzas were supposed to be $5.99 each if you buy two); he told me that the supreme killed the $5.99 order. He gave me a manager's special, which brought the price down to $24.00, which is still a helluva lot in my opinion. When the pizzas showed up, they gave me the wrong soda. The pizza was dry, as if it had been overcooked. Hardly any cheese on either one. In a word, AWFUL. I ordered a pizza at approximately 6:45. Not really sure on the time but it was before 7pm. I watched the tracker and my pizza was ready at 7:30. I wouldnt advise anyone to order anything from this location. I made the bad decision to use them twice. First occasion, I ordered a handmade pizza...was told that the driver was in an accident and order would be out later than told, this was already over a hour of the order placing. Pizza finally arrives over two hours later, ice cold. Management told the second driver to send the original pizza that was made out to me, instead of making a fresh one or at least faking it and reheating. To add insult to injury, the driver told me there was no accident when he arrived, driver stated they were busy...not on the same game plan or lie for that matter. Long story short, I was given a credit. Soooo....over a month and a half later, I decide to use my credit and give them another try. Who would have thought the same thing would happen AGAIN. I place my order, a hour later i get a call from the driver to ask me what happened. Im puzzled at this point I havent got my order for anything to have happened. Then I am told my order has been ready for 45 minutes, 5 other orders delivered instead of mines, one driver said it was too far to deliver and another states they didnt want to deal with a problem customer (apparently I was labeled a problem from the prior one order placed, wow that makes me a problem?) Also was advised that the food would be cold if delivered. I quickly declined the delivery of anything. I will end by saying this, i would not eat from this place if it was the last place on Earth or was paid to do so. Matthew is the poorest excuse of a manager I have ever seen.
