Memorial Drive, Hinesville Dominios. I ordered a pizza for delivery and the delivery was 1 hour 20 minutes later than stated. Dominos provided the receipt and I saw the pizza was ready 1 hour 51 minutes prior to delivery. Obviously it was cold and the driver even notice that the pizzas were not hot. I called in immediately and the worker just really didn't care. There wasn't anything he was going to do after my complaint. I asked to speak with the owner/manager and he was there and refused to take my call the next day or even call me back. read more

Food is fine in my opinion. But some of the employees seem to not consider customer satisfaction. I've had extremely late orders and drivers who definitely didn't deliver with care. I do food delivery on the side so I know they can do better. read more

Ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza, wings and some tots. The delivery took about 15 minutes longer than expected. When the driver showed up he was on FaceTime with someone, barely acknowledged me. Handed me one large meat lovers pizza. That's it. I told him that's not my order. He shows me a receipt that only has my name and how much I paid for the pizza. I showed him my order and he took off back to the store. When he finally comes back he has my order and he apologized and I took the order. I took it inside and checked it. It was stone cold and there as a slice of the pizza missing. I called and was put on hold. I hung up and drove to the store myself. When I talked to the manager on duty it almost seemed like he really didn't care. It was whatever to him. Didn't ask if I wanted my money back or anything just went ahead and put in for a new order. They remade my order and gave me some cinnamon twists as an apology. 10/10 wont be ordering from this dominos again. read more

I love Pizza but Dominos has messed with my fond memories of delicious pizza and with my stomach far too many times for me to go back. I usually ordered pizza once a month but starting March their pizza was a disaster. The crust was so thin, soggy and chewy and it tasted disgusting. The cheese and toppings would fall off the slice. And lastly, the pizza wasn't cut in pieces. When I tried to cut it myself the pizza ingredients were coming apart and sliding off. The only pro were the drivers who were always nice and on time. Im just tired of giving them my business when time after time they ignore my feedback and I continue to get a disgusting pizza. read more

At 80 minutes I called again. This time I canceled my order. About 10 minutes later I went outside to go pick up pizza from somewhere else, and the Dominos Deliveryman pulled up. I told him I called the manager and already canceled the order. I can't attest to their food, because I never got it. Where do I start?! My order was supposed to be 33-43 min, it took over an hour and fifteen min to get here. This restaurant sucks. Multiple times my food arrives cold sloppy late or incorrect. There's no excuse for cold food being delivered.

I was pretty disappointed. I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza and they ended up delivering me a cheese pizza in stead. They said they would send it right back out and it took them over 40 minutes to get here AND it was cold. When the delivery guy showed up with the pizza he didn't have a bag to keep it hot or anything. I got the pizza box and it was barely warm. Domino's I found is much faster if you just get it for delivery. However it takes forever if you order it in the store for carryout. Apparently all the pizzas/orders for delivery take precedence over those who are waiting for a carryout order placed at the store. They also gave me the wrong side, asked for cinnamon sticks and they gave me wings. I was lucky that my little girl wanted to try some before we left otherwise I would have driven home and then realize they gave me the wrong order. There is much more accuracy if you just order it online. And if you are at the store don't order in the store, just use an app and order online. read more

Only one issue with this location in the past 8 years and this was promptly resolved at a later time. I generally order from this location monthly or more. read more

We ordered 1 medium pizza, 1 Alfredo Parmesan bread bowel and a Philly steak sandwich. T he portion was huge and the food tasted wonderful. Delivery was quick and very friendly.
